Use to like thier service. I have had the service twice over the past 3 years. However, it always took a long time to get my trash bins. I pay for multiple with a family of 9 and animals. Then they cancel without warning. No notice. Didn't call to talk to me. Just took my can without knowing. I call and the rep days I will be receiving a reimbursement for my service. Because they don't like my cans being close to my neighbors house or sharing. If they had a problem with it a notice saying so or warning would have been customer service. Will never do business with them again
Consistent and pick up on time, but giving 2/5 because my rates recently changed from ~$48 to now ~$86 (almost double) every 3 months and never got word or notification. No reason why or anything. Thinking of other options as that is absurd.
J&S disposal is the best! Hands down! I give everyone who works for J&S a gold star ⭐️ and a cookie 🍪! Even enjoy talking to the lady at the office! Had to call twice to take care of a couch and a recliner! Best costumer service!
