If I could rate this service any higher than 5 stars I would. My tire went flat outside my workplace and I didn’t have a spare. This guy came out to my location and was able to install a new tire right there. Super affordable too! The cost was markedly better than what another service was asking for. I would 100% use them again

I had a dead battery that wouldn't jump and he suggested several options that would be cheaper than himself, making sure I had all the information to make a good choice. We were stuck with a flat downtown during our weekend visit recently and needed a quick solution close by. We called in to Mark who was absolutely helpful and friendly. We ended up with going for another option due to schedule and locations, but I would absolutely call again in the same situation, and they were wonderful to work with!

Unbelievably Great Service! We were on our way from Florida to Wisconsin, and just south of Indianapolis, we hit a big pot hole, turning off the freeway onto an exit ramp. We hit it at about 60 mph, and it blew the front and rear passenger tires immediately! It was Friday afternoon Memorial Day weekend, and I was sure we were all going to be stuck. My husband found this service and called. The owner told us he'd be happy to help, and he was 40 minutes away. True to his word, he came by, jacked up the car and put it on blocks, and took the two wheels to get tires put on. He was back in a little over an hour with 2 good used tires on the wheels, put them on the car, and blessed us as he left. He was kind and honest, restoring my faith in service people and humans in general. We were so blessed to find this generous soul, and the price was very reasonable. This should be your first call if you ever need help in this area. The name is very fitting.
So 5:30PM on a Saturday and my tire is completely flat! Found Mark online and by 8PM, I have a good used tire on my car for less than the price of a tow! He even showed me what was wrong with my tire (dry rotted on the side wall) and kept me updated with an accurate ETA
I called Mark from Angel on Wheels when my tire went flat at IUPUI. He flew down from fishers without hesitation after clearly explaining his services and what I would expect from him. He was quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He did excellent work and got me back on the road within 10 minutes of getting there. I can't recommend him more, definitely will call him again when my car goes down somewhere. A+ roadside mechanic.
As someone who has never needed roadside assistance before, Mark was very helpful! He was very communicative with his estimated arrival time. He did a great job of explaining what I need to do next, how long I can drive on my damaged car, and what I might expect needs replaced. Overall very happy and thankful he helped me during rush hour traffic!
I give zero stars. This man has a horrible attitude and does not know how to speak to people. He explained his process, where he will come to you take your tire and rim you will pay in full he leaves and stayed he will return with the new tire and when I just inquired about payment him leaving and then possibly returning that is when he got very nasty. He began stating how he got burned so many times and he takes payment in full and this is just how he runs his business. I had a few questions about the process. It is not always what you say, but it is how you say it. I am a young woman and I was with my child stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire my circumstances were already stressful and I did not need nor appreciate him speaking to me in that manner because I just didn’t say YES to his process right away and had questions.

Had a flat tire before a concert in Indianapolis, Marc answered the call, came to the parking lot, got a tire for us, and repaired it while we were at the concert, sending picture updates. Got back to the car to it ready to go. Can't thank Marc enough. Would highly recommend.
Mark came to the rescue for my mom and I when we popped our tire on a pothole on our way to Ohio. He was prompt, quick, and a great communicator which put our minds at ease during a stressful time. Mark took great care of us— he put on a spare tire, called a tire shop, made sure they had the tires we needed, and prepared them for our arrival. We were back on the road within 2 hours. Mark was so sweet, quick and efficient!! I was having a bit of a mental breakdown since my tire blew out on the side of a busy road very late at night but he was extremely nice and reassured me that everything would be okay on the phone, and he got there in a very reasonable amount of time considering it was late at night and replaced my tire and bent my fender the right way in a very short amount of time!! He was very easy going and friendly, easy to talk to, and even gave me recommendations for repair work and getting a new tire. If you’re ever stuck on the road needing assistance, I’d 100% recommend Mark! I’m so glad I found and called him that night!
Mark is the guy that you want to come help you when you're SOL. Mark turned an extremely frustrating experience into a mild inconvenience. Professional, nice, good communication, fair pricing, great customer service. He was at Walmart when I called him and it took him far less time to get to me than other quotes I got, went and opened a tire shop to get me a tire, and replaced it on the side of the road even though it was freezing, and late in black Friday. It was indeed a true blessing that not only was I LED to contact Angel On Wheels because of my dire distressful need, I was BLESSED beyond measures that Mr. Mark responded immediately, was up front & very understanding, informative, & honorably considerate! Mark is extremely professional and sensitive to the needs and fears of his customers. He is in constant communication if something happens to delay your service. He does not leave you in the dark like some companies can which is so reaffirming and comforting. I have his number plugged in my phone and know I have an awesome go to company for my urgent mi or car issue needs. His rates are reasonable as well.
Mark assisted in jump-starting my car. Upon the realization that I needed to replace my battery, he offered to pick one up from the auto store. He also installed it.

I lost the key to my car while out for a run through a park trail. After looking for about an hour I gave up and began the search for roadside assistance support.
I found / came across Angel on Wheels. After placing the call Mark responded in about 15 minutes - much sooner than I thought. He confirmed my location and said he was on the way. Very punctual and professional when he arrived. It took Mark all of 2 minutes to get my vehicle unlocked ‼Amazing. I was able to get some personal/valuable items out of the car. The cost was extremely reasonable and I was totally impressed by the value I received.
