Absolutely amazing! Everyone was so friendly to get checked in, care for the car, and help with checking out. They were able to work me in to the schedule same day and get me back on the road!

Very friendly, courteous, and completed the flat tire fix VERY fast. I used to work at a gas station in the late 70's and to patch a tire cost around $5. I see prices have gone up dramatically... LOL

Firestone had my car for 3 days, had it towed in due to having electrical issues. got it back saying they couldn’t find anything, come to find out after taking it elsewhere from having the same issue; it was a loose battery terminal. Firestone even ran a battery test yet the technician missed something so obvious. We didn’t even think to check before taking it somewhere else due to them already looking over everything and I’m just disappointed that it was missed. Counter guy was very nice and I wasn’t charged anything, however I’m writing this in hoping in the future they look more carefully at things.

I was from out of town. Noticed a nail in my tire. Called Firestone and took car there. In and out in approx 30 minutes. Staff was friendly and professional. A totally positive experience.

A little ticked off actually.. 72 yo female just spent over $900 on new tires using Firestone Credit Card I just opened. I asked if someone could possibly clean the inside of my windshield since it’s very difficult for me with my crappy arms to reach, mentioning my shoulder problems. Just the inside of the front only.. he referred me to a car wash that does detailing. Never mind… I won’t be back

The mechanic in Pekin,IL. Found the cause of noises in 15 minutes that the dealership who had my car for a week was not able to diagnose. He was able to replace items that were cut and broken while at the dealership having a new transmission put in my car. Firestone did not replace the brake pads for which I originally went there because they did not need replaced.He showed me what mine looked like compared to one that did need replaced.INTEGRITY in workmanship needs to be highlighted! They have my business for life, and are so pleasant to work with. Can even do walk inside sometimes depending on availability. CHECK THEM OUT! YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID!!

This location is great but corporate really needs to get them some window tint. If you’re in the waiting area anytime in the afternoon then you’re basically blinded. I feel bad for the people that have to work their and be blinded by the sun daily.

Scheduled service and at time of arrival was canceled or given option to wait 3 to 4 hours with no guarantee of service. Losing time and driving 45 min one way to receive wheel alignment. When knowing that they are having issues and severely running behind do not bother contacting customers to reschedule. I honestly believe anyone would be better off going somewhere more respectful of their customers.

Great service! Explained what I needed well, best price I've found. Everyone was very kind, especially the sweet lady in the front who helped me out tremendously. Definitely recommend!

I really appreciate this place, using them for years. I have never once felt ripped or misdirected. The manager is as nice and honest as they come and the staff (even when changing) is always great - so he's doing something right when choosing people to hire. I still go to my car dealer for specific services but Firestone for general maintenance has always been great for us. I can't think of a time when they couldn't squeeze me in on a day's notice. It would be nice if they could get a window shade in there, the position of their front window gets sun ALL DAY and it's blinding... seems like a simple fix. (hey, if that's the worst of my feedback, that's not bad, eh?!)

Michelle Jackson and the team here is great, ive had some issues which i thought was suspension related for the last couple months , i came into with a spare on needing new tires and the found my issue very quickly under the plastic covers i was missing 2 bolts in my front subframe causing my whole front end to move around, well they are ordering my new bolts from autohaus peoria and will be able to put them in , huge relief getting this figured out and no longer driving in car that as it turns out was not safe to drive love the team here and thank you guys so much for your work today!

FANTASTIC SERVICE from dropping the car off till picked up my car and we went out the door!! Mike checked me in and Michelle checked us out. SUPER professional and helpful. They looked for any savings possible... saved about $300!! They explained it all and did exactly what was agreed upon. We are, and will always be, loyal Firestone customers!!

Absolutely horrible experience here. I had to take my tires back to get rebalanced twice and it was still never done properly I ended up going to Plaza Tire in Peoria to get a quality service. They also damaged two of my rims on my truck in the attempt to balance my tires

Update: had Michael(mike) call me. He apologized said he didnt want to lose our service. Said he'd offer a free service to make up for it. Told him id have my husband call him. He told me he'd be at work had my husband call him. He was nice but was worried about the Google review. Didn't have any appointments for us to even bring it in (we'd pay) this weekend. So he said he wanted to make it right but did absolutely nothing but call. So review stands. Had an appointment at 12 at the pekin il location. I was told it would take a hr to and hour and a half to get my scheduled oil change complete. After 3 hours I asked why it wasn't done they said I was next. At 4pm and they just pulled it in when I asked why it took so long I was told since i didnt wait they could just do it whenever and if i wanted they could just drop it and pull it out. So that's what I did. They are disrespectful and losing your company buisness. I have a credit card that I will use no longer. I buy tires and everything from you no longer this was absolutely absurd. I shouldn't have to wait around all day when I made an appointment and have 3 kids to take care of. They also broke my Keychain. How when they didnt even do anything.

