People up there know don’t know what they doing. They have no mechanic experience. Bought a belt from them last week and had to immediately return it because it was for another car! Hire people with actual mechanic experience and not anybody off the street!
You have to be really careful who you listen to at O'Reilly's... they have a bad habit of trying to tell you they only have the higher priced parts in stock. Do your homework before going. They also do NOT change the head light or tail light bulbs like Google claims they do.
I was in there today and I spoke with a gentleman name Robert he was very phenomenal I didn’t know the name of my part, but he took the time out and help me figure out what part I needed. I was stranded on the road. I wasn’t even from around here. I called O’Reillys and he told me to come in and he would take care of me and that’s exactly what he did. Very outstanding gentleman

I understand it's still a bit difficult to find good employees but this location is exceptionally horrible. The guy behind the counter didn't want to help me because he was sitting on his chair having a full blown argument with someone on his phone about who is paying his cell phone bill. Really? Leave your issues at home.
I've certainly received better service on previous visits. This time was lackluster and quite dissapointing. I'm physically disabled and usually am helped to add whatever I purchased to my vehicles. Had to take it for 5 stars to 2 stars. Hopefully it goes back to usual the next time I come.
Love this store, the people there are friendly and know what they're doing. I actually drive pass other stores auto parts stores just to go here because they make you feel like their your best friend. The store is clean and stocked. Great people and store
The employees are really rude and act like they could care less about you and what you need. The website is never accurate. It says they have items that they are all out of. I will find me another auto parts store where the employees are friendly and knowledgeable.
Very helpful they don't try & push anything for you to buy I tell them what's happening with my car & they either tell me what part I need or they. Tell me to go get it checked
I had to come get oil for my motorcycle and never had before and was told that that the oil for cars was good to use although I asked the guy was he sure there was no oil specifically for motorcycles. I went in the next day because it turned black and I had to drain it all just for another employee to actually show me what I should be using. I just hope that oil didn’t damage my bike and it will be up and running again soon.
The store has sign on the door saying mask have to be worn to enter the store I seen a man that had just read the notice trying to make a face covering from a bandana outside of the store then 2 guys come into the store 1had on a mask and the other 1didint nothing was said to the man without a mask he was served and walked out why did you put the sign up if you were not going to inforce it the people who obey the sign have to sweat with the mask on and the ones who refuse to wear mask are still allowed in the store contaminating every thing they come in contact with not a safe place to go stay away
This specific store lacks knowledgable employees on car parts and their job. Can’t tell the difference between parts or know how to communicate on whether or not they have parts in stock. Employees are simply collecting a check here and don’t expect to actually speak to someone with intelligence unfortunately this area doesn’t have people with brains.
Great friendly service no problems at all got to senior citizen discount the counter man was very helpful I recommend it to anybody who needs parts definitely five stars
Had a great experience here nice for a change most of these auto part stores you go into either the employees don't know nothing or don't want the job in the first place not so at O'Reilly's I was waited on by Keenan Johnson store5370 Gary indiana he was very knowledgeable in finding what I needed went above and beyond to make sure it was right loaned me what tools I needed to get the job done very helpful when your 200 miles from home with another 500 miles to go thanks again for all the help keenan and O'Reilly's you ought to give this young man a raise you don't want to lose him
