The worst of the worst. Predatory towing at its best. They have exclusive contracts with the City of Indianapolis and impd so they pretty much do whatever they want. City tagged my vehicle as abandoned for a flat tire. City code calls for 72-hour notice to be given and they were here in under 36 hours trying to tow it. There's very little you can do to try and fight against it. Modern-day pirates. They will take your stuff and hold it Ransom until you pay them and if you don't have the money then they just get the profit off selling your car. Companies like this are the reason Indianapolis has one of the highest predatory towing rates in the country.
I would give them no stars if I could.
First they tow my boyfriends freightliner illegally (company is investigating) $2500 to get it out as soon as it got their.
Then we get the truck and check all his stuff to see if anything was missing and sure enough he has property missing plus they took his vapes new and USED BURNT OUT.
All I can say is bad karma comes to bad people and whoever stole his stuff is bad people. Onto of yall taking his truck illegally. I do not recommend this place.
Even though it cost $550 to get my car out after 1 week with no courtesy sticker placed on car, staff was very friendly. But the prices are ridiculous, $150 initial fee, $30 every day for storage, and $100 lien fee after 3 days storage, tow companies are highway robbery!!
Towed my fiancé’s vehicle from our apartment complex WRONGFULLY. We woke up thankfully having the day off and noticed… I will say the lady who answered the phone was very generous and went and checked the vehicle and obviously saw the parking permit in the front windshield. She (who was nowhere near the wrong) was obviously apologetic and showed humility… it would’ve taken the idiotic tow truck driver about 5 seconds if they would actually get out and look for a sticker instead of thinking about compensation for picking the vehicle up. As this isn’t the first for this company I’m sure it won’t be the last. In my line of work if I would’ve messed up, I’d be facing termination/charges. Do better.
They manage the stouts shoe parking lot downtown and will tow employees of the surrounding businesses that have passes on their dashes that stouts gave them. When the pass is brought up they just say stouts said to tow the cars anyways. When stouts shoes employees are asked they say they did not say this?
What is going on? It all feels very scummy.
This place is horrible!!! My car got towed during a literal snow storm when the public is advised to avoid traveling. I parked illegally because it’s freezing cold, dark outside, late at night with 12 inches of snow on the ground and I only need to run into a business for 45 mins mind you I’m a young woman who doesn’t want to walk blocks in the dark to and from my car in the middle of downtown Indy. Within no time they towed my car 20 minutes away from the business I parked at and made me RISK MY LIFE driving on snow covered roads. Literally worry about pulling cars out of ditches on the side of highways from black ice than worrying about me illegally parking for 45 mins. Absolutely shameful & a lame excuse for a business.
I have to get many cars out of impound as part of my job and these guys are amazing compared to 90% of the impounds I have to deal with.
Their impound fees were reasonable, they were very clear on the phone what documents were needed to release the car. When I arrived the lady up front was very quick to help me and they got me in and out in less than 10minutes.
This is how they do your cars, lady at the front desk has 0 customers service skills ,she’s super rude they only want to do cash ,i would rate 0 if i could
Had a great experience with Last Chance. My daughter 's. Vehicle was stuck in a parking garage. They got there right away. I wish I had got the name of the driver. He was insanely wonderful. Very personable and helped us get our vehicle to a repair shop. If you have a towing need in downtown Indy, they are the ones to call.
They towed my car from my apartment garage saying I didn’t have my parking pass in the windshield, yet just a couple seconds of searching would have shown them that my sticker was on my dashboard. All of their pictures conveniently showed every spot of the car other than where the sticker was. They then threatened to trespass me for going to my car in the lot to take a picture as evidence that my sticker was on the dash. Woman behind the desk has zero customer service skills as expressed in various other negative reviews. They said I should have gone in to the office before going to my car, yet I called an hour in advance informing them that I believe they wrongfully towed my car. I know several people in the same building that had their cars wrongfully towed as well. The people at Last Chance display an utter lack of professionalism or care for people’s property.
the office workers tried to shake me down after my car was repossessed. I had already called my loan company and they told me how much it would be to get out and that it was a flat fee for the first 5 days, the lady behind the counter said there would be an additional 300 dollar cash fee. I told her I already knew how much it should be and she pretended to go check some paperwork and came back and said she accidentally had the wrong paperwork on me, that doesn’t make any sense and was clearly an attempt to hustle me out of my rent money, why else would she specifically ask for cash. What kind of person would try to steal from someone already down on their luck that doesn’t know any better, I know they must’ve gotten over on some poor vulnerable people before
Absolutely off chart service. They have help me, my family and friends when stuck. When time is very important.
They are in a tough business.
The Naysayers got themselves in the predicament and think is always the Tow Guys Problem. Just Saying and you know who you are.
After having my car stolen, these people picked up my car. The fee was $395.00 I had 314 cash. They would not budge. I feel like they are worse than the people who stolen my car. I ended up walking to an ATM 1/2 mile away to get the rest of the money.
Highly recommend! They came and towed an RV out of our back yard that had been sitting for a cpl yrs...was impressed how smoothly it went!

