Ryan and Kyah came quickly late at night. They were very kind and personable. 10/10 would let my car break down again.

On December 13th heading to Delavan on 122 we had all that snow. I went down towerline

I got stuck in a deep ditch during a winter storm. They picked up on the first call and Justin and his partner had me out safely without any damages within an hour of calling them. Everyone else were 3+ hours of waiting or not taking anymore orders due to the weather.

After clipping a curb just right I had a flat tire and needed a tire chance. Bran was courteous, knowledgeable, and fast. There was damage to part of the wheel which needed immediate attention (on a late Saturday afternoon). I was able to get a new tire but the damage was such that it couldn't be mounted. My vehicle was picked back up from my home, repaired in their shop (although I believe this was a Goodyear issue from the start) and returned to me. Stephen didn't bat an eye to make things right even if the mistake wasn't on them. And Bran remained courteous and professional throughout the whole process. 10\10 highly recommend Burtons and would choose them again over any other local service. They still understand true customer service ??

Burton’s Towing was dispatched to me in East Peoria by State Farm roadside assistance to help with a low tire. Ryan texted me right away stating he’d be onsite in 20 minutes. He was there early. Met with him and requested that he put on my spare. He did so without any pushback and immediately got to work. Real nice competent guy. If I found myself needing a recovery or roadside again in the area, I would definitely recommend and use these guys. Thanks for the assist!

State Farm recommended them for roadside assistance. I appreciated the initial call from them to confirm the arrival time. Once he arrived, he asked what was the problem and immediately provided a jump start solution before towing it to the dealership. The car turned on and we were extremely grateful to find out it was just a battery issue. You saved us an unnecessary trip to the dealership and time. I am so thankful for him going out of his way to help us out. God Bless that man.

Had the unfortunate need of them twice. Both times got prompt service and very polite and kind drivers. No argument over where I needed my vehicles to go. Will call again if needed again.

Had the unfortunate situation of a family vehicle in an accident. Morton Police contacted this business to move the vehicle without contacting me (the owner) since it was a teenager driving. The vehicle wasn’t worth fixing and they don’t tow to the junk yard. Convinced me to sell the vehicle to them for “scrap” and wanted cash to settle the bill with a “discount” since they were charging daily for “storage”. Only other option was to hire another towing company to come pick up the vehicle to take to junk yard. Was told they would adjust the bill and provide a copy after signing over the title and paying the cash. After dropping off cash and title, they couldn’t provide a copy of the invoice on the spot so I contacted them 5+ times to get a copy of the invoice with the same response “I’ll have to contact the owner to get that sent to you” which is grandpa who is a full time truck driver from my understanding. I also gave them ample time to respond and respected that I was contacting them approximately weekly during the Thanksgiving and Xmas holiday season. Incompetence at its greatest and should be cautious if utilizing this business for insurance purposes where paperwork is needed. Office was like a bar in the 70’s filled with cigarette smoke and no ventilation. Cash with no paperwork and as long as it’s very profitable to them seems to be their M.O. as the junk yard I contacted said the vehicle was worth closer to a grand, bill was about half that. Just a warning… be careful!

I had a great experience with this company. I requested roadside assistance through my insurance for a dead battery. They made it here in record time. The office called me when the driver was dispatched, and the driver called me multiple times to keep me updated on the situation. The man who showed up didn’t have any difficulty following the instructions that I wrote for how to access my house, which is not from the main road. He was friendly and polite, and he also thoroughly explained his process for doing things and why. I appreciate his attitude towards his job and this customers.

I am a service greeter at Lighthouse GMC in Morton, IL. I wanted to give a compliment to one of your drivers, John. He brought in a car for one of our customers who had a flat tire. I was tasked with moving the car into our service lane, but when I saw the tire was completely flat, I was worried about moving it. John was still nearby and helped me air up the tire with the compressor on his truck. He was kind, saw my dilemma, and went above and beyond to help me out, for which I was very thankful!

Was locked out of my truck in an unfamiliar area and these guys were so helpful and kind. Got to me as soon as they could to help me out. They were quick and efficient I can’t thank them enough! I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone

Was out of town for work and locked my keys inside my truck. They were super polite and patient while I attempted to get them my location as I was unsure of my exact location. Guy showed up in about an hour and was polite and helped me quickly.

I called to get an estimate on a tow job and set an appointment. They took all pertinent information, and dispensed a truck without my go ahead. I told the office I needed lead time to get there. I was thinking 2 pm. The truck arrived 15 minutes after my call to the office. It takes 30 minutes to get there, and I still had stuff to do to be ready. The truck was gone by the time I got there. I arrived at the pick up point, completed my tasks, and was ready for them at 1:57 pm. Here's where I fault them. I called the office 3 times. I waited an hour for them to return just one of my calls. They never showed up again, and they never called back. Very unprofessional. There are plenty of other tow companies vying for your dollar. Pick another company.

Ryan was amazing! I got stuck at the end of my driveway halfway in the road and my bumper was coming off. He got there in 15 minutes and wenched my car out. Plus he made sure my bumper didn’t get pulled off by the snow bank I magically thought I could drive over, then helped me get my car back in the driveway.

Amazing service! Ryan was my driver and was in touch with me almost immediately after submitting it to my insurance. I've NEVER had a tow company respond so quick. When he got my car back he landed the vehicle exactly where I asked him in no time. HIGHY RECOMMEND!!

Very impressed with the service provided after being stranded by a flat tire with no spare provided with a newer vehicle. Punctual, courteous, and overall great service. Justin was able to pick me and my car up in under the ETA provided even through construction on the interstate and get me back to a service station in no time. Hats off to him and Burton’s on a job well done. Highly recommend.

Their liers. They said they was at my location. I'm in my truck so i could not have missed them. Waited over 2 hrs 17 minutes. Then he said the insurance company never contacted them. Another lie. Very unprofessional. I will never do business with these jerks. No will promote their business. They still never showed up. Losers.

My battery died and they were to my vehicle within 30 minutes. The driver was very knowledgeable and kind and patient with me. It’s always frustration that kicks in when your car needs a tow but they did it in a very timely manor for me. Well done guys. Would recommend this company.

Burton’s towing is the best! Good communication, let you know when they will be there and they show up on time. I am verypleased with all service calls. I always request them first. Knowledgeable and helpful employees. I highly recommend. Five stars

It's a well renowned establishment and you can't miss it unless you don't know where it's located at and someone from the police dept. Gives you the wrong driving directions like to a residential area But never the less they were told ahead of time that we were coming so that we could collect all my friends personal possessions from her vehicle that was literally totaled out by a habitual drunk driver that rear ended her at a stop sign between 40-50 mph.

The people who own the company are extremely rude. Called my mother the C- word on Facebook because she was sharing her experience. They cuss at everyone, they take people’s sports cars out for rides WITHOUT permission. Not even worth a one star review.

Broke down, called Burton's, my car was picked up 15 minutes. The guy was very kind and professional. If I ever break down again in Burton's Towing area, I will call them again, without reservation. Price was very reasonable and I will definitely recommend Burton's Towing to anyone that ask me if I know of a good Towing company. THANK YOU BURTON'S! I GIVE YOU 5 ?????!
