Would definitely not recommend this place. Was scheduled with them through Roadside, Dispatch called me and let me know the driver is 15 minutes away. Sitting there patiently waiting it turned in 1 hour and 10 minutes before anyone got there and the excuse from the company was that this is a new driver. Service and communication completely sucked. If I was told that they would take over an hour to get there, I would have been fine with it but because they called me and lied to me that someone is 15 minutes away. Was assigned to me at 4:07 and at 5:15 I had to call myself 3 times to see where they are at and finally arrived at 5:30. They are a joke. Thankfully everything is time stamped so they can’t say I’m making anything up.
On the morning of 11/10/25, my truck was stuck in a snow bank near Anderson Lake and late for work when Danny came to the rescue to wrench my vehicle out with no problem all. Big thanks to Debo's Towing and Danny's work. I appreciated your services.
I highly recommend this company the man the tow trucker and the boss was very very understanding and willing to help. Got a flat just outside of Gary on the way to Michigan from Wisconsin. Robert was out to pick us up within 20 mins of the call, which was much faster than I thought would be possible. He got the car loaded up quickly and helped me find a place that had tires in my size (which isn't a common tire). He was super friendly, and the rate was very reasonable. I was so pleased that he worked so hard to get us back on the road safely. I can not praise Robert and Debo's enough. Thank you so much!!
Didn't do a good job on balancing 4 tires on my vehicle. Had to wait for the 4th holiday to be over with to get them balanced again. Was a very unsafe situation driving like that for 4 days. Now due to them balancing a week later I'm just finding out I need new tires again because they weren't balanced right for the second time! As my opinion just get your car towed and avoid any other service.
I highly recommend this place. very honest. it took my 2017 Ford van to them realize the parts were on back order for over a year. instead of putting some aftermarket junk parts on it, they were honest told us not to put the aftermarket on as it would only be a temporary fix. the van runs fine and they told us that the issue would not get any worse. bottom line though is I appreciate their honesty and integrity we're going to contact Ford and try to get the parts but we'll definitely taking it back to debo's for them to put the parts on. Thank you guys for your honesty. being a business owner, integrity is key to business

I blew a tire at 3 something in the morning on 94 and got a tow from them. The driver was very cool to talk to and had to drive me to O Hare airport and hour away to get another rental. I just wish he would have been able to stick around a little longer I had a tip for him. Very professional and I hope if I have troubles that way again they will be there to help
This family-owned business was amazing! They safely pulled us off of the shoulder of a dangerous highway turn. It took them less than a half hour to get to us, and once we were at the shop, they changed the tire in the time it took to change my son’s diaper (not a spare, but a brand new tire!). Pricing was very affordable, and the customer service was incredible. I absolutely recommend this service.
The guys were amazing my car wouldn’t start and I needed it towed unfortunately this all happened on my sons birthday and I had to use some of his birthday money to cover the cost the awesome tow guy handed my baby boy back his 25 I had to use… which was amazing they also were so kind my son was asking questions watching them and they answered all his questions told him happy birthday hope he had a great day… simply an incredible company that should be so proud they made what was supposed to be a stressful aggravating time a great experience… thank youuuuu so much highly recommend and will use for any future car issues
Honestly the fastest jump I've ever had on a semi and when it died again they turned right around to get me. Price was perfect and the people were great too. Anytime I'm in the area and have a problem, they're the first I'm calling. I even gave the business card to my company so everyone has the number if they're in trouble near them.
I got two flat tires on an off-ramp in Gary, IN, at 9:00 pm. A Good Samaritan stopped to help me. He put my spare on the flat with a damaged rim. And the good guys at Debo's met us at their tow yard to sell me another good spare tire which they mounted on the undamaged rim.
Debo's Towing are friendly guys with fair prices, accessible hours, and they helped me get back on the road to home tonight.
The owner of Debo's is a good man, who has fair prices and very professional. He is local guy who knows the history of the area as good as I do. Always a pleasure to sit and talk to him when I'm getting work done on my vehicles. Can't wait until they build his new building and will be able to offer more service to the community.
This was the only towing company who came to pick me up after I sat in a Gary gas station for 3 hours, and drove me all of the way back to Chicago. Then on top of making that drive, just charged a flat rate to my insurance so it cost me $0. I got to sit up front with my dog in my lap and had an awesome conversation the entire time with the driver (who is also the owner) - the drive flew by.
You know when you meet someone who just FEELS like a good person - like you can feel their good vibes radiating out of them? That is how I felt about the owner of this place. Legit awesome. Thank you again.

We blew our tire on i80 while traveling home from vacation. Called Debo’s. They were there within a few minutes. Towed our truck and gave our family, including our dog, a ride. Took them maybe 15-20 minutes to get us back on the road. Very friendly and affordable. Highly recommend Debo’s!
Arrived within 15-20 minutes. Had to get additional help to load my husband’s motorcycle but did a great job beginning to end. Definitely recommend them!
