Called to get an estimate and hung up in my face. Very disrespectful. I don’t see the point in doing business with someone who has no patience & a temper problem.
HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND . I mean they may be good mechanics, but the owner/manager does not know what good customer service is. I am a pilot car , i was with an oversized load from PA. I am far from home, all the guy had was attitude. I can’t look at it until Thursday or Friday. DO NOT GO HERE. POS place, POS owner/manager. I want to give negative 30 stars.

My family has now purchased 3 sets of Tires from Steve this Summer. Now my Business is buying tires from them too. The prices are right at what they should be...but you get free rotations for the life of the tires when you visit the store. Highly Recommended
Couldn’t even tell me prices over the phone. That how they get you. You bring it in to have them look at it then they charge you for just looking at it without telling you how much first
Steve's towing was really great. We had to have our car towed home after the arm at Baywash car wash dropped and smashed our windshield and I know God was with us because if that had landed on top of the car it would have killed me. Shakes a person up.
We were recommended this place after being told at the dealership that they could not help us. Our A/C unexpectedly went out coming home from Michigan (from KC). We assumed there was no quick-fix to be had and just wanted someone to confirm what was going and maybe provide us some insight on what to do. The woman at the front greeted us at the door and as we told her what was going on she bluntly said “well I can look at it, won’t fix it though” then walked back into the bay.
By the end of the visit, our fears had been confirmed, and we knew we had a long 4 hours ahead of us with a grumpy infant. We are thankful for her at least looking up where the part would be and how soon they could get it in (next week) but it was the initial coldness that rubbed us the wrong way.
I hope that this is not typical customer service and that it was just as frustrating a day for her as it was for us.
He just wanted to get rid of me, so he towed me to the next town for $300. It was a simple short in a wire. He used the excuse that it was a foreign car...Honda? Really? Made in USA
I literally just got off the phone with someone I think there name is Sam, he answered the phone and said “Sam” in a sluggish voice I could barley understand him. I simply asked if he could do a oil change today he said no tomorrow. So I asked how much it would be and tired to tell him the make and model and what oil, when he cut me off and said rudely “uggghhh I can’t tell u if I don’t know what kind of car probably 70-80 bucks!” I politely told him the info quickly because it seemed as if he was was rushing me off the phone and didn’t even bother to want my busses. He replied with a annoyed “like 65 bucks” and after my thank you he replied “yup”. Based of his rude and annoyed attitude with a first time customers I will never ?? come here and let them touch my car, negative attitudes lead to poor performance!!!!
Steve is wonderful. He helped me as soon as he could. I would have been stuck without him. His prices were very reasonable. Recommend him highly for automotive needs.
