Extremely well ran operation. No bs great people. Very organized. Impressive.

They took wonderful care of me. I called before they closed and I was a few minutes away. They allowed me to come in still and unloaded me. If they couldn’t have helped me I would have had to drive around with this big oven in the back of my little truck for a few more days on the interstate. Thank you so much, to the men in the back and the office staff.

Nice owner but has the most rude employeE (Not plural intentionaly) imaginable. Don't come here unless you want to be dismissed, belittled and made to feel as if you are beneath them. Very upsetting & shameful experience.

This was my first time here today and I will say that they are extremely efficient. I saw a few people there and I figured I would be waiting for a while but they got me in and out with prompt service.

Ad said 50 cents a pound for Aluminum cans and after I unload, they say should have been yesterday cans dropped to 40 cents today. New ad comes and still says 50 cents/lb. I call to complain, and they say sorry we're only paying 45 cents/lb. CROOKS!

update: no scale shenanigans they pay you exactly for what you drop off. other places will tip the scales, but Groeling is fair and one of the best! great location, fair rates, quick service, answers phone, helpful support for large loads, *warning* bait is left on the curb, Garbage should be on the property not on the curb.
