Talk about good people. I’m not from here and they treated me like family. Dispatch and the technician'.4:00 am , it’s Pouring rain, car was in a bad spot.and I was too. Trenton went so far above and beyond today’s typical service. That young man s the kind every company needs. He really helped me a lot . Highly recommend these guys. Trenton is a top pay kinda man.
I called them because I didn't get a price. They didn't send the tow truck. I called back 45 minutes later and they told me to go me an hour out. Then they called me a half an hour later and said that they wasn't going to make it. They had problems. Not a very good business
Do not call these guys unless you have no other option. $1600 for Pulling Only Semi Tractor without trailer which was stuck in snow and 2 miles away from their yard
I ran off the road in my truck today and ended up in a ditch. Its a very complicated ordeal that happened, but I-70 ended up being the ones that towed me. Everyone I dealt with was super nice and understanding. They made my hell of an experience into a very low stress, painless one and I'm very thankful of everyone at I-70 wrecker service. 10/10 would definitely recommend
They showed up within 15mins of my accident. Drivers and staff at the office were nice and knowledgeable. My only issue was they closed at 430 and not 5 like the sign says. I went there straight from hospital and got there at 425. Needed stuff out of my car. But was helpful when they were open. :)
$200 tow fee, $35 gate fee, $25 administrative fee. 3.5% charge for using a credit card. $6 hooked fee Car was in the lot 5 minutes before (midnight) supposedly the paperwork has 11:55 p.m. so they charged for the entire day. $45 a day storage fee. My car was there for less than 8 hours. Charged for 2 days storage! Have money, because they’re taking all of it and some! Also where you pay for your car is not where you pick your car up at.
They took excellent care of my car. They were very kind and answered all of my questions. Having a car towed is never pleasant, but they made the experience enjoyable. Hopefully next time I wont park in a no parking zone.
Very rude lady working the desk that thinks she is God . I have never seen anyone as rude as she is in my entire life. Do not ever get your car impounded by the police there there will try everything to keep your car and charge you a ton of money to get it back .
I just want to say thanks to the guys that came out to my place and pulled my sons car back onto the drive. I really appreciate you guys for that and the other times that you've helped me out. Great people equals Great company!

I absolutely loved the service provided to me by EVERY PERSON WHO WORKS FOR THIS COMPANY .! Especially (but not limited) by Sheryl , Charlie , as last but not least the owner of this company .! They truly went above and beyond to help me with a situation that was created by another close by towing company that claims to never received the keys to my car from i70 . I had called i70 after hours and their tow man Charlie took the time out of his work night to go over to the office and check the designated area that they keep all of the keys received and he later contacted me and told me he searched everywhere and that they weren’t there . The next day I went to their office and I’m going to be honest ….. I REALLY THOUGHT i70 HAD THE KEYS TO MY CAR UNTIL AFTER MY ARRIVAL .! I trusted the person who was saying that the other company never received my car keys .! But even after walking in and I can pretty well guarantee you my attitude was not the best at first due to being 6 weeks pregnant , I just totaled my car , I work overnights , and now my car keys are nowhere to be found .?! Trust me , I was not the happiest person around . But Sheryl was respectful and kind to me throughout the entire time so I started to feel bad and questioned my resources and I decided to call the other tow company on speaker phone with Sheryl present . Long story short I was disrespected by being called derogatory names and then later kicked out of the office BY THE OWNER HIMSELF.! Sheryl and the owner of i70 took 45 minutes after their shifts were due to end for the day and they FOUND THE VIDEO WITH THE OWNER OF THE OTHER COMPANY BEING HANDED THE KEYS TO MY CAR .! They contacted me and they told me that they’d send me a copy of the video that also has audio first thing in the morning to my email AND THEY DID .!
So further more , I don’t care how far away I am , how much it’s going to cost me , or how long it’s going to take them to get to me …. If I ever need a tow or anything again , I won’t hesitate to call i70 for help .! THESE PEOPLE REALLY GO THE EXTRA MILE FOR ANYONE .!!! Thank you all for all that you’ve done to help me

This garage scammed a lady out of $1,100! He said they put a new fuel pump in her van Months later after she had to have it taken home barely running when she got it from them the day after they supposedly changed the fuel pump except for a minute I decided to take the gas tank out and look at it The pump was never changed these people scammed this lady out of $1,100 and told her it was the exhaust resonator and that was a lie too I had it looked at by the manufacturer the pump was still original factory pump and it was bad that was the issue They stole $1,100 from this lady and lied to her!!! A private investigator and this is absolutely 100% true story. Commented on my review and said that happened over a year ago so they admitted doing it so he remembers it just so you know people this place is a scam and a rip-off!
I brought a van into their shop was running really rough a lady asked me to take it to them and have it looked at They told her they put a new fuel pump in it. Charged her $1,100 it didn't even run after that after we got it home a few months later I decided to go ahead and drop the gas tank and check the fuel pump it was a bad fuel pump the fuel pump was never changed these people blatantly rip this lady off!!!! They stole $1,100 from her and lied to her!!!

