I called early morning and got assistance immediately by Ray he answered all the questions asked even when i said i placed a order for rotars when i meant to say calipers, he got my price and the order ready for me! Ray did exellent in the customer service, if i could do 10 stars i would and i definitely will be coming back for more parts. So if you stop by for some parts ask for Ray and he will Get the job done for you! And ray needs a pay raise!
I purchased a set of wiper blades for 2019 Equinox and when installing them went easy peasy till installed the driver side and after installation put the wiper down onto the windshield and the plastic lock on the wiper broke. I returned the broken wiper and explained what had happened and they were understanding and courteous. They let me exchange the wiper without issue. I very much appreciated the customer service and support I received from the staff and the business. They still take customer service seriously and I would recommend the business to anyone. Respectfully submitted. 😊
I walked in to get a hydraulic hose repaired and was met with super-friendly staff. They were kind and very helpful to me. The store is super clean and well organized. I was given no hassle and walked out with much needed items!
10/10 would shop there again!
Great service Great help what what I would like to have said but it was quite the opposite. After selling me the wrong part that I was in dire need of I had to end up going to autozone for the correct part and wile trying to return part to napa I was informed that they could not take it back. So I was left out of money with a part that was not compatible with my vehicle from now on it will be ANY body else besides NAPA
Haven't been to this store for years because last time I stood and watched every employee in the store walk past me numerous times and never got help. Placed an order online hours before the store opened with a pickup the same day. Never did they fill my order and not realizing they have banker hours they closed without ever taking care of my order. Had to call customer service to cancel the order. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The employees don't care about helping anyone but commercial customers.
I will never go to any other parts store I tried 3 different places to get a heater hose and all 3 of them had know idea went to NAPA and was in and out of the store with my hose in 10 minutes
