The person who awnsered the phone hung up on me and when I called back they did not awnser even during work hours, they are extremely rude and from the short time on the phone it is verry apparent that the call center is not in the u.s
Needed to get the transfer expedited. Tied 3 different sites (emailed and called all 3 as requested). The call back and email were quick and efficient. The person on the phone had all my details left from the email. The caller ( Alfredo) was calm and answered my question and allowed me the time needed to answer theirs. Follow up was quick and despite my inconsistencies flawless. Alfredo was beyond amazing - as was the team of individuals who were needed to schedule tow and manage funds.

This is a bait and switch program. They will give you an offer that looks good but when the tow truck driver gets there he comes up with a bunch of bogus reasons why he can't pay the full amount. In my case, the first thing he did was complain about the lack of aluminum rims. They never asked about rims and I never claimed it had aluminum rims. Even though I had met all the terms of the original agreement, he said he couldn't pay the full amount and offered a fraction of the previously agreed upon amount. I walked away and called their office back to inquire why they weren't going to honor our agreement. A representative called the tow company to find out. When she called me back, she told me they said it had aftermarket rims and catalytic converters and that is why they couldn't offer the full price. Both of these statements are false. My vehicle has no rims, it has steel wheels with plastic hub caps, both are OEM and came stock from the factory. Also, he never even looked at the catalytic converters so his claim that they were aftermarket is both made up and false.
I ended up using Peddle. They came out the same day, their offer was only $5 less than Cash for Cars original offer and the tow driver made no attempt to haggle. He simply asked for the title and handed me the agreed amount of cash and we were both on our way.

The process was amazingly easy. I went through the website and got an offer for my vehicle that was on it's last let. Maybe it would start and run to get it out of the driveway...maybe not. The offer was fair and for about double what I was expecting. Within a few minutes I got a phone call to verify everything. All of the details were gone over carefully, including exactly what to do with the title so it didn't get messed up. They tried to connect me with the folks that would actually show up to tow it, but they were closed due to a holiday. However, that company called me back the day after the holiday to arrange pickup. I had my choice of days, times, etc. The day of the scheduled pick up, the driver called me an hour prior to his arrival to make sure the timing was good. A very polite and professional man showed up to tow the car. He filled out the check accurately to make sure my name was correct and handed it over. Hooked up the car and drug it off. Very easy when you have a junker you need to get rid of.
Michael Johnson was extremely patient, courteous, and smoothly guided me through the process. Called on Monday morning, and they picked my car up on Tuesday, and handed me a check. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs to sell a "junk car," our transmission was shot, and it made no sense to sink anymore money into our extremely high mileage "paid for" vehicle. Thanks CoPart!
My vehicle's transmission failed aways from home. It was not worth fixing. Cash for Cars offered my 5 times what the local wrecking yard was going to pay me for my vehicle. I was not able to meet them to give them the title and keys, but I was able to leave these with the mechanic shop my van was parked at so the wrecker could get them when he picked up the van. They sent me the check that day via FedEx so I had it the next morning.
