My wife was rear ended by an uninsured motorist in Plainfield around 9am. Whitlows had a truck on scene within 15 minutes of the accident. The driver was very helpful and informative with my wife. The vehicle was towed to their yard, checked in, and transported to the repair shop for insurance to do an estimate by 12pm the same day. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! Had my truck towed. Found it in great condition. Not a scratch on it, they only take cash but I was having a hard time and hard day, didn't quite have enough cash (it was a lot) but the lady helped me out cuz I would've had to walk to hit the ATM. All around great service
The only reason this is 2 star instead of 1 is the kindness of the employees. I have never in my life left a review before but I have to. I got my toolbox towed by them and it was strapped down so hard it bent the top of my box inward in 3 different spots, causing some of my drawers to barely open. Keep in mind this is a 50,000 dollar toolbox. I sent the owner an email and haven’t heard back in a week
Hannah is my favorite. I was arrested Thanksgiving morning and my vehicle impounded. I was released Friday morning and called about my vehicle. It woul cost $250. I had proof of insurance, was the registered owner and a valid drivers license but would still need a release from the Police station $5 to provide tow yard. Plainfield Police station would be closed until Monday morning. I was frustrated and without a vehicle while the Police Dept. Created roadblocks Making everything more difficult. Hannah and the guys at Whitlow were poffessional considerate and patient. Thanks so much. I hope not to have to do this again but if it should happen I hope Whitlos gets the call.

The rate was fair, and they stuck to the agreed price without any surprises. I had a silver F150 4x4, and they brought the perfect equipment to tow it.

Needed a tow this morning due to a flat tire. Called Whitlow's and immediately got a response despite being pretty early in the morning. Tow truck was there no more than 10 minutes later and even made it to the tire shop before it opened. Great and personable service at an extremely reasonable price. Hopefully I don't need a tow again anytime soon, but I'll remember which service answered my call right away.
After an unfortunate accident we were towed from the scene and our vehicle stored by Whitlow's Towing. Our truck was well cared for in the lot and the folks there were super nice and allowed us free access to get our personal belongings out of the vehicle.
Best of all? Jason in the garage was kind enough to remove our trailer hitch and seat riser--and didn't charge us a dime!!!
Old fashioned service like this is almost unheard of nowadays and it was awesome to be treated so well.

The guys who work here are very friendly and willing to help. My vehicle left in exactly the condition it was towed in (it was impounded), which is more than I can say for other lots that I've had to deal with! Thank you guys for your help and for taking care of my vehicle while it was there.
I called and talked to Joe who stated he was the owner. The news about the young lady who's car was towed and impounded by the police and charges were dismissed touched me and I wanted to pay the towing bill because JOE WAIVED THE STORAGE CHARGE since the charges was dropped. He stated I did not need to since he took care of it and I did not need to do that. This is in my opinion one good, honest, and a man with a good heart. Also I do not live in his town or have ever spoken to him before this day.......He thanked me for my service in Vietnam and he deserves a thank you for his service to his community.
My mom got in a wreck and was directed to Whitlows. She has limited mobility, no transportation now, and chronic pain. She was THRILLED with their customer service, especially by Justin. She is forever a customer and I’m so pleased they took such good care of her
Had Whitlows come tow my sons car today from the dealer in town to my home. The driver was very nice and was able to slide the car right into a pretty tight spot. They also were pretty quick at getting it picked up and moved here. Thank you so much! I would definitely recommend to others. Oh and the price wasn’t bad at all.
Life savers!! I called at 10:40 pm on a Sunday when we were stranded on Ronald Regan in the dark. They picked up immediately and CJ was out to us in less than 30 minutes. He was so kind, and the price was extremely reasonable. Literally 2-3 times less than what I expected to pay. I cannot recommend them enough!!
This business has been around for at least 50 years. Passed down through the generations. You can count on quality work on all your vehicles. They are trustworthy and will do the job right. You don't stay in business that long if you aren't good at what you do.
Whitlows came to pick up the vehicle. They were towing it to the dealership because the key fob was missing, no key. According to the dealership, the tow truck driver never told the dealership he had delivered the vehicle for repair. Therefore, there were no repairs on the vehicle. When I called the dealership for a status update, they found the car. Wouldn’t it make sense for the tow truck driver to tell the dealership service department he had dropped off a vehicle for repair? Hmmm.

A little pricing but my son waited less than 15 minutes to get a tow. And whoever picked my son's car up after a wreck was a friendly, calming presences that was very much appreciated. Super friendly and patient with my 500 phone calls.
Great service! They said it would take 15 minutes for a driver to show up and showed up within 10 minutes. The driver even took the time to tried to help me get the spare tire out, which in the end we couldn’t but the price was reasonable and didn’t try to over charge me because it was the weekend.
Had a blown tire on I 70 at 7:30 on Fathers Day. Within 30 minutes of my call a tow driver was there to help. Eric was the driver and he was top notch and could not of been more professional and helpful. Great value as well. I hope I never need a tow again but if I do Joe's garage is in my contacts.
My experience was great came picked up my car towed it to where they were asked very respectful and cool people. Actually saved $15 by doing business with them then what other tow services we're going to charge thought I possibly had to wait an hour for the driver to show unexpectedly showed up in about 15 to 20 minutes. I'm from Arkansas and had a car break down. So for people out of state do your business here if you breakdown in there area. I would recommend them to a friend or continue business with them. Small shop with friendly people. They provided a safe and quick towing, and were more knowledgeable and trustworthy than another towing company we nearly went with. They weren't able to do as large as fix as we needed, but recommended two other shops. Definitely went the extra mile, pun not intended, to provide us with the best service.
Josh is a lifesaver. After 3 other shops bailed on my tow request through the insurance dispatcher, these guys came through. Had my car sitting on 69 for 5 hours before Josh got the call. He came through in an hour.
Extremely courteous and made sure to call to keep me posted. Great guy and great shop all around. Highly recommended!