I am a dealer in Alabama. These guys redeemed my collateral for me in under 3 hours, worked with me to get my vehicle back to me before my 10 days was up! Will use these guys again.
I called 2 am. my car was dead right across the street at the drive in. The lovely lady on the phone didn’t hesitate to let me use the jumper cable box and even walked across the street to meet me at the entrance. Super nice and very helpful. (Mind you, I had my kids in the car and I’m not from here so I couldn’t just call a friend/family. I called roadside assistance and the non emergency police station and no one could help).
Be careful. They had some sort of “system error” where a good number of people who worked with them, going back as far as a year, were re-charged within the last month. They will not be widely distributing this information even though they claim Chase is investigating. I was only informed when I called them out due to noticing this on my bill.

While people complain about getting their car towed, when it is YOUR spot that someone has parked in, you want someone that is professional, prompt, and efficient. Our entire apartment complex loves LCW, they do a great job of making sure we can all park where we pay to park.
I just want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to the team at Last Chance Wrecker towing service. From the receptionist, to TODD who towed my car, I have to say they were cordial, patient and SO informative every step of the way! TODD, my service tech, took the time to educate me on the "ins and outs" of safely towing a car. He didn't have to take the time, but he did, and I will be forever grateful for his expertise and patience with me. YOU ARE THE BEST, Todd--Thank you! I highly recommend Last Chance Wrecker!

Be careful calling or dealing with this company. Our vehicle was wrecked and we paid them to tow it home and they immediately contacted the city about the vehicle which is a scheme wrecker companies use to get free vehicles. Luckily we're a family of mechanics and were able to fix the car and not have to deal with the city on that vehicle, but we dealt with the city on several other issues that otherwise would have never been bothered with. They steal stuff out the cars and are extremely unprofessional.
They came and rescued me from a parking garage downtown. The price was steep, but fair. Definitely not gouging by any means. The driver was extremely friendly and had me hooked up and out of the garage before I knew what was happening. 10/10, would use again!
My car was totaled and Last Chance picked up my car. When I went to the lot to retrieve my personal belongings. The staff was very helpful in helping me locate my car. they also spent about 20 minutes helping me remove my license plate from the back of my heavily damaged car.
Very nice people and wonderful customer service. I unfortunately had expired plates and my apartments had my SUV towed. I was super stressed out, but the wonderful people here made me feel comfortable and I was able to get the matter taken care of within minutes. I definitely recommend this company for any towing and recovery needs!

They towed my car and stole over $1000 worth of items. They damaged what they couldn’t get away with stealing. The office staff was rude and unprofessional. They had signs up tell customers no guns on the premise but they had guns on them. They refused to return any of my missing items and when I called to have them returned they never returned my call. These people are crooks and thieves.
They have a job to do. It's not there fault if your payments are late or miss communicated with your vehicle lender. They try hard to keep your information from other customers. Staff are professional and polite treat them with respect you get respect. No I don't work here nor do I know anyone who works there had my vehicle repossessed paid my payment got my vehicle.
My car was repossessed before I could get all my belongings. The gentleman who helped me was very kind. Not only did he take my plates off for me, he also got everything out of my car as it was wedged between 2 others where I couldn't get in. He repeatedly apologized for meeting me under the circumstances which was greatly appreciated as it was one of the worst days of my life. And the lady I spoke with on multiple occasions prior to retrieving my belongings was also very nice. I really appreciated their kindness and courtesy.
They cleaned out my entire car without a key. They weren't able to get into my trunk but they were gonna put my car up for auction after being there 6 days, knowing I was coming to get it. There is STILL writing all over my windows that won't come off. But when I went to get my car the man was nice & the office people seem nice.
