Free admission. There's a 4% fee for using your card, and only a 7 day return policy for only store credit or exchange. It's a little disorganized back there; yet, their collection seems a little more varied. There's also a fun junk pile to get some good photos or find some random things you may need for art projects. I got what I need and hopefully it'll take care of the problem! Also, I found a freaking cool old accord. I had to share!
Told a price over the phone got there and and they added a 150 to it to pull engine after I asked so I could bring correct amount. An they wouldn't pull with partial payment. Then they said it would be a week. Called a week later talked to manager and he was clueless that I even paid for it. Finally 2 weeks later after getting ahold of district manager I got engine after they put a hole in the oil pan and would not give anything back since I was still taking the engine even though I bought it without a hole in pan. They also let it sit in rain with the throttle body open. This is definitely the worst yard I been to. Also they said they would call back and never did I had to call. Even manager said he would call back and let me know what was going on in a half hour. I waited 5 hours and then I called. As a business owner that needs reliability this is definitely not the place to go
Been to this yard an uncountable amount of times over the years and spent tons of money. They appear to have picked up new management over the last year. The yard and lobby look a lot nicer but pricing has gone insane. I was told that a motor that I would pull myself would cost "10% less than the cheapest competitor". So I'd save only 10% for doing all of the labor myself for a motor that I can't guarantee will run and probably won't get a warranty for. Even the conglomerate LKQ has flat rate pricing. Not sure how they expect the self service yard to keep going.
