Our mini-Van broke down just outside of Indianapolis. My wife and I and three kids -all in car seats- made this breakdown not only inconvenient, but unsafe. We called AAA and they sent OTF. Much to my relief they arrived quickly, in like 20 minutes. In addition to a tow, we also needed a ride to the local car rental. My wife and kids stayed at a restaurant, while the OTF driver kindly went out of his way to shuttle me to the car rental. This company went above and beyond. They refused to take a tip. I wish I could give more than 5 stars to OTF Towing & Transport.
At this point you guys are targeting me. A tow out of my own driveway in the middle of the night. Trying to say car was 1/2 way in grass when there are only tire marks on the edge of grass!! Impossible. Then when arriving to pick up car was immediately met with we not giving you the car in till boss gets here and I don’t know when that is. I might have been upset on the phone but walked in with nothing but respect.This woman made my child wait in the car in the freezing cold. I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE JUST TO GET MY CAR !!
Terrible company. Couldn’t even attempt to knock on the door of the house the car was at before towing. Greedy shady company. Try make every excuse they can but are a company that works in bad faith. How disrespectful to not come try and contact the owner of the car 10 feet away!!! Come on be better and try and help the community you work in not take away from it !!!
These guys/gals were great! A very nice woman answered the phone quickly, gave us a quote which was 30% lower than the other 2 quotes we had, and had a truck out to us in under 30 minutes. Driver was polite and loaded the car quickly and dropped it off without issue. What else could you ask for? Highly recommended.
I absolutely can always rely on OTF. Never disappoints and is priced great in comparison to everyone else. Remember you get what you pay for. Quality for sure.
I called at the height of the icy roads here in Avon. I had a flat tire and did not realize it until I was in the middle of the street. Neighbors tried to help get the car back into the driveway, to no avail. When I called OTF, they handled my call as if I was their only customer of the day. They made sure to let me know the cost of my tow up front and that did not change. They also let me know how long my wait would be. When Daniel arrived, he patiently waited for my neighbor to move their vehicle so that he could get ro mine. He was very friendly and professional. He took great care with my car, getting it to the tire shop safely. I would 100% recommend OTF to anyone needing a tow!

Randomly called OTF Towing as my vehicle’s roadside assistance was experiencing an outage at this time of need and I needed to be towed to the service shop (and safety). My call was answered immediately by a human, I was able to text them coordinates to my location on an interstate, and they dispatched a truck which arrived quickly thereafter. The dispatched driver, “Lex”, was kind and courteous helping my wife and I get safely off of the interstate. Highly recommend OTF!
