Been coming here for several years. They are always great, vacuum your vehicle. They showed me my cabin filter (which I knew needed changing) and I had them change it. They top off fluids, as well. Just a friendly service place to go. They do more than just oil changes...😊
Great service. We recently moved to the area from out of state. My husband’s truck needed an oil change and this business was down the road from my daughter’s job. I was a little hesitant just from anxiety with unfamiliar places. Mostly parking with his giant truck. Google maps helped me realize the entrance to the bays were behind the store so taking a back route would be perfect for getting in. The guys lift the bay doors and direct you into the area. They check your lights upon entrance, your mileage, and ask what services you want. Then tell you what comes with your oil change you select and what they could offer if you wanted it. At no time did they try to over sell me or make me feel incompetent. I could change the oil my self but i don’t like too. So the fact they made me feel human instead of less than as woman speaks volumes. Some service company’s try to scare sell services. I do all the maintenance on our cars so i appreciate they don’t do that here. I know what’s needed and not. The guys were very nice and kind so i recommend them. Facility was also well kept in the bays. I didn’t go inside the seating area.
Probably the fastest oil change I have ever received. They were super nice and let us know of possible other leaks because of fluid residue which was work they didn't even do, so it wasn't an upsell, it was them just being decent, thank you.
These guys are always so friendly, fast and do an overall great job. They don't try to up sell you on unnecessary things like alot of other lube places do.
At $101 for an oil change, you'd think they were high priced but I drive a 1996 Mustang that was in desperate need of an air filter, windshield wipers and fancy oil. The man changing my oil informed me if other problems he saw, which I appreciate. So....I hear there's a 1996 Mustang for sale in clinton....
Took my car in over lunch. Was fast and efficient. Almost had a hard attack at the price. Usually my husband takes the car in for oil change so I honestly had no idea how much it was nowadays. Almost $70.00! But I guess you gotta do what needs to be done
When my wife and i pulled up in our separate vehicles we were the only customers. The bay doors were wide open and the employees were sitting around having a smoke break. So i started to pull in the open door and these guys lost their stuff and started screaming and yelling about how i need to wait and someone could get hurt but they weren't even near. They did the same thing to my wife when she pulled her car in, screaming and yelling. They all looked like alcoholics or addicts at the Clinton shop. I'm glad i don't live there, Lincoln speed lube has professional employees that aren't rude.
I love going here. The lobby and bathrooms are always clean. I never have to wait long and they treat me with respect as a women and never try to scam me. I first went here out of convenience but they now have a loyal customer!
Tried to get my oil changed at 3:45 when the store closed at 4:00. Crew told me they were already closed! If you’re not going to take anymore customers before your closing time, maybe you should change your hours to reflect that!
Been my oil change go to for about a year now! Today I went in to get one, they pointed out I had a leak and instead of proceeding with the change and costing me more money they said to just get it fixed. Much appreciated for making aware of problem.
