Benjamin had terrible customer service which resulted in me leaving to go to autozone im a commercial account and he allowed another salesperson to treat me very poorly and speak very disrespectful im calling customer service as we speak and filing a complaint and the other salesperson wouldnt give me a name nor benjamin would highly unacceptable

O’Reillys has been a great auto parts store. They have everything that you need. I went in to get some products to help clean the interior of my truck. They had way too many took me 30 minutes to decide what to get, but it’s better than just having one or two products.

Orielly is always my go to auto store. I've always gotten good parts and quick service

They always have the parts I need. Everyone is always very helpful as well

3 trips in one day, parts don't fit. Guy behind the counter pretty much said that's the parts the computer shows. Customer service was lousy

Sold me a wheel bearing for $135.00 lasted one day. I buy all my parts now at advance or Napa. Wants me to wait 6-8 weeks before I get my refund, warranties are a joke.

The staff is always helpful, they have what we need, and can order ahead of time for things that they don't have.

These people are thee absolutely kindest bunch !! They know their schtuff and are eager to help everyone out. These cats 'GET IT DONE RIGHT'!! The store is easy to shop, it's always a clean store, the staff is quite knowledgeable and IF they can't answer a certain question(s) they WILL find someone who may have your answer.

Very helpful staff and usually have what you're looking for in stock. If the part isn't in stock they have it in the store very quicky, usually even by the next day. I recommend getting your auto parts here over any of the other local stores in the area.

They have very nice bathrooms hidden in the back that they won't let you use 9 times out of 10!! What a fair and awesome thing for them to do for customers!!!

One of the guys, Bruce, was very knowledgeable and was able to answer even the most difficult of questions. He went above and beyond to help me out. I will only shop here because of his excellent service.

Great quality parts and helpful staff. I recommend checking out their prices when shopping for parts at other comparable stores (auto zone and advance auto).
