I have nothing but great things to say about Qsai and Yaffo Towing. He did an amazing job, was approachable and quick with the work. Would recommend him to anyone who needs help with cars.
State Farm set up towing for me , at approximately 8:30 am . Got 2-3 texts how long would be here to tow my car never got another text after 9:35 am. Called 2 times that they were late. One emergency. I get it. But next time said 15 minutes. After waiting another hour i got someone else one else! Thanks for making miss a days work!!
I was notified immediately when they got the tow request with an ETA. Received regular calls and texts updating me when on route and when arrived. The person who came to tow was so helpful and kind, quick and efficient! Verified my info. So grateful for their excellent service!
I was referred by this towing company by my insurance. My car was stuck in parking lot. It was not in a lot of snow. The gentleman located my car towed my car in neutral when the keys was accessible. He then had my neighbor knock on my door to ask me to come outside which was 2mins. He already towed my car. I shovel my parking spot and pulled can into parking spot and noticed damages to my car!!!! Now I have to email multiple times for damages and a timeline of when repairs will be fixed. My car was damage due to LAZINESS! Staff being Impatient!! And not doing proper protocol. Before this my car had NOOOOOOO DAMAGES AT ALL! NOT EVEN A SCRATCH! I pay the monthly bill I SHOULD BE THE ONE CAUSING THE DAMAGES! Now I have to worry about the elements of outside causing more damages! Luckily I have full coverage… and since this company can NOT BE PROFESSIONAL EVEN AFTER THEIR NEGLIGENCE!!!! I will have the insurance company handle it since they Referred them to me! I HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE ELSE. I will not use this company again or refer them.
I'm from Wisconsin and was in town visiting the children's museum with my family. When we left, the car wouldn't start. The young man who came to tow us from Yaffo was so kind and patient as he helped us out. I'm sure he told me his name, but with my stress, I don't remember it. We really appreciate his whole manner during the process and how he directed me to a garage open on a Sunday!
The gentleman in the truck was very polite and friendly. Got me out quickly with no damage. However the call center needs work. They called me at 6:15am which woke me up. The call was simply to confirm information which could have been done at 8:00 or even 7:30. The appointment was for 8:00 but the truck was not there at 8:00. When i called they told me that the truck would be there at 8:45. Just a general sense that no one knew what they were doing.
This tow service was set up by my insurance company. They were to be here by noon and did not show up until after four. Thankfully, I was not broken down on the side of the road. As it is freezing cold out. No phone calls to update me on what’s going on. My insurance company kept checking with me to see if I heard from them. No phone calls to tell me they were running late. I had to make several phone calls in kept getting incorrect information. Not to mention trying to get a hold of somebody at that company is near impossible. I sat on hold from 15 to 25 minutes. The tow truck driver was nice, However, he did not appear to speak English. So it was difficult communicating with him.
He was nice, efficient, and made the whole process easy and quick. Everything was handled smoothly and done in no time. Thank you for making a stressful day so much easier!
My alternator went out on my car & had to call roadside assistance. This is the company that got dispatched to tow my car home. When they arrived the young man asked how I was. I told him cold he said get in the truck. I'll get you hooked up & we'll get you home. On the way home we had a pleasant conversation. The young was very pleasant & respectful. I would highly recommend this company.
I received towing service today from Yaffo Towing . The service was fast friendly and informative. The team took good care of my vehicle without me being present and I was able to be at work and still manage my issue with the help of a solid team from Yaffo. I will be a repeat customer for my towing needs and refer them to other friends and family
After receiving about 12" of snow a couple days prior, I'm sure Yaffo was slammed on the day we needed towing. We were not in a travel lane and had left the vehicle before it was towed, so we're not in danger. Our vehicle was safely towed to the mechanic we chose. Yaffo was secured through our auto insurance, so don't know the price.
Very friendly and quick service! The gentleman pointed out that my tires were worn down and he recommended that I go straight home. He expressed concern that it was unsafe to travel in the weather conditions with my tires. He also explained that I need to get an alignment, because of the way my tire treads were worn down on the sides, but fine in the middle. I wish I had money to tip him! He deserves a raise!
