Went in expecting a big charge for some damage on my left side. Greg and his staff made the car drivable for free. Honestly, shocking. I still have to get some cosmetic stuff done down the line for some coin. But Greg and his staff treated me with care and I can’t say enough good things about the help they provided me. Would strongly recommend at least getting an estimate here before going elsewhere.

Really nice and fast reliable service communication was remarkable. Did a really good job on my car after my car got scratched up at a car wash buffed out the scratches waxed it and my car looks brand new again very nice and friendly. Staff would definitely recommend anybody to go there and would definitely do business with them again if need be

Outstanding service! Greg was super friendly and went out of his way to make me feel welcome and hands on with the repair. The work speaks for itself, and at a fair price. The front desk ladies were great with communication on the process, even during the busy holiday season. Cannot recommend this auto shop enough. Just a great operation and such a benefit for the Joliet community. I will definitely be back for any work I need done in the future

I have never had a more pleasant hassle free experience as I did dealing with Greg’s. From start to finish it was amazing. They fixed the fender on my car and painted it. Amazing job. I also couldn’t get to pick up the car right away. My car is set at their business for two days without me receiving one phone call asking when I was going to pick it up. Huge thanks to Greg and Rose for saving my holiday plans! After a minor accident, they made room in their schedule and worked late to make sure my car was safe for the road. The service was exceptional, and Greg made the visit even better with some great music talk. I can’t recommend them enough and will be back for follow-up work after my travels.

Unfortunately from time-to-time those accidents come along and if you’ve had to deal with one you know the hassle that often follows. Such as getting the vehicle removed from the accident site, dealing with the insurance company(ies) and finding a body shop that you can trust. Now that I have had to deal with this a few times I find that Greg’s Body Shop always come up with the best price, I don’t even seek a second estimate now. I’m not saying you shouldn’t. Greg has always been the person to come out and look at the vehicles and he does an excellent job of explaining what is needed and why. The vehicle always looks as good as new when I get it back. I have dealt with another body shop in the past and they did a great job, but the customer service wasn’t even close to what I have experienced with Greg’s Body Shop. The ladies up front, Debbie and Rose will do all they can to assist you and make you feel at ease. The first couple of times I went to Greg’s and watched him interact with other customers, I thought this man knows everybody. I learned that he in fact did not know them, but he treats everyone like he knows them and that everyone’s a friend. It really is a place that makes you feel like family. I’m very thankful to my friend who told me about Greg’s Body Shop.

We found Greg's a couple years ago when my spoiler started peeling from sun damage and they did such an amazing job; so when the roof started fading this year, I knew exactly who to turn to. The estimate Greg gave was beyond fair, and I was so grateful to not have to live with an embarrassingly looking car. Utterly amazing paint job, it looks fresh off the lot, if not better. Greg even threw in a complementary painting of the mirrors which had also begun to fade. He and his team are amazing, you can tell there is so much care and passion in their work! Very friendly, great to work with, and accommodating. Definitely recommend!

I had a scratch on the front bumper of my car on the driver side and had taken it to another auto body shop first and they told me it would cost $800 if they fixed the scratch. I took it to Greg's Auto Body shop in Joliet and Greg buffed out and painted the scratch on the spot while I waited. It took him about 10 minutes and my bumper looks like brand new. He didn't charge me anything for doing this. I've never seen such amazing service so I'm spreading the word!!

Greg and his team provided a miracle and didn’t break my bank!! 10/10 service. They took such good care of me after being quoted for close the $3,000 Greg did all of the work at a cost of $800. Dropped my car off on a Monday afternoon and picked it up Thursday afternoon.

Brought my car in with a front door rocker panel that looked like it belonged in a junkyard. Greg’s team fixed it perfectly—paint matched, fit flawless, and the car looks brand new. Update 08/21/2025: So there was an electrical issue that was going on with my car as a result of the rear end issue that messed up my bumper. Greg hooked me up again and gave me a loner car from his lot. I also notice that he fixed a dent in my trunk that was NOT a part of the accident. Great people to do business with. Thanks Greg. I came to Greg years ago with a major repair and he was thousands of dollars cheaper than the competition…And did a great job. When I picked up Some yellow paint on the side of my vehicle, in a tight parking garage, I came to Greg. He had his guy buff out and did not even charge me a dime. I’m quite sure it would’ve been hundreds of dollars elsewhere. Good work and good karma with Greg’s Auto Body. No reason to go anywhere else in the area.

Went in to get some paint repair work done on the hood of my Mustang and some detailing work done as well. The car came out looking absolutely amazing and the hood looks as good as new. Perfect paint match! Very knowledgeable and helpful staff and Greg was very accommodating to my car and my request to leave it in their shop for maybe longer than they would have preferred. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Just picked up my Audi TT at Greg's Body Shop and I was blown away by how beautiful my car looked. Greg and his crew fixed up every little dent and ding and so much more. They repainted it beautifully and in the 20 years I've owned my little car it has never looked so wonderful. I’m very happy with Greg’s body shop I just had to post! I brought a hood for Greg to paint. Before is the blue and the after is the red. Looks brand new! Greg helped me save almost $1,000 for doing this project for me. I truly recommend to go Greg’s body shop it’s amazing!

My whole family has used Greg's for years. As always, I had the best experience! The whole staff is so friendly and helpful! The work done on my car is absolutely perfect! Greg saved me THOUSANDS of dollar on this minor damage and the work is perfect! You can't even tell there was damage to begin with! I highly recommend Greg's for any work you may need done! I feel like family when I walk in there and I can't ask for a more friendly, professional business!

Absolutely love Greg and cannot recommend him enough!! I have a Hyundai Accent that's low to the ground and my partner scraped over a parking block and busted the interior bracket holding the front bumper on the left side to where it was loose and falling down. Going through insurance would've raised my rate even though it was a non-accident and other places wanted $1200+ to replace the entire front bumper and then some as if it had been in an accident. It was only scraped underneath and the bracket was toast. Greg saved me a huge headache, a lot of time and even more money with his work. Definitely not just mechanics but real artists that work here and I can't thank them enough. My car looks amazing, and the repair is reinforced like it never happened in the first place. Greg will always be my first choice for any future work on my car. Thanks again!!

Greg and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable, fair, and realistic in the quotes they give. I brought my truck in for body work to repair some scratches and rust and to paint and install fender flares. They did an incredible job and finished the job very quickly. I’ll definitely be recommending them to my friends and family!

They are fare in price, they will help you with the insurance company's. Amazing staff. Rose was so helpful with are issues. They are going to fix our 2008 E350 Benz. I would never go anywhere alse now that I've been to Greg's Update car looks new. Amazing job
