Super quick and helpful with great communication. Needed assistance with a popped tire after our jack broke. They had someone out to help within less than an hour. It was past 11pm all other services in the area would not assist us. Justin was able to jack our car up and put the spare tire on within 15min of arriving. Highly recommend.
Really impressed with this company. Daughter lost all of the keys to her car and we needed it towed to the dealership. Company was very responsive and highly efficient. Had the car dropped off at the dealership within 2 hours of my initial call requesting help. I hope we don’t need a car towed again, but we will definitely use these guys if we do!
They came and towed our car on the 4th of July for a very reasonable amount. The gentleman was very nice, and eased this stressed out mama's mind. Highly recommend!

Had an issue with my truck, gas wasn't getting to the engine. I had to push it out of traffic into a parking lot. I made the call for a tow. The woman who answered the phone was very nice, took my info and said she would send the tow truck my way as he was just dropping off a vehicle. The tow truck showed up approximately 15 minutes later. The driver (Big Al) was an extremely kind man who knew exactly what he was doing. He hooked my truck up without any issues and gave me a ride to the autoshop of my choosing. It was a very hot day and he even stopped and bought me a fountain drink along the way. The tow truck itself was immaculate and the AC was ice cold. When we arrived at the auto shop he was already familiar with where they wanted their vehicles dropped off and made quick work of the unloading process. You also have the option to pay for the tow afterwards or you can add it to the cost of the repairs. The customer service was exceptional, especially during a time where something unfortunate has happened to you. All in all I don't think it could have gone smoother. If I ever need a tow again I would not hesitate to call them and ask for Big Al. The price was more than fair for the service rendered. I would rate them as a 5 star service!
I called several towing companies and they charged me 125 every time and a 3 hour wait then I called Johnson’s they only charged me 60 and came less than 30 minutes
Johnson’s rowing is the best towing service I’ve ever been with they are so legit and professional they even give you a ride to we’re your car is going i thank them so much !

Terrible customer service. Gave me the run around for two days before attempting to pay less than what we agreed on. Then told me they didnt want my junk and hung up on me after i adressed the issue. I recieved several texts after that saying i wouldnt find a better price and dont call back
