Took our 14 Mazda to be repaired for front end damage. Premier was great to work with start to finish. Upon estimate they provided me with all info and cost of estimate. At time of pickup there was no surprise or up charge. The new fenders and hood matched perfectly to the paint color and has no fuzz appearance or mismatched paint to tell where damage was. The seams meet perfectly as well. As someone who is very particular with my cars, I am very impressed with their work!

Took my son’s tire to get patched took them 3 days to look at a patch not only did they not patch the tire they just replaced it without my permission and Price gouged me on the tire. I’m new in town and will never use these people again.

This place is hands down one of the best shops in the surrounding area from the advisors to the techs, all very friendly and welcoming. The shop is neat and orderly. These guys care about doing the right thing also ensuring your vehicle is repaired promptly and correctly. While it's never good having to visit a body shop you know it's going to be a good outcome when you get to visit. Very happy with the quality of the repairs completed.

They do substandard work had my vehicle “repaired” and ended up having thick pieces of body filler falling out a short time later. Ended up having to sue them in small claims court to get an acceptable resolution, then they go and get my first review removed shame on them for their poor quality work and lack of accountability. Don’t let them fool you there work sucks runs in the clear coat you name it full of problems

Took my SUV here after my spouse backed into it. I went to pick it up and I could still see the scrapes that were there when I dropped. Turned out it was not buffed out enough. Trent did right by letting me drop it off again and it was all taken care of in a day. It turned out 100% repa d. Thank you!

Needed some work done and at first went to another auto body, because my dealer prefers the other. Got a quote, and they explained all that needed to be done, and the quote was around $1300. Went to Premier because I like them and also wanted a 2nd opinion. Their quote was under $400 for same work and explained to me all the other stuff that the other auto body suggested was unnecessary. So, will be going to Premier for any work needed in the future.

I personally worked with Travis and he was great every step of the way. Hit a deer, so I called Premier. They were very quick and willing to do an estimate on my vehicle in a great timely manner. Even though it ended up being totalled, they were quick to follow up with me and were extremely thorough in their estimate. If I ever need work done on another car in the future-I wouldnt bother looking anywhere else. Premier gets 5 stars.

Had my 2001 corvette from Sept. 2022 to April 2023. I am not worried about the time. I told them several times to take their time just do a good job. What I got 7 months later was a car that looks like it was in a major accident and was nearly totaled. They used the same hood and left a white substance all over the edges of the hood. The hood is 3/8" lower than the fender on the drivers side by the windshield. The fitment of the hood, bumper and fender looks like a job done by someone in their garage and not the work of a Professional body shop. The rim they sourced to replace the one that could have possibly been buffed out is scoured on the inside. They buffed the marks smooth but did not remove them. And it looks far worse that the one that was on the car. They took a car that was close to show room quality with under 34000 miles and made it a car that looks like it has been used and abused. On top of all that they called me maybe 3 times in nearly 7 mo. Told me several times that they were working on the car and I would go by and the car was sitting untouched. Nearly every time I called them there was another lie. Was told several times That the car would be done and it was not. What I got 7 months later was a car that looks like they threw it together over night. I would not recommend them to anyone. Showed my car to several people that are shocked at the poor quality of their work. Steering wheel is not aligned when driving straight and it was before. So disappointed.

I've taken several vehicles to Premier for various auto body repairs over the last 15 or so years and have always had a great experience, the most recent with some tail light/bumper damage to my Explorer. Everyone in the office is helpful and polite, they handled everything with my insurance company, and even cleaned my car inside and out before returning it. They do a really excellent job! Would definitely recommend their services and will gladly come back in the future.

Premier worked with the insurance company and was able to get everything fixed that was damaged in the accident. Just got my car back and it looks BEAUTIFUL!!! They did a very good job fixing my car, looks brand new! They were also very good with communication, which made me feel even more at ease. I hope I'm never in an accident again, but if I am, I know where I'm going!!! Thank you all at Premier Automotive!!!

