Got there early before my appointment. Got right in and taken care of quickly. Job well done!!?

Left for vacation and got 4 hours away when I got a nail in my tire. I called to see if they had a new tire or the ability to patch, and they were able to get me on my way within an hour without pressuring me to spend the higher amount for a new tire. They switched my real tire and doughnut tire and everything. Also, the customer service was amazing. Almost makes me wish they were my regular car guys

Anytime I need new tires or something patched or repaired they do such an amazing job. Always get me in right away and do phenomenal work. Highly recommend

Absolutely the place I'm going if another tire issue. I'm a above knee amputee and they didn't make deal out of it. I could have been raked over coals. I don't feel like i got bent over. Your there in Jacksonville. get your tires here. period. Great job there guys.

While working on our deer lease in Illinois we got a hole in a brand new tire. Took it to York Tire to repair. It was not repairable. They were extremely helpful and very friendly. Sold us a replacement and we went on our way. Was very happy they were able to get us fixed up last minute.

Great people. Checked out a rattle in my shocks. Put the vehicle up on the lift and inspected the undercarriage. Would not accept payment. Good people still exist. They have earned my tire business.

Five stars for the tires, but ZERO STAR IS FOR THE SUPERVISOR!!!! I like the tires and employees. When my tires look like they need to fill more air, I drove there and asked them to fill more air. The reason I give the supervisor zero stars is because he has an attitude problem. He acted like he doesn’t like me and he never really acted friendly to me! I have three different types of disabilities and it looks like he doesn’t care about me having disabilities!!! I hate his attitude so much!

Lost air on the interstate. Made it to York Tire before it went completely flat. Got me in, tire repaired and balanced in less than 30 minutes. Excellent Experience ?

We were traveling with our camper trailer when a trailer tire blew out. We called Hopper RV for a recommendation and they referred us to York's. I called York Tire and gave them the tire size, they confirmed they had one in stock, and we drove in on the spare. It took less than 30 minutes for them to mount a new tire, and swap it for the spare, including putting the spare back on the carrier. This is a full service, fast and friendly shop, with reasonable prices. Make York your first stop as they will take good care of you!

We've got tires put on my car, One of the guys cross threaded. 2 of my lug nuts so took it back to get fixed And then I Told them To make sure they check all the tires Lugnuts to make sure They didn't do it to another one.. So a month goes by. I go to rotate my tires, guess what another. Cross threaded Lugnet so what happened The lug stud broke off so I call it Up there for them to tell me it's not their fault. Oh, really? Who put the lug nuts on then?? I got everybody new to first. Put your lug nuts on with your fingers before using an impact. So stuff like this won't happen.

As they got into my repairs, and problems popped up, they were immediately able to offer an alternative and get me on the road! Great service!

They saved my day! I found a flat on my travel trailer right as my wife and I were getting ready to get on the road for TX. I called in and they were super busy but said they’d do their best to fit me in. I dropped off the tire and got a call literally 15mins later that it was ready! Super friendly and helpful! I will definitely be bringing my business back here in the future

They did a good job putting a tire on my car.and making sure they have the tire only thing I seen that I did not like was when I walk into a place of business you should be greeted by the people that's working there correct. No not what happened two young boys sitting on their chairs in the lobby where the guests are supposed to be sitting on their phones don't even get up and say hi thank you welcome to York tire no professionalism. Three stars for that .

The people at York tire were very kind and efficient. We had our one year old with us and they were wonderful. They earned a loyal new customer with their service today.

Quality work done when mounting lower profile tires on aftermarket wheels and in my personal opinion the best prices in Jacksonville when it comes to mounting & balancing tires on wheels or de-mounting them... Thanks York Tire!

I have always had exceptional service here. They are great for new and used tires. Give them a call if you're ever in need of tires or maybe installing new rims and tires.

Glen (the owner) is really good to deal with, polite, professional, knowledgeable, as are all the guys working under him. I've dealt with them every time I've had tire or alignment issues. They have 2 locations. Jacksonville they do most jobs, and Mount Sterling, IL at the FS where they mostly do tractors and big trucks.

Horrible. Took my car in for an oil change, alignment, brake change and rotors. My brakes are noisy as heck. Had to take my car back because the day I left it was making an awful noise like my oil pan was loose. They said it wasn’t and couldn’t explain the noise. Didn’t make the noise before they touched my vehicle. Poor customer service as far as getting back to people. Do not recommend. They’ll take all your money and leave your car worse than before.

Just got my tires aligned on my 2018 honda civic and the abs, vsa, tpms lights came on and would not acknowledge that it happened or something might of happened

I went in to York tire in a bit of a panic, I had to get my daughter home to Chicago and then had to turn around and go back to Kansas City, MO, the same day. My tire would not hold air, so I knew I would be taking a huge risk driving on it (blow out at 75mph, not good). I had gone to another tire store and they were not able to "plug" it and then they didn't have my size tire. They were more than willing to order me one....for the next day and that just wasn't going to work. What was awesome, was they sent me down the road to York . They were so helpfu, understanding and kind. I came in needing a new tire, they didn't have my size but, knew who to call. and they were still very kind and did all they could to help....thank you, York. I did get home okay but, thank you for your help! You have a great group!

Had to buy tires for our car. Was told of what they had out of a few choices. Next day they put them on. Great deal & good tires. Service quick & easy. Service was prompt.

Absolutely hands down the fastest tire change I have ever had, and some of the nicest guys out there! Great value for the price and the customer service was spot on...will definitely be returning for all of my tire needs in the future!