Very professional, effective and efficient. Had to get winched out after trying to clear a path out for a plow. Early morning with several other drivers suck from the storm. Humbly appreciate the assist getting me back on the road safely
Tow was scheduled for 10:30 - 11:30 am pick up. Was a no show, was told another 1.5 hrs, again a no show, then told another hour., another no show.. told on the way be there in 25 min.... another no-show twice with the same answer, and on and on, final got the driver to call me, he was 40 min out and on his way to the wrong address. I correct the address (taken directly from my phone GPS where I was sitting ( right next to the stuck car), the driver is late and we he shows up he says i sent him the wrong location... (it did not, he typed it in wrong). But long story long, yassof Towing finally recovered my vehicle at around 17:45 (5:45pm). So being told "on the way and will be there in about an hour, to actually arriving 6.5 hours later, with updates (that I had to call and get, because they could not be bothered apparently to update me on the changes). Overall, terrible experience, poor communication, would NOT, and will not ever recommend. Extremely dissatisfied, and cannot rate lower than 1 star, or I would!! And anyone at Yassof towing company who may be important, if you would like to discuss this verbally or in person, you have my info, call me (if your phone(s) make out going calls). I will be glad to have a discussion with you. (Completely civil and respectfully of course, be i have now had time to get my frustrations back in check).
They were great! Showed up very quickly, had a gadget to quick charge my dead battery! Loaded it on their truck& promptly delivered it! Insurance paid, so I don’t know their prices!
These guys are awesome. I had to get a car towed from my home to a shop 6 miles away, and they showed up on time, with a good price, and took good care of my car. What else can I ask for?

We got our Prius into a really odd situation where it was stuck straddling a concrete road divider with all 4 tires several inches off the ground. We called roadside assistance but I had no clue how the tow truck driver would be able to get the car off the embankment without destroying the bottom of the vehicle. The gentleman on the phone was patient and reassuring answering my zillion questions. I'm afraid I didn't catch his name but he was already reason enough for a great review. Then the tow truck driver arrived!
When he got there, Jacob (Yakub) quickly evaluated the situation, then carefully and skillfully managed to winch the car over the divider. I am so amazed at how smoothly it went. Jacob was calm and gave clear instructions. I really appreciate everything he was able to do. He even made makeshift "stairs" for the car to step off the divider without damaging the wheel wells and bumper. If I could give him more stars I would in a heartbeat!

they gave me plenty of notifications telling me their ETA, Very good communication, When he got here to tow my car, he gave me time to grab some stuff out of it, even though I should’ve already had it out. Very surprised at how affordable it was. Very polite and helpful! Will definitely use them again
The young man that towed m car when it wouldn’t have been nicer. He was very polite and sem to know what to do. The repair shop was impressed with him because he asked where to put the car instead of just leaving it. I hope I don’t need a tow again but if I do, please send him, thank you for your service.
I needed to be pulled out of a cornfield and Yaffo Towing kept in constant contact throughout the whole process. I was called by dispatch to let me know they received my request and then the driver called me to give an accurate ETA. Everyone was very professional and the driver was able to give me clear instructions while we worked together to get my car unstuck. If I ever underestimate the weather and slide off the road again, then I know exactly who I will call!
My truck wouldn’t start (in my driveway) and was throwing out codes. It was snowing and heading into evening rush hour. I was surprised at how fast they responded. Truck was headed to the dealership in about an hour. The driver was very nice and efficient. Thank you!
I was worried when I looked at the internet and saw that the towing company assigned to me was from Indy and I'm in Pittsburgh, but the very friendly operator told me they just opened a place in downtown Pittsburgh. Glad they opened here because they did a great job and were careful with my new car.
The driver was awesome! He was thorough and called to make sure he had the right information. He was super professional and kind. When we got to the repair shop he took took the car off the tow truck bed while I managed the paperwork in the office.
