Tried to purchase a door handle, customer service rep said “I’m tired, we’re closing, I want to go home, call back tomorrow.” And I find that extremely unprofessional, which is a shame because I tried this business because of its great reviews.

Great place, so far theve always had what I needed. Ship seemed to be very organized. My parts were easily found within their huge invetory because they were where thier database said they were. Everyone was very nice, even helped me load a transmission in the back of a sedan!!
Bought a 2011 BMW 328i XDrive from here a couple weeks ago. They know their BMWs! They gave it quite an overhaul before selling so to keep the engine running longer. I at least know a good BMW place to go to instead of the BMW $tealership.
