LOVE THESE FOLKS!! Definitly CALL HERE FIRST BEFORE ANY OTHER PLACE. Anybody can tow a vehicle, these guys care about that...and MORE!! Rock N Roll is'nt always pretty. And it was'nt this past weekend when our equipment box truck broke down. Ed (owner) arranged to have his people (Dan), come get our truck after the show and also transport me and my gf back home, 60 miles away. I can't say enough about the comfort that Checkered Flag Towing provided me in demonstrating promptness, safety, and human compassion. Ed and Dan are two great funny people whom I instantly got along with, laughing and joking and telling cool stories, in the midst of what could have been a horrible outcome for myself and my gf. Checkered Flag runs on integrity, if they say they will do something....THEY FREAK'n WILL!. They have the experience and knowledge to pull vehicles 20 tons or more, so them towing my truck was like towing a helium balloon for these guys. Thank you SO much my brothers for the wonderful service and the smiles and laughs. Life on the road is bad enough, all of you made it much easier and better than it could have been for me.

I'm on 90 heading east bound behind a checkered flag towing and recovery truck hauling damaged vehicles. A metal object came from one of the vehicles being hauled and hit and busted my windshield. I called the number to checkered flag and spoke with a gentleman that said his name was ed and that he was the owner. This guy refused to give me his insurance info and business address. But asked if I could work with him and not go through insurance. Two weeks later the shop Ed had me contact still didn't have the windshield. And Ed said I had to wait two more weeks and when I refused he still wouldn't give me his insurance info. What can I do?
