Ahmad was very helpful and professional, I request for battery issue Ahmad came and towed me off the highway and even tried to jump start it again still wouldn’t work so he towed my vehicle all the way home with no problem!!! And gave me snacks ! 10 out of 10 service I definitely recommend using Yaffo Towing for your next roadside issue !!
They were dispatched through my insurance and couldn’t be happier with their service. Car was inoperable out side of city limits at 7pm and they were able to get to my vehicle in a very reasonable time.
Driver delivered to my apartment complex and the best spot to drop the car was on a slight incline and my car is a bit low to the ground. Driver was very careful with my car and clearly is very good at what he does. Appreciate your service
We were stuck on I-65 with a rental car and Qsai came to rescue us! He was beyond professional and helped us through the entire process. I highly recommend this company and especially him.
the driver drives like a crazy person on the highway during peak rush hour at that. almost hit me twice i’m confident if i wasn’t a good driver and hyper aware of my surroundings they would have hit me. he was speeding and almost hit some other people too all while smoking a cigarette like please get your priorities straight before you get on the road. you seriously are putting so many people at risk and it’s sad to see.
Great service! Kept me up to date on arrival time. Was careful with my vehicle. Even dropped me off at a nearby hotel since we were traveling. Wish I could remember the gentleman’s name. Would definitely use them again

