Martin the mechanic was great. I had my car towed there right at the end of the workday and he stayed open a few minutes late to receive it at the shop. When he evaluated it, he called me with his assessment and was super transparent about what needed to be replaced and how much it would cost. Fix was quick and the bill was exactly what he told me it would be, no hidden charges. Car is working great now!
My daughter's car broke down, and I was three hours away. The guys at 16th Street Auto had her car towed, repaired at a very reasonable price, and ready for her to pick up in less than 24 hours. She also said that they were very kind and polite. It's great to know there's someone dependable in the area!

Martin took the time out of his day to come help me at Riley hospital. My daughters wheelchair accessible van threw its serpentine belt and he fixed it within two hours and had us back on the road. We live 2 hours from Indy so it was so scary for me, I had no other way to get my baby home!!
They are amazing, and I plan on driving the 2 hours to have them maintain my daughters van.
