Communication issues between customer and carrier… I didn’t have a pick up number and they didn’t have me in the schedule. They worked it out and I was loaded and gone in a couple hours. Thanks
They advertise that 85% of their business is 'tolling' plastics for customers like myself. I sent numerous promising samples and even traveled from Chattanooga, TN to hand deliver a few sample in person and meet my contact (Grant Gilmore) in person. My contact seemed excited about the opportunities on the table and I left feeling we were really going to start up some good business. Then I was completely GHOSTED. I even spoke to a sales rep named Ben and explained my confusion. Three weeks later, I have still not heard or received any emails from anyone with this organization. With that said, I would not trust them to handle ANY plastics that I own.
Management is horrible, I have been here since 8 this morning for a scheduled drop. It is now noon and I'm still waiting! Worst business in the United States to do business with if you are a truck driver it would be suggested to pass do not do business with these idiots!
Terrible. Really. Only good reviews are from truck drivers for a reason. Management is absolutely awful. From the owners to the supervisors. If you’re a felon and have absolutely no other option, go here temporarily if you have to. I would honestly recommend fast food before this place. Might make a little less an hour, but will at least get benefits and be treated like a human being.
