My company, IQ Trans Inc., was wrongly implicated in a stolen-load incident involving shipper J. Solotken after a load brokered by Cura Freight LLC. The broker, Tyler Hutson, failed to verify the claim before assigning the load. Cura Freight’s subsequent FreightGuard report has not been retracted and has already caused substantial harm to our operations and reputation. We attempted to resolve this directly with Cura Freight’s owner, Mr. Alex, but the report remains active. We request that Cura Freight and the broker review their verification practices, retract incorrect reports, and provide proof of proper due diligence to prevent damage to other carriers.Be Aware if you booking a load with this shipper ,if broker Cura Freight ,they can easy report !
Called to get a price on high-grade aluminum exclusion and MCM. They offered me $.40 a pound when Farnsworth is paying $.86 a pound call before you sell to this place. They are extremely rude on the phone as well. I got threatened by the manager.
Have made several trips here to sell scrap metals, and received great fast service. Everyone so friendly, and customer oriented. Will definitely return, because they’re #1 in my book.
I was dropping some items off for my daughter and had no clue what I was doing or where to go. So glad I chose this place. Reuben was awesome and walked me thru the process. He was super nice and could tell I had not done this before. I basically just had to stay at the car and he took care of the rest. Another thing I liked about Rebuen is you could tell he was training a new person and he was was just as nice and considerate with that new person.
The cashier lady was last very nice.
Great place to go, very easy process to turn in metal and the employees are friendly and helpful. I will definitely be there again next time I have extra metal to sell, count on it.
I called regarding a local construction job we were handling for a client. Spoke with Bob and he worked with my immediate need and schedule with roll off service. Metal recovery rate was fair and consistent for the market/time and the haul fee was inline. Detail on recovery was emailed to me very quickly and timely. I would reach out to this company again if we are ever in the area and have a need.
Went to pick up a load of metal here. The loaded me pretty quick and I was on the road within about an hour. It’s a bit tight trying to maneuver to the docks in the back, but nothing too bad. People were friendly.
I have been trading with this company for 25+ years. Ya couldn't ask for a better group of people. Very honest. If you don't know what kind of material you have, they will analyze it & tell you exactly what it is & then pay you a fair price. They are typically one of the highest paying yard in the area.
Very friendly and helpful. Didn't know what to do the first time through, but helped us through the process. Second time there went even better, and the metal prices had gone up a little.
