If I can give any advice about doing business with Warner Motors... Don't do it-they are scam artist. They do in house financing, charge 4 times what the vehicle is worth and when you get one or perhaps two payments behind, they'll repo your vehicle just to keep all your personal belongings that was in the vehicle at time of repossession. They will breach their own contract. They are liars, scam artist, and truly do not care about taking care of their customers.
I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Warner Motors in Elwood, Indiana.
My vehicle was repossessed when I was only about two weeks behind on payments, and from that point forward the situation was handled in a very questionable and unprofessional manner. I was charged fees that did not align with my contract and was given an extremely difficult and restrictive process when attempting to redeem my vehicle.
I had put significant money into this truck, including aftermarket wheels, tires, exhaust, and other upgrades, along with addressing mechanical issues out of my own pocket. None of that seemed to matter.
When I went to retrieve my personal belongings after purchasing another vehicle, I was initially refused access altogether. After pushing the issue, they eventually returned the items inside the truck, but are still refusing to release my aftermarket wheels and tires—items that were not part of the original financing agreement and that I am still financially obligated to pay for through another lender.
This has been an extremely frustrating experience involving lack of transparency, poor communication, and what I believe to be unfair business practices. I have had to pursue legal action to try to resolve this.
Do your homework, read your contracts carefully, and be very cautious before doing business here.
By far the best, quickest, and easiest buying experience. Life fell apart for me and for almost three years just kept kicking while I was down. And just when it seemed there was no hope, Kim, Tony, and their team at Warner were the light at the end of the tunnel! I am sending everyone I know there for their vehicle needs! A few vehicles need a slight adjustment on price, but for the most part, the vehicle I got was fairly priced for sure and it wasn’t even the vehicle I was going to ask about, almost like it called to me! Kim and Tony were extremely friendly, and straight forward with expectations and contractual obligations so there was no surprises down the road. And even helped work out the initial down payment. I will definitely pay attention to the lot and purchase again in the future. Bravo Warner Motors! 🌹
I pay my car payment every month. And because I want to trade they won't work with me. I pay on time and never been late. I think it is not fair to do that to coustmers who pay like I do
Scammmmm. They get u into a contract then screw u over in the long run don’t get a vehicle from this place. They are two faced❗️Like it was stated before they raise the price all the time and never seems like ur paying the car off..they just take ur money!
Tony is a scam artist and rips everyone off- DO NOT PURCHASE CARS FROM THEM!!! They constantly increase the price making it so you can’t pay off the trashy cars they sell you. Then they have you trapped by a contract and are absolutely no help.
She was such a sweetheart and she even helped us with the down payment I recommend anybody go there to your car and it's worth it when you're in the tight spot I have a disabled mom and nobody to help me in my vehicle is broke down at a person's house who's stolen everything I have so I'm going to have that vehicle towed and this is Chevy trailblazer four-wheel drive it's not cheap vehicle and they did something to it so it wouldn't start and when I came to know what they took everything down and my all my mom's clothes so yeah I know something from scratch sometimes make you a better man
