  We purchased one car and we were fine. On the second purchase , the price was three times more than our first purchase. We never got the car once we deposited. Then they said a refund will be processed. EZ auto auction said that should tale a week to get rhe money. Already a year past of this situation. We even try to get a car instead of the refund and they keep avoiding. We spoke to the current manager and he promised he will get this resolved. I have all text as the manager provided a number to reach oit directly. Now he is not responding. Be carefull and assure this dont happen to you.

  I got very badly cheated by all of these people in the process of buying a motorcycle. They don't stick to what we want. Don't even think about buying anything from these unethical and ruthless and useless people. They created an emergency to send them money and I sent, the moment they received the money, they started changing their words for timeliness and my motorcycle was never delivered. They finally forced me to ask for refund and they didn't pay me the full amount. They keep pushed dates and they are cheats and crooks. They never deliver what you wanted and they always have a motive to cheat uou.

  Do not waste your time or money. You are not "bidding" but placing a request with them to pass along your bid amount, which they will call and try to get you to bump up, while cutting fees (magically) so they can "pass along your request to the insurance company". I put a $500 deposit with them, but they charged it three times... now looking at a week to free up funds... poor customer service, misleading, avoid avoid avoid.

  Fraud Fraud Fraud Hi...My name is Upender and i found 2010 Jetta TDI in auction which I could not bid directly and registered in EZ auto auction with my email I’d and phone numbers, immediately I got call from ez auto auction from Maddie saying that I need to make a $500.00 deposit to bid on the car and I made deposit and I bid that for $1000.00 and then she called me back and said I can buy that car before the auction date for $3100.00 including the taxes and their fee and I took some time, after that I got a call from sales manager David saying car starts and drive and is in perfect condition except small dent on a drivers side Which I can see in the photos and it’s with salvage title. He convinced me for $3100 and I said ok , they sent me invoice for $3100 in which I paid $500.00 deposit and balance of 2600 they wanted wire transfer within 24 hours and photo of the receipt. I did as they said and they got signed on the document saying I will not go for any dispute or charge back and I am buying the car as it is and after a week I received a car which does not start and have lot of issues and they said they will send me the tittle in one week it’s been more than 2 months they still did not send me the TITLE and now there are asking me more money to send the tittle and whenever I call David he will tell the stories to pass the date and every time he tells me a different story and he directly said if I pay more $1000.00 he will send me the tittle immediately. Meanwhile my car got towed because no tittle and I was not able to get the plates and then I went to bank for charge back which my bank said I will not be able o get money back as it was a wire transfer and went for dispute for my credit card as I paid $500 deposit by credit card. When I call back now the so called sales manager David said my account is in dealing with his LEGAL department which does not make any sense when we buy a car they have to send the tittle in 30 days and what their legal department is doing on this. This is nothing but open fraud

  Do not send them money. You will not get the car they promised and then they will ask you for more money for the same year and model car. I asked for my money back and they said to wait 90 days. Well 90 days have passed and David hangs up on me. I am now talking to a lawyer and taking that route. I do have a contract with them that they did not honor. I would just like my money back that they have had since the beginning of September and it is now February. I think there is only 1 person from this company that answers the phone. Not counting the answering service. He goes by the name David. There is also only 1 number and no way to contact anybody else. Very convenient when running a scam. Also they make you send a money order so like cash I can’t get it back or cancel it. The money order is also made to another company that when you call them they tell you they are not affiliated with EZ Auto Auction. I will just take them to court. I have family to visit in Indiana anyway.
