Ahmad was very helpful and professional, I request for battery issue Ahmad came and towed me off the highway and even tried to jump start it again still wouldn’t work so he towed my vehicle all the way home with no problem!!! The driver was awesome! He was thorough and called to make sure he had the right information. He was super professional and kind. When we got to the repair shop he took took the car off the tow truck bed while I managed the paperwork in the office.
We received excellent and prompt service when working with this tow company. We had broken down nearly an hour away from home and the first towing agency the insurance company sent never showed up. Yaffo however showed up quickly, communicated well and made the process super easy for me, my wife, and our dog. Would totally recommend to anyone in the area in need of a tow!

I have dealt with Yaffo Towing twice, both times through my insurance on different vehicles. They have been great every each time and would make sure to communicate with me. Both times, the driver was great, easy to talk to, and he was very careful with my lowered car. Highly recommend if you are in emergency need of towing.
