The guys are nice and helpful in the office. Have bought a few hard to find parts for some older trucks and they were reasonable priced and the pickup process is easy. Also the guy that runs the warehouse and delivers parts is super helpful and friendly too.

The quality of the parts compared to the prices outrageous. They are extremely cheap and extremely durable. Everyone at the Indianapolis location was extremely helpful with me finding the part that I needed. I thought that I ordered the wrong part and they assured me that I did not. After fingering out, it was an O-ring issue the company and employees fixed the issue without any problems. And rest assured, if there were any more issues, they would be 100% ready to help. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this place to anyone needing diesel parts.
Ordered a radiator, ended up being not correct for the application and was not advertised correctly. They wanted me to pay return shipping and charge me a 20% restock fee. Makes you wonder how bigger business get ahead. This is how.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE I REPEAT I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME ON ANYTHING THESE PEOPLE OFFER YOU THEY A SCAM RECENTLY ORDERED INJECTORS FROM THEM CAME TO FIND OUT THE INJECTORS ARE BAD SO I RETURNED THE INJECTORS AND THEY TESTED AND CONFIRMED THE INJECTORS WHERE BAD SO I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEY TRYING TO TELL ME THAT SINCE I INSTALLED THE INJECTORS THEY USED LOOK AT THE CARD THEY PLAYING AFTER I HAD WASTED TIME AND MONEY IN LABOR FOR A SHOP TO INSTALL THE PART THAT DON’T WORK SO GUYS SAVE YOUR MONEY BUY PARTS FROM THE DEALERSHIP EVEN IF IT COST MORE AT LEAST YOU WILL HAVE A WORKING PART THAN A JUNK PART THAT DOESN’T WORK. A WORD TO A WISE IS ENOUGH

Needed a part that was on national backorder. Searched web and found this company. I recieved great customer service from ordering to pickup!!! They also have shipping options but I live close to Indy so I can take the hour drive. I was surprised at the inventory they carry for our 2015 Cascadia! I will be ordering parts from them until we retire from trucking.
Purchase a used 2013 KW K270 cabover delivery truck for my business last year for $28,000.00 as is of course. Unfortunately we have had nothing but wiring issues with it since. Buyer beware & don't be taken advantage from this company like we have. Only been Is able to utilize it for deliveries for a total of 3 months since we bought it a year ago.
Tyler in the parts department went above and beyond to help me find what I needed at a fair and reputable price. When I talked to him on the phone it was like I was talking to a personal friend I’ve known all my life.He was more than happy and willing to to go the extra mile to help me find a part that is not so easy to find! His attitude and customer service skills showed me that he, along with the company as a whole really values their customers. I needed steps with a battery box for a 2005 Ford F650, Vander Haags had it, shipped it and I received it quickly. Communication with them was excellent. Product exactly as described! Couldn't be happier! Will definitely buy from again!
Greg was very knowledgeable about what I needed for my truck. I bought a driver seat not knowing the base was to wide. I brought it back Greg gave me a reasonable price for the one I needed swapped it out and I was out the door. I would recommend these guys to any owner operator in the Indianapolis area.
