Excellent service! I was at work and couldn't maintain doing my job and putting on my spare. He was there within 35-40 mins and got tire off, patched up, and back on quickly. Definitely will recommend to anyone!
Angel on Wheels is a perfect name for this business! We were in Indianapolis for a medical appointment. Afterwards when we went to the car we noticed we had a flat tire. The car was not drivable. I found this company as I searched for roadside assistance. We called and immediately received the response, I’m headed your way. I’m about a half hour away but I’ll be right there. He showed up exactly as he said he would. The tire had a screw in it. He repaired it right there! Within the hour we were able to make our one hour drive back home!! The repair price was very fair as well. We were truly thankful to find the Angel on Wheels. He was very prepared and had everything he needed to help us. If you need roadside assistance this is the person to call! Honorable, prepared, reasonable and extremely kind. Thank you Angel on Wheels! You were certainly our blessing today!
Literally a savior! I hit a huge pothole and got 2 flat tires, Mark came out and got us fixed up in less than 3 hours when all the tow companies were either closed or were going to take 5+ hours! Was super affordable, I could not recommend him more!
I cannot recommend high enough. Mark was extremely timely, knowledgeable, and extremely well priced. He replaced our tire within an hour and a half; all at night and in the snow.
If I could rate this service any higher than 5 stars I would. My tire went flat outside my workplace and I didn’t have a spare. This guy came out to my location and was able to install a new tire right there. Super affordable too! The cost was markedly better than what another service was asking for. I would 100% use them again

I had a dead battery that wouldn't jump and he suggested several options that would be cheaper than himself, making sure I had all the information to make a good choice. Unbelievably Great Service! We were on our way from Florida to Wisconsin, and just south of Indianapolis, we hit a big pot hole, turning off the freeway onto an exit ramp. We hit it at about 60 mph, and it blew the front and rear passenger tires immediately! It was Friday afternoon Memorial Day weekend, and I was sure we were all going to be stuck. My husband found this service and called. The owner told us he'd be happy to help, and he was 40 minutes away. True to his word, he came by, jacked up the car and put it on blocks, and took the two wheels to get tires put on. He was back in a little over an hour with 2 good used tires on the wheels, put them on the car, and blessed us as he left. He was kind and honest, restoring my faith in service people and humans in general. We were so blessed to find this generous soul, and the price was very reasonable. This should be your first call if you ever need help in this area. The name is very fitting.
So 5:30PM on a Saturday and my tire is completely flat! Found Mark online and by 8PM, I have a good used tire on my car for less than the price of a tow! He even showed me what was wrong with my tire (dry rotted on the side wall) and kept me updated with an accurate ETA
I called Mark from Angel on Wheels when my tire went flat at IUPUI. He flew down from fishers without hesitation after clearly explaining his services and what I would expect from him. He was quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He did excellent work and got me back on the road within 10 minutes of getting there. I can't recommend him more, definitely will call him again when my car goes down somewhere. A+ roadside mechanic.
As someone who has never needed roadside assistance before, Mark was very helpful! He was very communicative with his estimated arrival time. He did a great job of explaining what I need to do next, how long I can drive on my damaged car, and what I might expect needs replaced. Overall very happy and thankful he helped me during rush hour traffic!

Mark was so sweet, quick and efficient!! I was having a bit of a mental breakdown since my tire blew out on the side of a busy road very late at night but he was extremely nice and reassured me that everything would be okay on the phone, and he got there in a very reasonable amount of time considering it was late at night and replaced my tire and bent my fender the right way in a very short amount of time!! He was very easy going and friendly, easy to talk to, and even gave me recommendations for repair work and getting a new tire. If you’re ever stuck on the road needing assistance, I’d 100% recommend Mark! I’m so glad I found and called him that night!
Mark is the guy that you want to come help you when you're SOL. Mark turned an extremely frustrating experience into a mild inconvenience. Professional, nice, good communication, fair pricing, great customer service. He was at Walmart when I called him and it took him far less time to get to me than other quotes I got, went and opened a tire shop to get me a tire, and replaced it on the side of the road even though it was freezing, and late in black Friday. Mark is extremely professional and sensitive to the needs and fears of his customers. He is in constant communication if something happens to delay your service. He does not leave you in the dark like some companies can which is so reaffirming and comforting. I have his number plugged in my phone and know I have an awesome go to company for my urgent mi or car issue needs. His rates are reasonable as well.
Mark L. from Angel on wheels was very helpful, kind, and quick! He got my car unlocked (I locked my keys in my car) with no problem and we chatted about the beautiful day. I appreciate his kindness and him making sure he did the job perfect! He made sure to give me his card, too, just in case which was nice! They have great and reasonable prices, too.
I lost the key to my car while out for a run through a park trail. After looking for about an hour I gave up and began the search for roadside assistance support. I found / came across Angel on Wheels. After placing the call Mark responded in about 15 minutes - much sooner than I thought. He confirmed my location and said he was on the way. Very punctual and professional when he arrived. It took Mark all of 2 minutes to get my vehicle unlocked ‼Amazing. I was able to get some personal/valuable items out of the car. The cost was extremely reasonable and I was totally impressed by the value I received.
