Very quick and polite service. Called as they were approaching and followed directions to get straight to my car as I was in a private lot. They answered all of my questions, delivered my car and sent pictures after delivery to my mechanic. They even made sure to get names from the mechanic shop for the person I spoke with prior to leaving to make sure it was a smooth drop off. I would definitely call them again.
Called to have vehicle towed this morning. Was told the car would be picked up within the hour. That was more than 12 hours ago. No phone call, no text to explain. But they sure did send the link to get paid. Not bad service...absolutely NO SERVICE!!! Save your time, trouble and frustration...call another company for towing.

Ah. Nothing worse than going out to warm up your car and locking the keys in your RUNNING vehicle. José made it to me as fast as he could and got me in the car under 3 minutes. My husband posted enough on here about the service. Taking advantage of people with car troubles. But after paying 490 and then told he needed 50 dollars cash. Said he would be there in 30 minutes, then 20, then 5 45 minutes later he finally showed. The worst thing was calling and harassing my husband after our bad day.
Charged me over $500 to tow my car 45 minutes away. Told me on the phone it he would be at the location I gave him and waited over an hour. I believe he does that to price gouge and then said he needed $50 more dollars when he arrived, after I paid $495 tow bill. Never use this towing service. Absolutely horrible business.
He's was incredibly nice and helpful. He lowered the price for me a bit so I could pay what I could afford and he got my car started for me so I didn't need to physically push it into my driveway
Accidentally locked the keys in my husband’s truck while we are up here at Riley AND in the middle of a snow storm!. They showed up fast and were very reasonably priced!. Highly recommend!.

Great guys for a tow and repair, in my case. My Civic's alternator gave out in the middle of the night after my work shift. My tower Jose picked the car up, and advised me he had a small shop nearby and could repair it. We negotiated terms and he took it to his shop, put in a brand new alternator in about a day and a half. Charged me a really great price too. Highly recommend these guys especially Jose. P.S. -- Other local towers wanted almost double what this guy did it for.
This is hands down the best towing company in the Indianapolis metro area! I randomly found about this company in a Reddit thread and I’ve used them twice since (today and yesterday) to tow one of my vehicles. My tow operator was very kind, competent, and professional and their prices are amazing! They are also very prompt, coming sooner than the eta. This should be the only tow company people use, it is now definitely my go-to.
After waiting what was supposed to be two hours for AAA, it turned into four, and I decided enough is enough! I decided to go with Guerrero Towing because of all the great reviews I read and I was not disappointed. My tow operator Jose Gutierrez was very informative, prompt, and friendly! Night and day difference from AAA. It was 5am and He said he could make it in 45 minutes but he actually made it in 30. We were on the road before I knew it and everything was professional and prompt by Jose. I would highly recommend this company 10/10. I should've went with them from the start!
I had a great experience with Guerrero towing service! I needed my car towed, but when the shop I was heading to stopped responding, Eddy Jr. went above and beyond. He helped me find another place to take my car at no extra charge, and made sure my problem was solved. Excellent service and highly recommended!

If i could give 1000000 stars I would! They came out within 15 minutes of me texting saying I was ready and pulled my car out of a hole, totally saved the day! No damage to the car, was very sweet and understanding and even offered to lower price just to be nice!

Got a flat on 465, scary experience. Other tow services would not come get me. 4 hours later found Guerrero Towing. Eddy was so kind. He called to be sure he had my exact location. I rode with him to the dealership, he waited till my uber arrived to take me home. Reliable towing with a dash of Kindness. I'll recommend and use them again!
Great service and communication! Easy payment. My car broke down on the side of the road and these guys were there in less than 40 minutes to get me towed. I also had them come back the next day to get me to a dealership. They left my keys in the drop box and sent me photo verification that it had been dropped off properly. Overall great experience!
These guys are a family owned business. Both of the sons came out to help. They were unbelievably the most genuine young man that I’ve encountered in such a long time. very polite It was almost as if it was more than just a service to people with these guys. They were so determined to get my 18 wheeler 53 foot trailer hauling 19,000 pounds from out of a ditch. They told me they’re going to do whatever it took and we’re not leaving until we get the job done. These guys are awesome. I am in over the road driver and I so happen to get stuck next to a gym. Trying to go work out. I didn’t get to work out, but it was OK. I told my wife more in detail about what happened and how these guys were and she even said that she were going to leave a review is hard to come across people like this and their prices was unbelievable if you guys read this, I want to say thank you again and do you guys rock I know you guys his father is very blessed.
