I used them to have my truck towed from the scene of the problem, then had them pick it up again a month later to have it taken to be worked on, both times went as smooth as one would hope for the circumstances, prices were upfront no nonsense, will definitely use again and highly recommend
3:30 on a Friday my drives haft came off, but that wasn't the worst. The rear axle decided to puke all its parts out! So my truck would not move. Back tires were locked up tight. The guys were great! The young guy who helped load the truck at their yard was excellent!! The price for the tow was very reasonable and would use them again anytime!!
Brandon, the friendly truck driver gave me a good affordable rate for the right reasons in towing my vehicle from point A to point B. I highly recommend there service for anyone who is need of a tow.
Go-Get-R was very helpful and nice. They had no problem driving us 80 miles back to our destination. Shared some fun stories along the way back and overall this place was very good and they were priced well and very fast. Would definitely recommend. :-)
Car got towed Friday night, called Saturday morning and was told no one is at the shop to help you with your car and to come Monday. Skip to Monday morning 11am and $320 later “we accidentally gave your keys to the wrong person” called the person who had it and proceeded to tell me “come back in 2 hours and we will have your keys” came back still don’t have keys “he’s still in sterling come back in an hour”. $320 from Friday to Monday but Saturday shouldn’t count if no one is available to help…Drove Car away 6hours later than I should of.
Go-Get-R came out very quickly in one of the most coldest day of the month to help me change my tire on an early Sunday morning. It was about 10-12 below zero degree weather and I couldn't stand outside for 5 minutes because it was that cold. He was very professional and very quick! The price was also reasonable considering the working conditions. I will definitely call again if I need help.
