Very helpful. Started my search online. Found what I wanted but decided to go to the store. I had some questions. At the store, my questions about specials that were available along with my purchase of a battery, oil, and antifreeze were answered. I saved money. The items I needed were in stock. Efficient service and friendly too.
Came in and got my battery replaced and Robert, Rick and CJ at the Elwood location were so kind and professional. Great atmosphere and quick and efficient. Job well done !
Went looking for an exhaust bolt. Although we didn't find it. I felt very comfortable that the salesman did everything that he could possibly do to get it. Check them out. 5 stars from me!
went in to get tune up parts for my sons best friends widow and his 4 young daughters.the man told us his warranty was void since he was dead.how heartless can you be?we went to noblesville and the man there was very compassionate and he helped us right away.i will never shop at the elwood store again!
If there was a negative 10 you would get it . When in the hell do you tell a Customer to look up their part to give you a number so you can order it / or i can go to the junk yard and get the part . So you are FIRED I am now going to O'Reilly or Napa ! At least they want customer now on the other hand got there found what I needed and will be hear in am . Thank you Auto zone for nothing . But this review of your bad business. Hopefully it helps others out.

This is the best option for auto parts in Elwood. Always has good people working here. I've came here for 10 years and 5 vehicles worth of parts needed. I've always appreciated their help and professionalism
Nice people, but have a issue, when i call about a part, didn't realize i was talking to someone from a warehouse!! I get there to pick up my parts, they didn't have them, the warehouse said they did, had to get cheaper product!
My new wipper fell off took it up there they said it looked defected and put a new one bk on they always take great care of me would ho any other place they rock!!!!!
Only two people on staff, and they kept putting me off while taking calls (one of the workers girlfriend or something) and being buddy-buddy with another customer. Generally kinda didn't seem to care about me being there.
If they don't have it in stock, theirs a good chance they can have it delivered to the store within 24 hours. Competitively priced overall, and the staff is very knowledgeable and super helpful with everything you need. They don't tell you where the product you need can be found, they give you available brand options with prices w/o any sales pressure, then walk with you to show you exactly where the item is that you want.
An employee named Charlie talked to me about my car problems, he said let's go out and look at it. He checked everything he could, decided what he thought it was, but they didn't have the part in stock, he didn't give up, finally I told him its OK and he apologized for not helping. HE was so much help, because of what he did my friend was quickly able to diagnose the problem and fix it. Thank you to auto zone and a special thank you to CHARLIE
Been in several times for parts on my 96 ford f150 4.9l 2wd always straight forward to the point and the guys like Jeremy are helpful only place in Indiana i go for parts
This is a pretty good Autozone. They gave me the wrong belt today, but when I came back they knocked six bucks off of the price for the inconvenience even though the right belt was more. I appreciate that.