I recently got my truck back from Premier Auto in North Liberty. It was completed in the estimated time and the fit and finish were very good. The staff was polite and took time to answer my questions. I would recommend Premier Auto for your auto body needs.

Went in absolutely convinced that there was a specific part on my vehicle malfunctioning. I was wrong. The mechanic was very patient in explaining why my cheap code scanner from Amazon was misleading me. 10/10 would come back. Top notch work, polite people, never condescending, willing to help.

Took my vehicle in to get some scratches fixed. They got the work done early any looks amazing! Also were willing to fix any mistakes! To top everything else off they vacuumed and did some detailing of the inside of the vehicle I couldn’t believe it!! Thank you premier auto

These guys are life savers. The alternator on my car went out. Called them up around 10 and asked if they could fix it and they said yes. Got it in and out that day and even brought me the keys to my work truck when I accidentally left them in my car when I dropped it off. I 100% recommend them. Competitive pricing too

Had my van repaired here after it was in an accident. They were quick and professional. Had an issue with the window not rolling down after they fixed the sliding door. Noticed this a couple days later (when my son tried to roll it down). Called them and they sent someone to my work to fix it! That was above and beyond in my book. Just got a deer, and I had it towed there. Will use them for all future business.

I had slight damage from getting rear ended. The insurance company was a pain but that's unrelated other than Premier was a preferred shop. As far as the work goes. It's perfect. They made it look like new. They were good on their quote and time to repair. The person who did my estimate could have been friendlier though. It wasn't a pleasant experience working with them though the rest of the staff was friendly. I gave five stars because at the end of the day you go there to get your damage fixed. That they did!

After a collision with a deer, Premier Auto worked closely with our insurance company and they provided a great experience for our family. From great communication to personal details to our vehicle repairs I strongly recommend them to anyone. Great staff. Great service.

Brought my car here after a car accident. They forgot to close the hood properly and it broke my window just outside their shop. They didn't care because I want fixing my car there just wanted an estimate for insurance purposes. Left me hanging so had to call a towing company. The owner did not show any remorse and did not apologize. I would suggest you stick with honest people at North Liberty Automotive who helped me get a towing truck and did not ask for anything in return.

Great experience working with Premier. The staff was friendly and attentive. Price was reasonable, the quality of work on my vehicle very well done, and I got my vehicle back 6 days earlier than expected! Very satisfied with Premier and would gladly work with them again in the future.

Took my 2015 ram in for body work after a collision and they did okay work. Since then i took my truck in for an AC problem,and i will be back for the 3rd time, 4th day in a week. I got my truck back the first time and not 24 hours later the i had to call and schedule it to come back in. Then, after the problem was 'corrected' for the 2nd time. I had to call back 6 hours later to get it in again cause it was never fixed. I'm truly fed up and would recommend them to no one for mechanical work. They treated me well in the office and i commend them for that although i wouldn't trust the mechanics to put the chain on a kids bike at this point.

Had an absolutely great experience working with Premier Automotive! Easy to talk with, friendly and helpful throughout the process. I was also extremely pleased with the finished results of the body work. As someone who "babies" their vehicle I was speechless when I picked up my Jeep and it was washed and detailed, which in the middle of winter was awesome! I will continue to share my positive experience with family and friends!

I had unexpexted car trouble and pulled in there as my parents had used them with great success when their van hit a deer. I went in. The receptionist helped me and a mechanic came out and popped the hood and could immediately tell what was wrong. They had it fixed by early afternoon-which was great because they had to order a part and I was a walk in.

EVERYTHING about this place is awsome. Clean. Friendly. Honest. Did above awsome work, even came in under budget, and the job was done earlier than was supposed to be. All the employees showed us the whole shop first to show they can tackle auto rebuild, auto restore, and even auto repair. WHY wouldn't you go there. My shop will continue to use them. (If they don't mind??!!) Ha-ha. Thank you "Premier Auto Body" and all employees!!!!!!!
