I would think cleaning up accident site would be part of the job but obviously not . Recovery driver just flat bedded vehicle & left. U would think called by IMPD it would be taken care of properly. That's INDY at its BEST. IMPD at its finest . BULL u know. U need to Use (Last Chance Towing)
I just watched an Indy’s best towing tow truck fly across three lanes of traffic because he realized he was getting on the wrong exit ramp. He cut off two cars in process and then had to be going well over 80 mph passing cars like they were parked. Unacceptable to be driving so recklessly, putting lives in danger! I tried to call the company to report him but their phone number goes to a full VM.
Driver had a bad attitude, had one halfway hop out of his truck today around 4:20pm leaving the greenwood mall cursing trying to instigate a fight with over a kid in the back poking his head out. Worst part about it was it had absolutely nothing to do with him, it was with a white car passing by us.
They are trash!!!!!! The run was canceled and I am still waiting on a tow truck. No one even bother to call to say it was canceled. This is by far the worst company to deal with. I wish I could give them No stars.

Used Peddle to sell my Kia Rio... they used this service and don't believe everything you read. Yes their phone rings and it makes you wonder if this is a real business. I notified Peddle of my concerns and they said they will set me up with a new towing company if I wanted . I decided to stay with them. My pickup hours were 3 pm to 8pm... the driver called me and met me at the dealership my car broke down at. He was so nice and very considerate. We were done with in 15 minutes and I was given a check for my car. I highly recommend them and Peddle!!
Indy’s Best is a really good professional towing service. They are fast, dependable, reasonable, and service friendly. And they are a 24/7 business. I highly recommend this tow company should you ever need a tow, battery service etc,…
Omg, I cant say enough. The guy that came and helped us did above and beyond his job. He made sure we were safe before leaving us after having to tow my van as it was all females and about midnight (we were heading back home to Wisconsin after visiting family in Kentucky) thank you so much for everything. Hope we never need a tow around there again but if we do ill make sure my insurance company calls you again.
One of the drivers for this company named Willie Hughes backed ibti my car on the road in traffic. He knew he hit me and took off. When i tried to file a claim he lied said it was me that hit him.