I believe the technicians name was Nour for my service just now in Lafayette. He was punctual, polite, and kind. I needed assistance getting up into the high seated truck and he assisted without making me feel embarrassed. Speedy and great service.
Giving three stars for what seemed like compassion from the managers after the incident happened. They were speedy, so most reviews I cannot relate in regard to this, however the tow driver ran my car through my garage door… I know it was an accident and the tow driver seemed remorseful and I want to give credit for that. The second manager I spoke to said that this would be handled asap and I appreciate the reassurance as my home is currently for sale. I was distraught as I’ve been dealing with the stress of moving across the country here soon. I am concerned on how this will affect the buy of my home if potential interest drive by to see my home until it is fixed. Obviously it is unlikely to reimburse me for emotional distress but it’s my reality. I now have to add something else to my to do list in keeping up with the tow company’s word on fixing and repairing my home from the damage. I have not checked my vehicles damage since the tow was late in the evening and having two younger toddlers at home. For both parties, I wish this never happened. Again, I do want to emphasize what seemed to be compassion from the managers and tow driver after the incident. For this, it pains me to write this review but I have to document my experience in the event this is not handled properly and fairly
ETA for Tow was scheduled between 8:13-10:15am. I left notes that that car shop didn’t open until 9am. I got a call at 8am and I restated what was notated and the driver stated that they will pickup once shop opens. At 12:00pm I contacted the the tow dispatcher and it was stated that the driver stated they will arrive to the drop off location within 30 mins. My car was not dropped off to its drop off location until 2:15pm. There was no communication in between or with progress
American Family sent Yaffo Towing to assist with my roadside request, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the dispatcher to the driver, everyone was courteous and professional. The driver went above and beyond—patiently explaining the issue and how it was resolved to my elderly parents, who are hard of hearing and speak English as a second language. His grace and patience truly stood out. I would absolutely use their service again.
Called around 3pm they told me the tow should be ready for pick up 45 min to 1 hour, okay figured give them till 445, wife reminded me hey it’s 5 have they picked up the car yet? Called the tow service directly then the tow service receptionist guy told me it will be another hour, related to them that my mechanic closes around 6pm. They just barely dropped off my car at 619. Lucky for me I called the mechanic to give me another 1/2 so he can take possession of the car before he leaves for the night.
The driver did not speak or say good morning. I walk over to attempt to introduce myself and greet both.The driver and trainee were both short and carry on with their preliminary evaluation. I asked if I can still get a ride to tire shop and driver informed me he only had room for one person and that is allocated for the trainee. The service person was short, grab the car, asked for the keys, confirm the address of the tire shop and left.
Update: If I could give 0 stars I would at this point. We have been waiting for a tow for 3+ hours. We originally called at 6:40 & we gave up on them at 10:17pm. Now we get to wait another 2 hours on a dark road in a jeep that has no doors or roof.
The dispatch guy kept saying driver is on way & will be there any minute. Then when we call again, they say 45 mins. Today is the hottest day of the year so far & we keep waiting. They answer the phone & the guy only says, let me call my supervisor but you can’t talk to him. It went from day light to night time. I asked would you let me speak with the driver so that I can get a ETA since nothing they have promised is accurate. They took our money & now we do not know what to do. We were originally quoted 30 mins wait time. We are on a residential road, no restaurant or gas station around. It’s a dark neighborhood with no street lights. This is getting scary! Plus there GPS system/texting system has told us they arrived 2 hours ago.
The dispatcher just called us & said the driver took another tow & he should be here any minute. Mind you an hour ago, they promised us he would be here any minute.
It’s now 10pm & nothing
It’s 10:15 & pitch dark & nothing.
We gave up & called another tow company. Now have to wait another 2 hours. The tow company advised that this is the 2nd time they have heard this today about this company. It’s a problem, take my advise do not use them!
This company did not have the equipment to change a tire yesterday, I then was told they would send someone in 35 minutes which turned into almost 4 hours of them not contacting me until 10:30 and I just said forget it. Today when the gentleman arrived the smaller guy don't know his name was aggressive, disrespectful, rude I will be reporting this to the insurance company I cannot no way no how use this company service ever again peace and love!
Arrived within 5 mins of my call & AK was very knowledgeable, prompt and helpful. He made a potentially stressful situation quick and seamless. AK was very personable and courteous on the ride to the tire shop as well. Overall great experience!
My insurance company contacted Yaffo Towing, see photo for the problem I was having. This happened on Memorial Day and I was at a lake near Nineveh IN, a somewhat remote locations. It took a while for the tow truck to arrive but I think they were one of the few companies taking calls on the holiday and I was more than an hour away from Indianapolis. Once the tow truck arrived, the operator knew what to do and had a great attitude. It took a while to get my car back on solid land but the operator was very careful and smart and there was no damage to my front end or any part of my car. I know this had been a long day for this young man but he was so pleasant and nice. I give Yaffo Towing and this employee in particular my highest recommendation. Thank you for coming to my rescue.
The driver was awesome! He was thorough and called to make sure he had the right information. He was super professional and kind. When we got to the repair shop he took took the car off the tow truck bed while I managed the paperwork in the office.
We received excellent and prompt service when working with this tow company. We had broken down nearly an hour away from home and the first towing agency the insurance company sent never showed up. Yaffo however showed up quickly, communicated well and made the process super easy for me, my wife, and our dog. Would totally recommend to anyone in the area in need of a tow!

I have dealt with Yaffo Towing twice, both times through my insurance on different vehicles. They have been great every each time and would make sure to communicate with me. Both times, the driver was great, easy to talk to, and he was very careful with my lowered car. Highly recommend if you are in emergency need of towing.

I was stranded at Whole Foods parking lot on a Monday evening. I called State Farm and they dispatched a tow truck within 20 minutes. The driver, Eddie, was professional, courteous, and efficient. He quickly loaded my car and transported it to the repair shop.
I was impressed with the quick response time, and excellent communication throughout the process. The tow truck was well-maintained, and the equipment was in good condition.

I called in for my tow, and within 20 minutes the truck was here! The driver handled my truck with care. I was confident that he would get my truck to its destination safely! I didn’t go, nor did I follow, I trusted the driver.
Fantastic experience…no one ever wants to get towed, right?! When it has to happen, these guys are great. I dealt with James, who was very friendly, very personable and made this a good experience. I had to be towed a decent distance, and rode along to drop the vehicle at the Ford dealership. Very safe driver, very professional
Jordan was on time, friendly, and a great driver. He took my car and dropped it off at the service center in a timely manner, allowing me to get my tire repaired before the shop closed. I have absolutely no complaints and this was the best towing service that I’ve come across.
