My wife took over 100lbs of clean Friskies cat food cans and beverage cans, which they classified as "unsorted," even though all the cans were completely sorted. They told her .67 per pound over the phone, but they gave my wife a check for a measley $22.10. Don't let them take your cans until you get a firm price for your cans, or better yet take them somewhere else. This business is run by pirates.
In reply to their response: Friskies cat food cans are made from 100% aluminum. You can't get anymore more aluminum than that. So your explanation is just a poor excuse to cheat people out of the money they should receive for their aluminum scrap.
Really rude customer service! The owner Dawne and the employees all talk dirty and have Inappropriate conversations on the job site and have untrained employees running heavy machinery and damaging your vehicles while unloading so be careful I had people unloading themselves in the cold because they don’t have people trained.
Absolutely the worst customer service ever especially after they drop a pipe on your truck.
I told the crane operator that I would pull the pipe off then he could use his magnet. He said no I got this. As he was lifting the pipe off it drops on my truck mirror and front fender and top of my. He then told me sorry about that the lady up in the office will take care of it. The lady up in the office laughed at me and said sorry we're not responsible.
Talk about some unqualified human beings.
