Called for a tow, they lost my number (I don’t know how that’s possible), texted to get an update and never heard from them again. Always have heard terrible things about these guys. Vernell’s is the way to go.
My tire blew on the highway far from home this morning and these guys got to me super quick! I didn't get my driver's name, but he was kind and funny and made me feel very comfortable.

I needed my vehicle winched out of a culvert & towed to the local body shop & Mike i believe his name was, was very informative on his actions to get my car without any further damage & done just that. These guys catch a lot of heat & frustration but they do wonderful work & I won't go anywhere else. Going above & beyond would be doing them an injustice because Mike was amazing!!!
A friend locked himself out of his car at the VA hospital, a lock smith wanted 125. I called you guys and they quoted a very reasonable price. The guy Scott showed up quickly got into the car .it wouldn't start because of the security in the lock? He quickly fixed that , when we ask how much ,Scott said no charge, we don't like to charge veterans. I was blown away with your integrity. You will always be in my prayers, and the first one I call in an emergency. Thank you so very much. You turned a bad day into a blessing. God bless you. Called for towing in Marion from AAA. They dispatched this company. They never came. Right here by square in Marion. AAA Said after 45 minutes that they weren’t coming now we now have a hour to get it towed from another company. Never get this towing company.
My daughter had a flat tire in the Marion hospital parking lot a couple weeks ago. I called several different tow companies to see if they would come and air it up so she could drive it to Plaza Tire. One company wanted $260.00 and others were still more than we could afford. I called Tondini's and this guy named Jose, (I think), came right out and got it aired up. When I asked him how much I owed him he said, "For air? I am not charging you anything." This guy gave me hope in humanity. Thank you Jose!
I accidentally locked my car today. 95 temp. With 2 puppies I was taking to Doggy Styles and my own Chiweenie dog.
I left thecair on but after 20 mins or so motor shut off.

My car was locked 🔒 and my keys was still in the car .so tendinitis came unlocked it for me setting at marion hospital. I really appreciate there service.
We broke down around 9pm in the middle of nowhere traveling from Nashville to KS. We had no idea where we even were exactly. Mike answered the phone after hours and was truly the kindest human being I’ve ever met. He helped us figure out where we were and was there to get us within 15 minutes. He made us feel safe and went above and beyond to help us in our time of need. I highly recommend this company if you need a tow.
My dogs locked themselves in the car. Called them explained what happened, they told me it would be an hour and half. Called Vernells they were there in less than 20 mins.
We got a flat tire on the interstate in the rain. Tondini's showed up ahead of schedule and was quick and efficient. The driver was kind and courteous and had us on our way quickly.
Had to winch me out of a very bad spot I got my septic truck in, sunk to the rims on the left side. Got out there quickly and pulled me out of a jam before it froze, causing a lot of problems. I highly recommend them not just for the help, but the professionalism and kindness they showed. They care and did not mind watching for a moment to ensure I backed up and got out of there completely. A+ Service and never will be beat.
My daughter had a wreck 2 weeks ago and they towed her car the next day when I went to clean it out they were so helpful. I used them again today for roadside assistance and the guy was super fast getting here and very nice even helped me find a nail in the tire.

Had wreck, not my fault. Jaws of life used on my car. Hospital, recoup. Snow fall, work realese for 8 weeks. Did not know where my car was, till the gangsta letter they sent. Smashed my car, threw out my belongings and my keys.
If I could give this company ZERO stars I would!! I hired tondinis March 1st to tow a car out of my driveway. While doing so they got their tow truck stuck, the man called his partner to help him get out. While getting their truck out they ripped 30 feet of chain link fence out of my yard and cracked my neighbors asphalt driveway. I have been trying to contact the owner for almost 30 days with NO response. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND!!
If I could give them zero stars I would. On day one, they said they would be over as soon as they returned from the call they were on. Car was left with the key in it, under the impression that they were true to their word. On day two of them telling us they were on their way to tow the car, after three separate exchanges saying they were on their way, I gave up any faith in their integrity. SI Towing to the rescue! I can only hope that the car is still there and intact.
Wonderful and so helpful! Got to us in almost the exact amount of time he told me, quickly changed to our spare and followed us to get a new tire. If I could give him more then 5 stars I would!
Needed road service to change a tire on a large pickup. They responded promptly. The gentlemen was well equipped to do the job and did the work well. The price was more than fair.
Locked my keys in the car at the gas station with precious cargo, they showed up within 15 minutes and I had my keys within a matter of minutes.
I was in a serious jam and these guys came through impeccably. They definitely earned a customer and I will refer friends to them before anyone else .
if i could give neg stars i would i called for a tow at 5:27 I waited till 8:00 and had to call back because they still where not here. the tow was not for me but a customer at my work we are less than a mile from them. NEVER AGAIN will i call them.
