  We worked with 200+ towing companies and this one was probably the best. They have towed our semi truck for a really cheap price and cooperated very well from the beginning to the end. Lady that was dispatching, Regan, was very polite and worked with us on making corrections on the invoice as well. They even dropped our driver at a hotel of our choice. Well done, that is how you run the business

  One of my rears went out on I-70, Called Paddack’s about towing me to a repair shop, from the guy answering the phone and sending over a truck, very professional and polite. 30 minutes later tow truck shows up and Jake was awesome! Had me hooked and at the shop in about an hour! These guys are on point.

  The driver of this truck was amazing!!!! He moved a couple large radiators for me. I had a different crane service earlier in the day and I was nervous the whole time. This guy came after hours for a fraction of the price. He put them back in place so fluid like. Was extremely polite…informative during the process. The only way I could be happier is if he paid me

  Very mindful of our situation - sub zero weather with a car we couldn’t get into. Dispatch gal called a couple of times updating us and making sure we are ok. Because there was quite a wait with others also in trouble in this weather. When help came, the guy was knowledgeable and gave great service. Very happy with them.

  This guy was so professional and nice! The rate was reasonable at $145. I was stranded on 69, with a tire blowout and had no idea where I was and he came quickly! Way faster and cheaper than another company I called that was going to be $269. I would highly recommend this company’s services! Pretty handy when you’re in a pickle!
