We used this towing company to get out of a ditch that we had striven into by accident. OZ was very polite and light caring about his response when coming to help out. Made the situation much better and easier to handle. Thank You OZ for making a stressful situation into an easy one to get though.
My transmission went out on my car and I had to have my car towed about 10 miles to the shop. The driver, Oz, was friendly and helpful. He made quick work of it and handled everything very well. I highly recommend!

I cannot say enough great things about Don and the incredible service he provided. After an hour of standing in single-digit temperatures fighting with a jumper pack that just would not start my car, I finally called for a tow—and that’s when Don showed up and completely turned my day around.
First off, his response time was unbelievable. He arrived within minutes. But what truly sets Don apart is his knowledge, honesty, and professionalism. I had already spent over $1,000 at the dealership trying to fix this issue and was told it was a battery problem. Don took one look, knew something wasn’t right, and quickly diagnosed the real issue—a loose starter, not the battery at all.

Today was one of the most scariest days of my life. I hit a pothole and didn’t realize how bad it truly was. Proceeded to the highway and had a blowout. There I was for the first time ever sitting on the side of a busy highway (465N). A friend called AAA for me and in 20 minutes tops Ward’s Towing LLC pulled up on the scene. The wonderful gentleman that helped me was Kalobe. He immediately eased my fears and calmed my nerves by reassuring me that I was going to be alright now. He told me to grab my things and get in the tow truck so I could stay warm while he loaded my vehicle up on the tow bed. I was literally a total mess. Petrified because I’ve never been stuck and/or stranded anywhere. Kalobe was so nice! I sincerely appreciate him. He truly showed me that there are still good people in the world. I thank him from the bottom of my heart.
5/5 my car wouldn't start last night, even after someone at roadside assistance tried to jump it. So I ordered a towing for the nearest shop today, and Don was very friendly and asked questions to figure out the issue. Turned out he was able to get my car jumped just fine! Highly value his consideration and advice that went beyond what I was expecting. He let me know what parts were the issue so I can make a more informed judgement moving forward. Really saved me a lot of money and time and will be recommending!
Mike S was amazing!! Very prompt, super nice, definitely went over & beyond. The guy answering phones was pretty cool too. They keep you informed on ETA times which is good especially during Indiana weather. Towing fee was a little steep for me being on a fixed income, But not bad for people that can afford it. At least they got me off the side of the road and home safe & warm in early morning rush hour traffic. I HIGHLY recommend!!

Our car needed to be towed from a parking lot in the evening. Mikey arrived within 11 minutes. He was quick, professional, nice, and thorough. He got our car safely to the next location without any issues. The professionalism and attitude of Mikey made a not great situation a little better. I would use this company again.
We used Ward’s towing to get my husband’s Hyundai Sonata to the dealership after his keys stopped working. Mike T. took care of the tow and arrived very quickly! He was friendly and efficient and made sure he had the keys and all of our information to pass to the dealership. I was very pleased by the service and would use this company again!
I discovered Ward's about 5 years ago when my starter went out in a parking lot. That driver whipped the heck out of that tow truck and maneuvered it to get my car out. Other times my car has been in precarious placements and the drivers have always handled it well. I'm always impressed by how they maneuver them trucks like a small sedan in some of these tight spaces. I had to get my car towed today to the dealership and my driver was JERRY. Thoughtful, considerate, knowledgeable, and personable. He was very quick to get to me (20 minutes from dispatch to arrival at my location) and took great care with my car when loading/ unloading. Usually when I have to call Ward's I'm already in a panic or frenzy over my car and the drivers function as an ad hoc therapist at times lol
Ward's towing has the best services in terms of speed, customer service, and price. It's well worth the price, a 3 mile tow cost me $125 snd the whole service (dispatch, routing, picking up, travel/transport) took less than an hour. It's a better value for me than paying for AAA given my work and travel habits. I've only needed a tow about 3 or 4 times in the last 5 years and I call Ward's every time. THEY ABSOLUTELY VALUE AND RESPECT YOUR TIME!
There should be an option to tip the tow driver, or buy them a pack of their favorite smokes.
Had some car issues and called to a tow. Communication was great. Oz showed up and got my car up and to the dealership. Oz was super friendly. I’ll definitely bring calling Wards again for all my towing needs.
Don is the man. Quick professional service with a smile. Took care of getting my car to the shop. Ward's Towing is highly recommended in general but next time I need a tow, I'll definitely be requesting Don.

I want to send a heartfelt thank you to this team of people for several things. In a pinch this morning I needed a tow ASAP and they were able to get someone to me in a matter of maybe 10-15 minutes. The next thing was how nice and professional the tow driver was. His name is Matt. Really appreciated his kindness and understanding. Also want to thank them for being able to drive me into work this morning and then take my car to the shop thereafter. They didn't have to do that, nor did I ask of it originally, but they allowed it and did so with no hesitation. Really appreciate them for everything and recommend them any time of day or night.

Oz came to rescue me on Friday. He was very kind and understanding as I was coming to the realization that I could’ve easily been killed a few minutes earlier on the interstate. He calmed me down by telling me stories of him growing up on the near east side and by the time we got to the auto shop he had gotten me to laugh. He’s a special human being- Give that man a raise!
