Had to unfortunately get my car jumped and towed but Chris made the process quick and easy, and was so helpful during the whole thing. He communicated everything clearly and let me know when my car was safely dropped off at the dealer. I felt that my car was in good hands with him and Habhab towing! Highly recommend

My roadside assistance through my insurance company led me to Habhab’s for help today. It completely turned my day around! I was super appreciative of the prompt service. Chris helped me today and was very pleasant even though it was extremely cold out. He did a great job of making sure that I was on my way before I got off work. I am very grateful for the men who came and help me with a flat tire. Getting out of my 8 hour shift to see a flat tire on my vehicle I was tired and not ready for this. Had to get my car towed a few weeks ago and they came pretty quick, im thankful I didn't have to wait for long. Plus the guy gave me a ride home as well and he was very professional and friendly. So thankful for a safe ride and quick service.

Our tow truck driver, Chris, really made a difficult night much better. I had a very tough situation after two other towing companies in Des Moines canceled after seeing the car. Chris came out and took the time he needed to get the car out of the situation & over to the repair shop. He was friendly, really professional, and very knowledgeable about his job. I was locked out of my car for over an hour, and it was pouring rain. I called one other towing company Gomex and they quoted me 98.89 To unlock my car door. I called habhabs And he came to me for a fraction of that price and seemed eager to help me out as I was so upset and cold. I thank God for his kindness and fast service. We were stranded on the highway at 2 a.m. with a flat tire, and after calling around, every other towing company either refused to come, wouldn’t give us a ride, or didn’t even answer the phone. Habhab’s Towing not only answered right away, but they also agreed to both tow us and give us a ride to our destination — for over $100 less than the other quotes we got. Our driver, Chris, was professional, friendly, and incredibly quick to locate us, even though we couldn’t give him our exact location. He got us loaded up fast and made what could have been a stressful night a whole lot easier. If you ever find yourself in need of towing in Ames or the surrounding area, I can’t recommend Habhab’s Towing enough. They truly go above and beyond when others won’t.

Just followed this guy down Watrous and he had a customers car on a dolly. Dragging the customers Tire all the way, smoking and screeching. Definitely wouldn’t recommend these guys. That car will for sure Need a Tire now.

Had a flat tire on my way home from work, and I tried fixing it myself, but my jack just wasn’t cooperating. So I called Habhab’s Towing, and Chris answered. He was super friendly and helpful, quickly figured out exactly where I was, and about 10 minutes later, he was there. Within another 10 minutes, he had my spare on, and I was back on the road. Chris was really personable, knew what he was doing, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated his quick response and friendly attitude.
