Went to leave this morning and car didn't start. Call 30 minutes before they closed and was able to get my car looked at. We arrived a couple minutes before closing and he still worked on my car. He stayed late to replace my battery. I will go back to him if I ever need another one and I live out of state.
I had my teenage son stop in to get a new battery, we were positive it was bad because it wasn't starting in the cold. Jeff tested the battery and said it was fine, no new battery needed, its just that cold. He could have taken our money and we would never have known! This is our 2nd dealing with them and would highly recommend. I think the sign says they have been locally owned for 37 years, there is something to be said about supporting local businesses!
I have purchased all my batteries for all my vehicles and recommend the battery center for at least ten years. When they had to order my latest battery, they told me it would be a week. After three weeks with no call I called them only to get no date for the battery. Finally after another week Jeff told me to quit calling because he had no idea when. Upset he told me to go get my battery somewhere else and hung up on me I will not buy another battery here if this is how my loyalty gets rewarded.
They were recommended to me when I suspected my battery was dead. They were friendly both on the phone and in person. They took the time to explain in detail what they were doing and why as well as different possibilities for why my battery may have failed. They offered to fully charge my old battery while borrowing one of theirs to see if the battery could be salvaged instead of just selling me a new one.
tldr: great service, fast, cost effective, knowledgeable.
