This store has a lot of potential. As others have noted, most items don’t have price tags so you’re having to go find workers. The organization/lay out of the store is a mess - so if you go plan to be there a while. There isn’t any map/lay out for different items so it’s a free for all. Some items can be cheaper than you’d pay in stores but disappointing to see opened/used items at the same cost of hardware stores. Hit or miss but cool concept. Staff were all nice & helpful the times I have went.

Some of the things in the there are store prices prices you have to do a lot of searching for something overall not a bad place to find what you may need to do a project

Almost every single person in this business was on their phone and didn’t say a single word to me. I walked past about three people, and the place was completely empty so I immediately left.

More organized and prices are half the retail price in stores. I recommend this place if you want to remodel for half the price.

They are disorganized (accept for the paints)..too much inventory. Their prices are far too high. I can buy things new for the price they are asking in many cases, which is probably why they are overloaded with stuff. Most things do not have price tags, and it's extremely difficult to find someone to ask for prices.

Looks like alot of good stuff I went in to look for paint and ended up finding alot of things I'm going to go back and look into more closely and probably end up making more purchases.

An entire warehouse full of stuff and they want way too much for any of it and will not negotiate. Ragged looking manager with a hateful face and a bad attitude. These people don't like to do business.

Cool place to look around for random stuff. Prices are hit or miss. Depends on what you find.

Called and asked about a item was told yes we have them from $100 and up in stock went there in a hour and was told they only had one for $275 was told the owner does that all the time to get you to come and figures you will pay what he has. Asked for a better price told we don't discount anything

They used to be better, in my opinion. 4-5 years ago the prices were better and selection was too. Also, the staff was friendlier & more helpful. I don't go nearly as often anymore.

Such a tangled mess of stuff, but the employees know where to find what you want. I didn't see any bargain prices.

This is a good place to remember to go to when you have remodeling projects around the house. They offer a wide variety of things from sandpaper, vanities, paint, flooring, and I could go on but you need to just check it out yourself. Huge discounted items. The staff is so helpful and nice. They make you feel welcomed here besides their amazing staff here did I mention the prices and selections. This is my suggestion as a MUST GO SEE! By the way drive all the way around to the very back of the building for the entrance where the awning is. You can park there too.

We found alot of items to be way to close to the prices at the store. Really disappointed because we came looking to spend alot getting cheap things for our home repairs. We left disappointed and will be going to habitat restore from now on.

Absolutely love this place I could spend hours and hours and hours looking around rummaging through the stuff they have in there it's like Christmas morning you just don't know what you're going to find or what you're going to get and then the things you do get a pretty reasonable if you're looking for do it yourself projects and want to save money this is the place to go just keep in mind product changes daily

So I want to say never go here lol only because I don't want you to find my treasure. All the staff is so welcoming and helpful. This place is sort of a barter spot. Prices are flexible. Never know what you'll find. My house is full of stuff from Asset Recycled. Anyone in the construction or remodeling business this place is your new favorite. Get in there and dig. This place is full of awesome stuff.

I always find incredible deals. Inventory is always changing, they’re at least 50% off retail. My go to for home renovations. Tons of doors. Old & new.

This place has made some people rich. Everything is donated to them, plus claiming to be non profit, they get free labor from people the Courts have ordered to do community service... And yet they still want top $$ for most of the stuff they have.. There's a place on Pendleton Pike and Franklin Rd, next to PT's called Mr. Deals. Definitely worth checking out!!

Went here to buy shingles for my mother in laws garage and thought it’d save me $100. Nope, they was junk! Left in the direct sun for god knows how long and we’re so stuck together they tore, trying to get them apart. Called to talk to Danny (Manager) and he stated he went out and couldn’t duplicate my issue. So, I told him I’d bring them up for him to see them and he said “what is it you want?” I told him I would like to exchange for some I could use or my money back. He said “there’s no need to come back up here, we don’t do exchanges or refunds” I disputed the charge with my credit card, as their website states they sale useable products. Obviously that was a lie. Also had a cousin buy a tub that ended up having a crack in it. Danny told him the same but he paid cash and had no recourse. I would never buy from here again as the savings does not justify the loss, if you get junk!

Used to be a place to find great deals on used-but-serviceable stuff. Now it has priced itself out of the market. Example: $300 for a pair of painted, used, 30" wood french doors. Menards price for a pair of new, unpainted french doors- $318.

Over the years they have gotten better with organized items. They barter very little any more. Everything half price of retail. Somethings should be 70 % always damaged items

The person running this place is very disrespectful and Unprofessional!!!! Price check trust me!!!! I wouldn't donate my waste to this organization!!! Some of his staff ESPECIALLY girls who work cashier are rude too!!!! Little to no price cut for bad customer service!!!

If you're looking for some home improvement items you might find something here. It's usually a hit or miss for me. The staff is very friendly and will usually help you find something in particular. This visit I was just browsing to see if anything peaked my interest but it didn't. On an organizational scale of 1-10 I'll give them a 6. Things are more organized than they were a few years back but like I said if you're looking for a certain item just ask. Will I come back? Of course. Should you visit? Of course!

Be sure to block out a couple hours for your visit to have enough time to explore every nook and cranny of this place. They have almost anything you need to start almost any DIY or DIYTCPTF (Do It Yourself Then Call Pro To Fix). The prices on alot of the items are very good, but as the years go by, more and more items become outrageously priced. For a Not-for-profit some of the prices could be beat at any Lowe's or Home Depot.

I have done my whole bathroom in tile purchased there. You have to dig around to find good stuff. I got ceramic wood tile, worth $3 a piece at Menards, only $1 there and I bought about 250. I will always go there for materials from now on. Staff is great!

This company is amazing. There fees are 50% off of retail which makes things affordable. But like always u have people that want more off and can't just be happy it's half off. There employees are down to earth and very friendly.

Definitely "hit or miss".. and definitely a MESS. I think I would find more things to buy if I could actually see what's there. Prices just "so-so" at best and most times too pricey for what it is (and the trouble to get it out of the mountain of debris).

I have to say that this was a really bad experience this time. My wife and I have been here a few times and this was the worst for several reasons. Not only were there no savings on any of the donated items, they expect you to pay full price, or near full price, and assume all the risk if something were not to work. You could not return something if you found out is was broken when you got home. 2nd... The place is a mess. You cannot walk through any of the isles to look at any of the product. There does not appear to be any organization. The paint and the stains are mixed together and carelessly stacked on the floor and the shelves. I am sure with all the paint and chemicals and the over stuffed isles, this is a fire hazard, an accident waiting to happen. 3rd... The workers in the warehouse, were helpful, but it was obvious they did not care. When they would run a pallet jack down the main isle, they would run it into "for sale" items. Further damaging these items. My advice, stay away. Don't waste your time. I am sorry to say this as the proceeds are supposedly donated Youth Fair Chance of Indianapolis.

You will not get a deal here. The prices here are usually the same as Lowes and Menards on some items. There are a hand full of items that are cheaper, but it is usually near the same price as new items. All their items are donated and usually used. You have to really hunt get a good (less than 50% off New) deal here.
