Unfortunately my car broke down, so I gave tazewell towing a call, the person I talked to on the phone was quick to answer, gave me the answers I needed and sent a driver to come to me, the person that towed the car was quick, friendly, and was just easy to talk to even in a stressful situation. Highly recommend these guys.
I drove to Marshall’s in Pekin and when I came back out from shopping, my vehicle wouldn't start. I was panicking because I had no one available to help me. I walked over the Firestone and spoke to one of the mechanics who agreed to walk over and try to jump my vehicle. He tried 2x and only left the cables on for maybe 15 seconds each time and as soon as he disconnected the vehicle died again. The mechanic told me it was most likely the alternator and needed replaced. I decided to call Tazewell county towing and Ron came out. I told him what happened and he looked under the hood, wiggled the connectors to my battery and told me to try to start it. I did and it turned over and worked just fine. Ron then helped me tighten all of the connections and sent me on my way. The fact that he fixed the issue in seconds and a mechanic from Firestone told me I needed a new alternator was mind blowing to me. I am very grateful for Ron and will be using this company for all my future towing/service needs. Thank you!!!!
Excellent customer service and extremely fair pricing! They were able to help me out promptly, and even offered to make some accommodations for me that were greatly appreciated! Would definitely use their services again. :)
They came out this morning to pick up my car. The guy who came was super wonderful and pleasant to work with. It took him about 5 minutes to load the car and another 5 for the important paperwork. I’m from out of town and visiting my dad in the country side so they were super at helping me with my needs. I made the appointment about midnight the night before to get it picked up at 9am and came about 10 minutes early which was awesome!! If I need towing ever when I’m in the area tazewell towing will be my go too!!!
Amazing company and workers! Ronnie saved me after I locked my keys in my car on my daughter's birthday and we were stranded 30 min from home. Prompt courteous and highly recommend!
State Farm dispatched a tow from Roanoke to Tremont, eta 2 - 3 hours! No thanks. Called Tazewell Towing and Randy was there in less than half an hour. Should have bypassed roadside all together and stuck with what I knew. Excellent as always!!
My husband and I have always used Tazewell Towing. ALL of the employees from the dispatchers to the drivers are very courteous, prompt, and careful. Arron helped us with a lockout recently and Ron when our truck was disabled. Your in good hands when you use Tazewell Towing! J. Calhoun

Called to have my car towed back to my house because the genius that I am drove off with my keys on top of my car and lost them. Not only did he give me the option to call a locksmith and have them rekey a key for me on sight to save me from having it towed, he also called me back when he noticed a Facebook post with my lost keys that someone found. That is above and beyond!! He could have towed me and never mentioned seeing the post but he was honest and it was such a kindhearted act. I would absolutely use this company in the future and I will refer them to everyone and tell this story over and over I’m sure!

Very helpful and if someone wasn't available to answer the phone or able to answer a question sent over Facebook messenger they were quick to callback or offer an alternative to finding an answer. While at their office they even offered up a little holiday cheer which also saved me about 60 bucks.... at least in the towing world of what I think most would describe as "where your wallet goes to die," they were polite and exceeded my expectations to get the job done.
I have used this company about 15 times and every time have been happy with their service. They provide excellent service. Friendly drivers and show up on time and handle vehicles with care. There really isn't much more you could ask from them.
