I came into the auto yard with my son look for a part we spoke to Heather when we first got there and she was a lovely lady and explained everything to us and how it worked when we where checking out Ruth was handling us and she was so professional she gave the best price for everything compared to other yards me and my son have been to KK even started talking to us and she was so funny and welcoming I would recommend coming here to any new person looking for car parts

This would be a 5 star review, but their pricing system is far more convoluted than it needs to be. They need to just have set prices for parts regardless of what vehichle and year it came out of. For example, A used power steering pump is a used power steering pump. Its a junk yard, It should have the same price no matter what it came out of. It would streamline the entire operation for us customers AND the office. Customers would know what a part is going to cost them before they even get to the yard and the office wouldnt have to answer constant phone calls and questions "What is X part gonna cost!?!?" I know people that go to a *local competitor* simply because they already know what everything costs.
Have set prices. If you arent gonna offer refunds or returns for parts that end up not working, price those parts a little lower than your *local competitor* that has refunds for inoperable parts. Put those prices on a poster on the wall and on your website. Streamline it. Make the whole thing better for EVERYONE.
This place has went down hill from when Shaffers had it. Offered $5 on a transmission cooler from a vehicle that had been wrecked not knowing if the trans cooler would leak or not, the woman used google photo search to identify the cooler and said "this is $76.00 new, we cant do $5..." for $37 I can get the exact cooler and all fittings and hoses needed. Refuse to use this place anymore. Its scrap metal, and they want to charge the cost of new parts.
Id be more than happy to prove my point in this with the new trans cooler housing that she found at a cost of "$76.00" with zero fittings and fins that were damaged that my offer was sufficient in not knowing if it was going to leak or not.
There are tons of parts to retrieve. It reminds me of michigan i moved here a little over a year and I been coming here off and on the staff are very friendly to service you. I would recommend my friends to paul's auto yard. Come see for yourself and you will smile. With joy.
THE YARD IS NOT OPEN TIL 5, only the office is. The hours are very misleading and the two women behind the counter were very rude. I explained I knew the part I needed and only needed a few minutes to grab it. They were still open for another half an hour and would not work with me at all. For most people who work 9-5, expect nothing but attitude and being rude from the two women. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.
This is my second time coming to this yard. They have endless amount of Vehicles the best prices and a great crew working the front desk! Im only coming here from now on!
I live 45 minutes away and I called a few days before to see if they had the part I had needed. And said they did have it and so when I went they said they never had the car part and didn't know who I talked to. And then when I asked about tires the lady was very rude especially when I mentioned that I was disabled and couldn't go look myself in their yard. So I ended up leaving and going somewhere else where I was treated with respect

Hey Ladies Pauls auto Yard is def female friendly. I was helped the second I walked in the door, directed as to where I needed to look and even greeted on the way back concerned if I found my part! Very professional. And THERE’S NO FEE TO ENTER!! You won my business I’ll def be back if I have another need.
Super kind staff and over all one of the BEST yards I’ve been too. Guy at the counter(pretty sure his name was Caleb) was super helpful and let me take a phone holder for free. Overall, We’ll be back! No complaints!!
I enjoy coming here. I've found many parts here, and the staff has cut me some deals here or there. Maybe I overpay on one part, but on the other part, they charge me way less than I expected. So in the end it balances out and I appreciate that coming from a business that needs to meet their bottom line. The only gripes I have are relatively minor, and should I no way discourage you from visiting. If the business is reading this, here you go: I think the yard could do with better signage. The last time I was there me and a friend went to an area that we used to go to for parts but has since been made into a no-go area where they gather cars for crushing. No signs or anything, and maybe as of this time that has changed, but there wasn't when we were there. The other gripe I have is that it seems inventory isn't very carefully managed: Last April you supposedly got in a 1987 Ford Ranger, and three days ago I checked your inventory online and it says it is still there. Well, last May I went there and it was already crushed- I know, I checked the yard over three times, fore and aft.
Other than that, I will very gladly keep visiting. I prefer to keep my business as local as possible. And it's certainly better than that unnamed place on Moeller road that charges $3 to get in and overcharges on everything else.
The staff at Paul's Auto yard were friendly, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions. The yard was organized and the vehicle I was looking for was easy to find. The gentleman who helped me, Caleb, was friendly and patient with me. Thank you so much. I'll be returning.
Most friendly and organized salvage yard I've ever been to. Brittany/Britney was so helpful as this was my first time there. I'll definitely call on them first for my auto parts needs from now on.
I visited Paul's Auto Yard today in search of a part for my F-150 door. Although I couldn't find the specific part I needed, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They even provided me with the exact part number and location for a Hyundai Elantra that I was also looking for. They allowed me to go back out to get more tools to assist with my search. The prices were reasonable, and the people there were incredibly nice. Overall, I had a positive experience and would highly recommend Paul's Auto Yard to others in need of auto parts.
Free admission. There's a 4% fee for using your card, and only a 7 day return policy for only store credit or exchange. It's a little disorganized back there; yet, their collection seems a little more varied. There's also a fun junk pile to get some good photos or find some random things you may need for art projects. I got what I need and hopefully it'll take care of the problem! Also, I found a freaking cool old accord. I had to share!
They've always been polite and helpful. If you make good rapport with them and are a regular customer buying parts they really start to discount them after you've been going a while continue to do business with them. They have lately been paying higher than all the other yards for scrap across the board. At least from what I have turned in. There is no fee to enter their yard . They are now requiring a mask in the office area but once you get outback in the yard where it's open you're not required to wear a mask at this time.they have a massive selection of vehicles to go through and find parts. They also have handcrafted scrap sculptures they are really great looking and innovative. They also have been putting down a considerable amount of gravel and fill so the yard is a lot cleaner than other yards in the area. Another bonus is they are open 7 days a week.
