This tow came < 60 min of me calling them. They were polite, professional, and fast. I would absolutely use them again for future tows, though I also hope to never need another tow service
Lewis was great! Initially thought we had an alternator issue but he was kind enough to test it. That was all good but he realized it was actually a loose terminal. He also made suggestions for us to get an extender to help with charging our battery. Appreciated his humor in all the car chaos too. 10/10 recommend!
Big shout out to Louis! It’s cold on this Monday morning, and during my time of need, Louis assured me that I was in good hands. He was careful with my Mercedes and making me laugh in the process. You need to hire more people like him! Very professional and personable, and if it happens again, I’m going to request him!
My son got our car stuck in a snow drift. I called one local company & was told it would take 3 hours and would cast nearly $300. I called Superior, cost was MUCH lower, quoted 2 hours. However, Rashad at Superior quickly called back and said the driver would be there in 20 minutes! William arrived and took care of everything. Unfortunately, once the car was unstuck, I found it also had a very flat tire. The next day, I called Rashad again and set up towing. The cost of towing was very responsible and they were able to pick up my car much faster than expected. Rashad is such a friendly, professional guy. I hope I won’t have to get help again anytime soon but if I do I will call Superior again! Thank you!!

I can’t say enough positive things about superior towing! Rashad was great to coordinate the pick up and drop off. Lewis towed the car and made sure it was located in a great spot and locked the door as well. They both did a perfect job and would HIGHLY recommend this company!

Zach the dumb driver was told to park it in front of the house on level ground and knowing Front suspension is broke wheel completely gone you don’t put it on a hill and leave it when u was requested to park it in the street in front of the home on level ground
I wouldn’t recommend them to nobody. They don’t have common sense.
Martin Jr gave excellent service today picking me up off of 465 this morning! Very well mannered and helpful, he took me to three different locations this morning as the others didn’t have the tire i needed. He made my morning easy by just being a good person. Came from Atlanta to buy a truck with no hesitation call Superior before I came spoke with Rashad and had an amazing experience and will use Superior towing again especially dealing with Mark Jr and Rashad very professional. Also nice truck....
Had my Alfa Romeo Giulia Towed by Bobby and he did an excellent job and was Super careful not to hit the front bumper on the ground since the car is so low! Good pricing will definitely use again in the future!
