Came from Atlanta to buy a truck with no hesitation call Superior before I came spoke with Rashad and had an amazing experience and will use Superior towing again especially dealing with Mark Jr and Rashad very professional. Also nice truck....

Had our car towed and called multiple times. No one answered and stopped by the business and no one was there. Every sign says 24/7 and yet we weren’t able to get ahold of anyone.

I'm not from Indy. We had a flat and Vedo was great. The charge is reasonable, and he was friendly and concerned about credit card security.

Had my Alfa Romeo Giulia Towed by Bobby and he did an excellent job and was Super careful not to hit the front bumper on the ground since the car is so low! Good pricing will definitely use again in the future!

Bobby from Superior Towing was awesome! My insurance had contacted two other towing companies which both had wait times of 2 hours and they ended up canceling. Superior Towing responded quickly and Bobby was at the location with in the hour! When he arrived, he was super kind and cordial. I thought that I’d need to get my car towed but it ended up only needing to be jumped. When this happened, Bobby went the extra mile and contacted his company to ensure that my insurance would charge appropriately. Super grateful for the timeliness and care!

The name says it all. I have had Superior Towing move a box truck for me several times this last time being the furthest (over an hour away) trip. They have always been on time and made things easy on me! Their pricing is more than fair for such great service. I have had to call on several towing companies and Mark Sr and Jr and their team at Superior are amazing to work with!

We got stuck with a flat from a pothole across from Lilly. We called another company that was recommended by the tire shop down the street, they were rude and wanted to charge a lot and take at least an hour to get to us. I hopped on Facebook for recommendations and Superior Towing was recommended. Called them, SUPER NICE on the phone, was way cheaper than the first company, and Bobby brought the flatbed and hooked us up within a half an hour! We were really impressed with our driver Bobby. He had no problem getting our truck up and to our house. He even dropped it up the driveway for us! Great company and friendly service...even better price! Will definitely recommend this place!

After our cars front axle rusted through and we were broken down on the side of the road, Superior Towing got us help quickly and scheduled a tow for the next business day when we could get it to an auto shop. Both of the men who helped were incredible. Vito helped tow us back home the day our car broke and Bobby helped tow us to the auto shop. The auto shop is a smaller local business and it required a lot of skill on Bobby’s part to get our car into the garage space in such a tight area. He did a great job and we appreciate all their help! Highly recommend!

It was early on a super cold Saturday morning and I got a flat tire. Called Superior, Rashad was very helpful and got Bobby out quickly!! It took a bit to get the spare out from under my truck because everything was frozen. Bobby did a great job and had me on my way. Great customer service! Great team, hopefully I don't need them again but would highly recommend!

Mark Jr from Superior Towing, Inc was awesome. Communication by towing company was clear, the tow came in the time frame requested, and Mark was friendly, professional and easy to work with. He worked well in the rain and took care of our car. Appreciated the team work from the dispatch to Mark coming out and taking care of us. What an awesome team! Rashad at Dispatch was very professional. His diligence and character shined calling back to admit he misspoke and to ensure I knew all potential fees. He followed up and confirmed everything went well for pick up. Chuck was super patient and accommodating while I frantically searched an unfamiliar town looking for an ATM.These two made a crappy Monday morning so much more easy to deal with and the whole process smooth! Thanks guys I appreciate you both! Not to mention I called companies from Indy to Brazil (5-7) and no one could come close to them on a 72 mile tow!

I had my Honda towed. It had a flat tire and the battery was dead. Chuck was patient and able to help me out and get it delivered to a shop. Great pricing and the customer service (I think his name was Rashad) was great! Thank you Superior Towing and thank you Chuck!