Overpriced and lost a clip for passenger side caliper and stripped 5 of the front lug nuts never coming back to Firestone biggest rip off in the world. They charged me twice for the brakes and rotors the first time I came in and they never called or refunded it to my card I had to drop off a door dash for them to even mention it and refund me.

Always great service at Firestone. They are an honest place for all of your car needs. Dave is always friendly, and very informative about cars. It is always nice to be greeted with a smile. I recommend you get your car fixed or just a simple oil change here. I got an oil change this time however, I have done all of my car needs here. They are amazing.

Went to the shop approximately a year ago needing new front brakes on my Ford Taurus. They gave me the estimate and I said it would be too much, so they put the parts back on the vehicle. When they put the parts back on, they left one of the calipers in the seized open position and couldn’t get it undone. Instead of properly notifying me about what it happened, the shop manager/supervisor at the time Mike, gave me my keys and said “hey man, those brakes are bad be safe” and that was it. Got in my car and I had the brake pedal touching the floor and the caliper still was barely catching, car barely stopping. It wasn’t like this before coming in. At least they engaged when pressed. I had a huge argument with Mike yelling back and forth about how he gave me an unroadworthy vehicle and was about to send me into rush-hour traffic. He blamed it on ”your car parts were old, what do you want me to do?” When you bring your vehicle to a shop, a mechanic should expect the parts to be bad otherwise, why are you going? I don’t fix stuff that isn’t broken. Mike tried to claim his age and experience made the problem okay. I let Mike know that just because you’ve been doing something a long time, doesn’t mean you’re good at it. Mike didn’t like that statement and puffed his chest at me in the parking lot.

Been coming here for years with different vehicles. I’ve always received great service. Great prices, they always work with your budget. I will continue to give them my business.

Excellent service! Michelle is a complete 💎 gem! Update a few days later- I had one other issue that needed resolved and I just wanted to add that the mechanics Ive dealt with, the men at front desk, the manager... all of them are great. One employee today asked if I was staying there or leaving, I said I was getting picked up because I wasn't feeling good today and with sincerity he said we will let you know as soon as we are done today and I really hope you get to get to feeling better soon. I just think they are good people at heart. As a woman, it can be intimidating going into a place like this knowing very little about cars, names of parts, cost, time it takes to fix things- just a bunch of unknown for me and they are just very helpful and the biggest part for me is they do actually care.

After we had done direct questions about our new tires being put on. Michelle took the time to explain the process step by step so we better understood the steps they have to follow to ensure the service was best as possible.

Anytime I go to the Pekin Firestone, I am always greeted and made to feel comfortable. The team there does a great job of keeping me informed on whatever issue I am having at the time. Most recently it was a tire losing air. Turns out it had become a road hazard and I was shown exactly where on the tire. Pretty much I always leave feeling taken care of and not ripped off or pressured into any work other than what is really needed. A good team out there.

Great staff. They got me in fast and understood what I needed fixed. They informed me what it would cost and got my vehicle fixed a lot sooner than I had expected.

The Pekin Firestone on Court St was awesome. Dave was the front of the house manager and he helped me out while traveling across the US in need of a tire balance badly. Got me in right away and on my way. I always use Firestone back home and this someone reasons. Great tires. Great service and they are all over the country.

One of my cousins used to work at Firestone in Pekin so I thought I’d give it a shot to get tires there which we did and they look great! The only two down sides for me was the waiting area was dirty and definitely needed a good clean and the second was I waited around for three hours (after getting my wisdom teeth pulled 3 days before, my bad for thinking it would be quick to get tires done) to get four new tires put on. She informed me I had two broken studs from trying to get nuts off and everything was on so tight and cross threaded from whomever did them last that she was taking her time so nothing else got messed up. Luckily the lady was super nice who did them and actually took me back and showed me and explained.
