Oz waited for me and communicated back and forth for me while I was rushing in my uber to get there. Then I had an additional problem on top of tow I needed and he was able to help me get into the car and jump it all within 10 minutes. Then he suggested a body shop within half of a mile of my apartment and loaded us up and took us there. The entire process took about 25 mins and I appreciate him. Thank you Oz.
Oz (Dave) came to my aid when my van got stuck in gear due to a broken shift cable. Got there promptly with the right equipment and know-how, and delivered my van to my mechanic’s shop in short order. Very pleasant to work with. I was very pleased with the service overall. Went through AAA so not sure how the communication works, but he didn’t receive the details of my specific location so had to call to find me in the parking lot. Not a problem for me but probably would have been easier for him if the full location description was passed on to him.
I have had the poor fortune to call on Ward's a few times recently and they have always made a bad situation better. They show up fast, charge reasonable prices, have nice equipment and handle vehicles with care. I prefer to use them directly rather than deal with a motor club that you never know what you are getting.
I had a hectic morning with a flat tire and was feeling super overwhelmed, but Oz from Ward’s Towing made the whole experience so much easier. He was fast, professional, and incredibly kind. Thanks so much to the dispatch lady and Anthony from Ward's towing. My Sunday was already crazy and then to be stuck on the opposite side of town not knowing how I was going to get home or my vehicle. They made it very easy she said when she dispatched it out it would take him about 30 minutes to get there I don't even think it took Anthony that long. We were hooked up and on the road very professional and easy-going thanks so much again I appreciate the help in a much-needed time.
Friendly, timely service. from the time we requested his service to the time he arrived at our home was less than an hour. Oz kept us updated as to his ETA and gave us a five minute heads up as he got closer. I would definitely use his services again!

Jo was very professional and upon arrival he explained to me the best way to load my truck onto the flatbed due to me having a broken rear control arm. He was prompt and all and all an awesome driver. I will definitely be reusing and recommending the company for all my towing needs. Also the dispatcher was amazing and quoted me an awesome quote to get my vehicle to the shop.
