Do not use as they will bring the wrong equipment and damage your car. Unfortunately, we had a less than stellar experience with this towing company on a Saturday afternoon. It is evidenced in the improper handling of the vehicle in the photos and video attached which resulted in body damage. Our mechanic shop called to have our car towed because a repair they had just completed that day failed on the drive home. Blue Eagle towing was sent out by the shop to collect the vehicle and return it to the shop. Blue Eagle did not bring the proper equipment to tow a car with a ball joint failure. They did not bring out any skates, instead, they attempted to jack the car up and yank it onto the flatbed a little at a time (see clips of 6 minute video with air jack sounds). Additionally, they had the car owner sign a damage waiver when what they should have done is have the auto shop signed the damage waiver because the tow was scheduled by the auto shop. They might as well have had a random passersby sign a damage waiver. Blue Eagle should have called the shop back and let them know that they did not have the capabilities to properly tow the vehicle without damage.
Not sure if the tow truck driver was under the influence of something, or if this was intentional. But this damage was caused while he was putting the car on the tow truck. Driver was extremely rude and unapologetic. Would not recommend using this tow company EVER.
I would avoid. We blew a tire so we needed towed to the mechanic. They told me there was a long wait but that the driver would call when he was on his way so we could go meet him. In the meantime, we went back home to wait as we were only a few minutes from home. The driver never called and then later that day said he had dropped my car at the mechanic and asked for payment over the phone without knowing my name or any details. It didn't sound right so I told him I needed to call the mechanic to check and he yelled at me and hung up. Because I wasn't able to meet him I then had to drive to the mechanic myself to provide keys since he didn't take them when he towed the vehicle, as I had discussed with the office. The office wouldn't give me a discount on the service. Definitely avoid!
