I had to get my car towed to be repaired and called AAA. AAA sent out OTF towing and was able to get car towed and even dropped off the key for me so I didn’t have to follow the truck. Kai the son’s owner was friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend OTF for anyone needing towing needs!
The repair shop rep personally asked the driver to unload the vehicle in a specific lot, but the driver ignored him and put it in the wrong lot. That lead to a shouting match between the two. Stupid and unprofessional.
My rental car broke down on the side of a busy highway just as it was getting dark. The rental company was not helpful. Shortly after I contacted AAA, Mark from OTF Towing called me and gave me his ETA, and answered questions I had about my safety. When I was able to secure a ride home with someone else, Mark recommended taking the car to the car rental's repair location instead of my house, and he took care of making the change with AAA. He dropped it off and put the key in their box, then took a picture to let me know it had been safely delivered. Mark went above and beyond what I expected from a towing company and I am SO glad AAA dispatched OTF Towing. Excellent customer service, polite, personal and patient, and truly cared about his customer. Thanks OTF!!
I want to give a shout out to Brian A. He worked miracles and got my car out of precarious position. He went above and beyond retrieving my vehicle from a steep ditch on a very busy and narrow road. He reassured me that they would safely get my car down to the lower level for the tow truck. When his team arrived, they efficiently pushed my car down and loaded it onto the truck. My sister was stuck in the snow in McCordsville and Mark came almost immediately and pulled her out when many others couldn’t get there. He went out of his way to make sure after he got the car moving to see that she got home. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and professional. (I was waiting with her until he arrived). I highly recommend this company.

My daughter’s car wouldn’t start so we scheduled a time to have it towed to auto shop. A few minutes before we were to have it towed, we tried to start the car and it started right up. Contacted Mark the driver and told him what happened. Mark was awesome telling us not to worry. Can’t speak to the specific service but can speak to the character of this company and would highly recommend them based on that. Thanks again Mark. After calling more than 20 different tow places we found OTF towing who was not only the fastest to get our tow done but they charged $40 less than everyone else was quoting and the customer service from Daniel was AMAZING he was so kind, courteous , kept us up to date and was so understanding of our situation!!! Called when even my insurance was putting me on hold. Got right through and they told me a tow truck would be to me in 60-90 mins. 75 minutes my hero Daniel pulled up in his flatbed. Got our car loaded up and made it to the tire shop before they closed so that I could get my tire repaired. Best towing experience I’ve ever had

Above and beyond outstanding, they picked up my GMCTerrain on time like they said, Rob who was the tow Driver was the nicest person that you can possibly meet and so helpful. I wish I could’ve took a picture of my car being towed, but comments are a lot better.
Customer service was a godsend. The woman that spoke to me on the phone. I forgot her name, but she was very nice to me and very helpful and informative. I will be using OTF Towing in the future.
I was calling to a couple different towing services in Plainfield and they were just rude they acted like they just wanted your money and didn’t care about customer service satisfaction how can you trust people with your vehicle if they don’t have a great attitude they sounded like they hated their lives.

OTF Towing is one of the best towing services I’ve used. I could have used towing companies near me but I chose to contact them after a positive previous experience with them. Another great experience. The owner is helpful and courteous. He went out of his way to help me. The driver was cautious and handled the car with care.
I had a very great experiencewith the owner (frankie) over the phone, he sent his driver out (andres) to tow one of my custom cars to a shop. They secured my vehicle very well. We used them to get a tow through Allstate insurance ! Mindy took the time to answer my call early in the morning & sent a driver to us first thing. Even though Allstate messed up and didn’t send them a timeframe. She moved stuff around to make sure we got a tow! Paul was AMAZING. He was very professional and so friendly. They made what was a bad situation with the car; way better with their friendliness & above/beyond actions.