Vehicles abandoned on private property must be tagged with a notification sticker 24 hours before they are towed. After 24 hours of being tagged, a vehicle can be towed by the appointed towing company.
Vehicles abandoned on private property for more than 21 consecutive days can be towed away without notification by appointed authorities.
Vehicles with false license plates will be towed and impounded.
When vehicles are taken to the impound, it can legally be searched.
Towing signs must be entirely visible at all times
This company illegally towed my vehicle from a public parking lot that was "privately owned" . Law states vehicle must be tagged and given 24 hours. The vehicle wasn't even at the location 24 hours. Then the secretary took it upon herself to play detective. In Indiana all that is required to pick up a vehicle is registration insurance and proof of ownership. For some reason this wasn't enough. Will be filing a civil suite as well as a complaint with bbb.
Oh ya lets not forget that Indiana passed a law that puts a cap on fees, which this company has manipulate so they can still charge double. Anytime someone charges you fees on top of the one time fee for towing you know your dealing with cons. $450 for towing one vehicle not only is illegal it's immoral and should honestly be a criminal crime. I've been in the car business 20 years and these are the most dishonest people I've ever dealt with.
Dumbest stuff I've ever heard a 24 hour police impound but they will only release your property to you between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, that makes no sense at all of any form, I woulda gave them 0 starts if it woulda let me.
A little expensive but these guys are good at what they do. Picked my car up off a boulder and loaded it onto the truck without causing ANY more damage! Paid 230 plus a 20 dollar tip to take it less than a mile.... Ouch
Wonderful company I find myself going back to whenever I need a tow (not that I wish to repeatedly tow my car). Always good on time estimates, always answers the phone, 24/7, while many other shops will say they are 24 hours but not pick up the phone when you're broke down at 3 am. Simply put, they're the company that just does it all the right way.
Even tho my truck was in impound after only a few hours of sitting on us 40 the moment I walked in I70 wrecker they were definitely willing to help me with all my questions concerns and costs. I've really been on hard times and this was the last thing I wanted to deal so them working with me and my situation really made this dilemma a little less stressful and I greatly appreciate All of them for there gratitude. Especially the two nice women in the front office( sorry bad with names) and doing this alone but with the comfort of them I was able to get it out today. Thank you Katie Mounce
Had to use heavy tow when our Peterbilt clutch went out on I70 an hour from Indy. From the dispatcher to the driver Carl, very professional. Felt very comfortable having him tow our truck and trailer to Indy. We are owner-operator and this truck is our livelihood. Got there safe and sound. Would absolutely recommend their services!
My truck broke down and I was told it would be 2- 2 1/2 hours. But Matthew arrived sooner. He was very polite, professional, and friendly. Thank you so much Matthew, you made a bad time better. Come to find out, my battery cables were loose, just glad it wasnt anything serious!!

I called n the guy told me it would take 2 hours to arrive.. I got a call 10 mins later saying they would be there in 45 mins.. They arrived 20 mins later. They were so quick to respond and at a good price.. I highly recommend using these guys!! Very friendly.
Had a flat and the new car didn’t have a spare. Charlie took my call and arranged for our car to be picked up and towed (along with us) on a Sunday morning to a local tire shop. Matthew picked us up as scheduled and took every precaution to load and tow our vehicle properly, including installing the tow pin and not hooking to our car on the A Arms which would have voided our warranty! Excellent and professional service!
We were traveling across country to bring our Navy son home to Denver when we found ourselves stranded on Mother's Day. Josh not only gave us a tow, but he went over and beyond to help us find a solution to get our vehicle back to Denver. I was blown away by his customer service!
This place deserves more than five stars I was a walk in early Friday morning some guys didn’t even have a chance to finish their coffee but is soon as I walked in I was greeted by all that were working and asked what I needed I let them know that I had a cracked reservoir that needed replacing they said that would be no problem they would run and get the part I’d be happy to it. Within minutes I was pulled into the shop and guided to the waiting room where they had fresh coffee and a TV to keep me occupied because it was going to be a couple hours to grab the part do the job. They were quick and efficient with their work I was very pleased all the way around and I know my company finds it as money well spent to have work done over the road. If you are in their area this company is highly recommended.
I happened to have horse trailer problems on SR67, and the employees at I-70 Wrecker were super helpful unloading 4 horses on the side of the road. The boys didn't know much but were still more than willing to help while my husband brought me another truck and trailer to load my stock in. I had a 1 ton dually and a 53 foot horse trailer and they took great care of everything. Would recommend them to anyone and I personally won't use anyone else. They will even travel out of state for you and they are reasonable prices!!!!
My company had a 2007 International truck that was worked on by them. We were told that the bill would be $4500 to replace the injectors and have the heads machined. They sent us a bill for $8800 and said it didn't work and we don't want to do anything else to it. We said keep it! So a year later we received a lien against us and in order to maintain good credit we were forced to pay for a truck that wasn't fixed! I will never use them again.
