Staff is completely arrogant and rude I have never in my life met a company that would employ their entire staff and promote them to be downright rude disgusting to their customers. I was charged $40 for someone to put Saran Wrap which wasn't Saran wrap it was just a piece of plastic tape on my driver's side front window because they said it was rolled down then they said it was cracked meaning you know just slightly cracked instead of all the way rolled down the funny thing is I have pictures of it after the accident and all windows are completely rolled up the other thing is I have pictures of it on the tow truck itself where the windows are still completely rolled up they notated in their notes that there was no key inside the vehicle play at the impd officer and the tow truck driver both told me to put the key on the seat so I laid the key along with the registration on the seat of the vehicle driver seat that is and when I went to get it out of impound before I even paid for it I said hey I got charged for something that's not right you guys said my window is down that's why that plastic tape is on there but the windows are not rolled down not cracked or anything and this was on after hours and the lady at the desk said there's nothing that she can do about it she couldn't change any of the billing so I call and speak with the supervisor who was very rude and dismissive she said to me the supervisor did that the picture she has shows the window rolled down I said Well ma'am when the forklift driver brought the vehicle to me the window was completely up I have video of all of this she said well when you have a discrepancy like that you're supposed to tell the lady in the office and they will go back there with you when they bring it out to verify it I told the supervisor I mentioned it to that lady and she said there was nothing she could do about it the supervisor told me that was a lie that any of the workers can change the billing if it's warranted I have four witnesses that will attest to this and verify that what I'm saying is accurate.. not to mention I was recording our whole conversation. Nonetheless the supervisor said I will give you our email address send us over the pictures and we will take a look at them I said okay please do that I will share the pictures the videos everything and I will also send a screenshot of where my GPS tracker on my keys showed that the key was in fact in the vehicle the entire time that's when she blew up on me because I said I have one question if the window is down why not just roll it up she said because we don't get in the vehicle but then she contradicted herself by saying we done an inventory on the vehicle and there was no key in there funny thing is when the vehicle was brought to me the key and the registration was moved from the driver's seat the key was put into the cup holder and the registration was laid over into the passenger floorboard.... ironically enough nobody could have rolled the window up not even myself because the wreck was so severe that it cut the battery cables in half... so when I politely told her all of this she started yelling at me and hung up on me what kind of customer service is that not to mention she wouldn't give me her name she did say though that all of her calls are recorded for everybody working there I said okay then so then what I did is I filed a dispute claim explaining everything submitting all the photos and I never once got a refund for the $40 for the 20-inch by 20 inch piece of clear thin plastic tape that wasn't even on the window as I mentioned earlier it was actually between the driver and passenger door which if there was a big crack in the door won't close all the way I could understand but that wasn't the case they scammed me out of my money and then the manager of the place hung up on me and when I tried to call back I was told never to call there again I said okay well then I will be by there and I was threatened with trespassing and being arrested if I showed up

Our truck was impounded. They stripped our tires and rims off truck tour of running board wrecked front End by pushing vehicle up against other cars and picking up our truck with a forklift, I have never ever seen a vehicle in the condition that our vehicle was left in our vehicle was ram sacked ignition was busted absolute nightmare. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Let me start by saying all these bad reviews freaked me out knowing I had to go here to get my mom’s car. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The woman at the desk, the lot driver.. EVERYONE was great to be around. I had never been and got walked through the whole process. Yes it’s expensive, but it’s been that way since I was born! I felt they deserved a good review.

When I arrived my wait time was only ten to fifteen minutes. The ladies at the counter were professional and kind to me. The driver that took me to and from the lot.Was extremely informative. I knew what the fees were for and they did not change when I got there. When I show kindness and tolerance, I receive the same thing back.

They charged me 40 dollars per day for 3 days for a vehicle that was stolen ok no problem and then they charged me 354$ for made up fines such as a $75 to “mail” a letter

Excellent service. It's so good it almost makes me wish they'd steal my car and charge me another $300 just so I can interact with them again.

they didn’t unlock the door and waited until it was midnight to charge me over night fee’s definitely a scam and needs to get staffed replaced and retrained

Terrible place to do business with in all aspects . They tow so many cars now and hope you don’t come in for them because they want to sell them at their auctions. And when you do come for your vehicle they make you go through so many things first and then once you complete all that they are even more rude because you were able to get your own car out. They charged $75 for a notice to be mailed to me like a single sheet of paper for $75 . On top of my daily fee and initial tow charge .
