I dont know how this place says 4.4 stars when the lady will just sit in the chair look at u an hit her vape! Customer service sucks! Il never go back! Can't believe someone pays her to do that
Just don't come here 2 hours trying to do a scrap run. And they were trying to get good copper for steel. Wost people to deal with .except the lady on the scales.

Nice. Easy exchange. Haven't taken anything to scrap in years. Figured with everything you hear on the news I'd be there 1/2 a day. In and out in 20 minutes.
The process to pick up my vehicles for salvage was made so easy from beginning to finish. The operator who set up my pick was friendly. The drivers were very patient with my questions. I would recommend them to anyone who needs parts or to salvage a vehicle. Thank you so much
They gave me a price to pick up a car and told me to send address via text to schedule pick up. I dif and they never called and never showed up. Very disappointed.
I went here for the first time and the last time. It took four guys to weigh out my things that were already separated. Their prices are extremely lower than anyone else. Instead of helping someone out as to pointing out a screw left accidentally on something you should get $65 for they just don’t say anything and ring you out at $9! The employees here are not professional, helpful, or care about getting you the best price possible. This is why I highly recommend going to Hannah’s they treat you right there all the way around from being very professional, quick, helpful and have a very well put together yard. Not some creepy scrapyard you have to drive thru ruts so deep you are lucky to make it out with your shocks and struts still intact on your car. I would honestly give a rating of negative stars if I could. If you want to feel like you were just robbed then by all means go on over check it out for yourself but don’t plan on running into me there.
Just wanted to say. I would never do business with them again. Someone gave a ride to there business. And there scale person turned them into a criminal. If you help people at face value. Guilty of what. They are Dirty for that.
Update Please read all :don't communicate, our keep scheduled pickups. May pay more but not trust worthy, Dj the owner contacted me after reading this review. Showed evidence there was a communication issue for my vehicles pick up. he then decided to drive to my house and talk, and make things right even after i sold it to another company. he showed true character and I would highly recommend this company.

November 4,2023 my step mom went here to get me a radiator that I was told they had pulled already. She got there and it wasn’t pulled she was there for about 50 mins waiting. She said guys there were cussing and just walking around. She paid the money and didn’t even get a receipt. I was told by Kelly that there was 30 day warranty for refund if I needed to return it. Well it didn’t fit my van and my dad tried returning it and they denied the return even though my dad left the radiator there for them to resell. I still haven’t got my money back and I’m reporting them to the better business bureau. Do NOT go here for anything!!!! These guys are crooks and will not work with you at all to help you they only care about themselves.
That’s a great bunch a folks there. Theyre a friendly hardworking good group, I don’t know everyone mind you, but I’ve never had any issues. There is no wheelchair into the front desk area, but it’s just 2, two inch high footsteps sand the collection desk is right there inside so not to much walking around to get where you need to go
Best prices in town but try to come before they close the line gets long, and as of July 14th there are no more people allowed to walk in with scrap you have to come in a car or a motorized vehicle.
not a good experience, seemed like the people telling us where we needed to go were all confused and the rest were just walking around. we’re told info over the phone that once we arrived was different. don’t think i’d go back.

I stop in here just to flirt with the girl at the scale!!! She has a man,but she's why I go here instead of any place else.Saul Goode pay top dollar too. They don't try to rip you off like Farnsworth will.
Honestly I like it until I got my payment from scrap I've been recycling for years and always take my things to zores because they always pay fair and honest but I heard Saul Goode was even better then zores do I had to give it a try however I only got about 240 bucks for something zores would have given me almost 400 for so I lost out on a decent chunk of change and when I tried to tell them that the weight was absolutely off I was completely sure of it they told me I was wrong. The biiig difference between here and zores. Zores is honest and they weigh the items in front of you but Saul Goode they don't let you see the weight and have u running all different directions they are not honest or fair people they will rip you off.
Had an awesome experience my 1st time there. Good prices and great employees.. I was having trouble finding the way back to the scale. One of the employees whom I believe was on lunch break took the time to guide me all the way back, on his own time. I was impressed and stopped to speak with him before I left. Turns out he's a dad and has had to work his a** off to get to where he's at. His name was Michael Pittman, he's was polite and very respectful. Hopefully this review helps him to finally get a leg up, he deserves it.
Been to every scrapyard in town & they are by FAR the best place to go to. They remembered my name after going a few times (Very personable) & never hassle me about my scrap like Omnisource.. Always have plenty of employees to help, & they all seem to enjoy to what they do..
That employees were nice and helpful the only thing that I would have to complain about is they don't take their big magnet through to pick up the nails so enter at your own risk because you might get a nail in your tire besides that it was a good experience, I haven't checked to see if I have a nail in my tire yet but I seen several nails and screws on the ground while I was in there
Was real quick with only a few minutes on the property . They had me in the bay , unloaded and across the scale and to the cashier to get paid !!?! Over all I'd say they've won my dealings with recycling .
April was very helpful from the moment she answered the phone, took my order, & till the process of my purchase i was highly impressed with the service. Thank You Saul Goode Industries the next i need a part i will contact ya first!!!!!
