Hey what can I say Chuckles came through for me. I wasn’t feeling that well and was moving too fast and had locked my keys in my tow truck . I called my neighbor from a few blocks away Chuckles towing and he answered and came and got me back in my tow truck. I’m towing even having your own company it’s ok to be polite and delightful to the next tow company . Never know who you might need . Extremely happy - quick response, transparent about cost, accurate ETA, friendly guy. Strongly recommend. It sucks to have a break down on the way to work but he provided accurate time estimates to help me get my day back on track. Would gladly use his services again.
Chuck bailed me out of a tight spot when my car died on me heading to the airport. He was prompt, super friendly, and reasonably-priced— it’s apparent he cares about what he does and how it relates to folks having a pretty bad day. Hopefully I don’t get in a situation where I need a tow again, but if I do I’ll be using Chuck!
The man said 45min to an hour and then he was ON TIME.

Was having a bad day and then I caught a flat. Chuck arrived much sooner than his estimated time, and the rest of the service was quick and easy. Fair price, fast and easy towing, couldn’t ask for much more than that.
I needed to be out of my apartment by 6pm. I went to get the U-Haul, and parked in the grass near my front door. The problem was it had just rained and I was STUCK, but not after I called Chuckles! He pulled up, very affordable, very fast, life saver, and I like the slogan at the end of the successful service, “Have a BETTER day”
Had an emergency and no other towing company was available, but friendly Chuck from Chuckles came at the exact time they said they would arrive and quickly loaded up the car. Would definitely would use their service again!!
Absolutely amazing service! Called as 1 of our work trucks would not start after replacing the battery 3 days ago. Spoke to Chuck and he stated he would assess it but if not starting, it might not be the battery. Gave me a quote for towing to mechanic and said it would be about an hour to an hour and a half. Came within about 45 minutes. Got the car started and did not have to tow. After getting it started, the keys got locked in the truck and he got it open. Very professional and friendly. Hoping we don't have to but if we do, we will DEFINITELY use them again!

I called Chuckles (Chuck) Towing Service after my car’s axle snapped driving out of a parking lot. He quoted me 45min - 1hr and was there in just under the 45min as many of the other reviews mentioned. This is my first ever towing event so I didn’t know what to expect. Awesome service. Told us pick up would be an hour from when we called, he was spot on with his time. Sent pics when car was delivered to location. Easy payment method and great customer service.
Easily the nicest tow truck driver I've ever met. I had an immobile vehicle with a free turning wheel. Earlier in the day, Volvo roadside assistance dispatched two towing companies that never showed. They called 30 others that either didn't answer or were too busy to accept the order.
Eventually they dispatched Chuck about six hours after my original call. He showed up within the 60-minute timeframe he said he would. Then he spent 20 minutes in single degree weather with four inches of snow on the ground getting this SUV with one wheel doing its own thing on his truck.
Above all, he was polite and professional the whole time.
I was traveling from the Cincinnati area to a campsite in Western Indiana. As luck would have it, my tire went flat in Indianapolis. My boys and I waited for several hours while our roadside service tried in vein to contact an available towing company. No one was responding so we were stranded at a gas station in the middle of the night. Chuckles towing, responding to another stranded car, saw my boys and I with our flat tire and immediately jumped in to help. He was cheerful and professional despite the late hour and refused to charge me any fee for his impromptu service! I am grateful that there are still people out there with big hearts that are willing to help others in need. Do not hesitate to use this man's service! (To Chuckles: Thanks so much! Your kindness allowed my boys and I to have a great camping experience at Turkey Run where we made great memories!)
We called his services just yesterday (Friday night). Chuck was extremely professional, polite, and handled our truck with care. He got there quickly, despite other bad accidents that occurred in area. Chuck went above and beyond any other towing services we’ve received, and I highly recommend him.
This is a very reliable company. Chuck loaded my jeep with broken tie rod so safely and easily. 3 other companies turned me down said they couldn't do it. Chuck was so thoughtful. He was running later than he had estimated so he called to let me know.....Much appreciated Chuck!!
Excellent service. My van broke down on July 4th. On the 5th, I still could not get others to serve me. Nothing but run around. Chuckles told me when he would be there, gave me an accurate price dropped off the van at the shop and got the job done. Highly recommend someone.who has strong ethics. I'm keeping his card.

Lord knows what would’ve happened if Chuck hadn’t come through for me and my boyfriend. We both had car problems and needed our cars towed to and from two different places. Chuck was completely understanding and went above and beyond with his services at an unbelievably amazing price! He dropped me and my car off at Meineke, then took care of my boyfriend’s car and brought him to O’Reilly. (He even made sure both of us had eaten, since we came in from out of town and were basically stranded the night before). I’ve never gotten such a friendly, genuine vibe from any other towing service before—you can tell he enjoys helping people out. I’d HIGHLY recommend to any and everyone in Indy who needs a tow. Chuck is THEE best tow truck driver I’ve ever dealt with, unfortunately I’ve had a lot of tow services in my life. He went above and beyond to help me and my pregnant girlfriend get our cars to where they needed to be. He showed immense care, professionalism & experience with each specific problem our vehicles had. Mine was stuck at a Walmart hers was stuck at an apartment complex, he took care of both that also had to be towed to two different areas in no time. I don’t usually write reviews but service like this needs to be appreciated. It wasn’t just a “job” to get through I felt like I was a family member he needed to help out of a super tough situation. I would recommend his services 1000% of the time I wish he was in every state I typically travel to. He cares about his clients & his business. Also the price was better than any competitor we called previous to calling him, needless to say he’ll be the first and only call I make when I need a tow service again.
Chuck was great. He quoted me below what I thought fair market for the tow would be, and arrived within a half an hour. He was friendly and professional, and took a lot of stress out of a stressful situation. I would highly recommend that if your car's stuck, you call Chuck.
I had an accident during all the ice and snow the other day and needed my car towed to the shop. Because of the weather, all the towing services were backed up a couple hours at least. I called Chuckles and he was about 2 hours out, so I told him I was going to try to find someone who could get there quicker since I was on the side of the road. Not surprisingly, I couldn't find anyone who was really under the 2 hour window. About an hour later, Chuck actually took the initiative to call me back and said he had finished up his other run and was nearby to where I was and asked if I had found another tow. I told him to go ahead and come get me and I would cancel the other one (who was still an hour out at least). Chuck was there in a few minutes and got everything taken care of. He was friendly and professional and I appreciated that he took the time to check on me and see if I still needed help. I was very pleased and will definitely be calling him in the future if I ever need a towing service again.

Chuckles did an exceptional job towing my car!! I couldn’t be happier with the service. He told me exactly what time he would be there, the cost and even quickly inspected my vehicle and gave recommendations regarding what he believe the issue is and affordable repair shops!!! He even position my “towed” car in my driveway perfectly so I can have access to my other vehicle in the garage!! I will definitely used Chuckles for all my future towing needs!!!

I blew out my tire and damaged my fenders and wiring. I had a f250 super duty. I was worried I would have to call a mega wrecker truck in to get a tow. After calling Chuckles towing on memorial day weekend they arrived in 30 minutes. They towed my vehicle safely home. I would definitely recommend them. I called several other tow services only to get a voicemail. I was so happy Chuckles came fast and took care of my vehicle. Thanks again for saving my memorial day!
