VERY RUDE. Can't even answer questions you may have and treats people like a second class citizen.. As a business you are supposed to want business not drive away customers. If someone has a question for you it's your duty to answer them as best as you can not pop off some rude comments. I don't appreciate it..Never will I do business with anyone who treats people nasty
Best Auto Shop! Randy and Allen go out of their way to treat you fairly and tell you like it is.. they said I needed A. B. and C. And it would be $$ so I went with it, knowing they knew what they were doing.. 5600 miles later and old Lola is still going hard at it.. pulling 4000lbs over the Rockies, twice... Thank you to Randy and Allen.. you did what you said you would and you made it happen...

I was in a bad spot… needed an alternator and battery. I was far from home and needed to be on the road, same day. Meadows took care of me at a good price!!! I was completely satisfied!

My experience was one of the worst the owner. The heavier set gentleman was so rude to me, and so disrespectful he showed me away. Never let me finish a sentence when trying to explain and describe the things that was going to wrong with my car. Very very rude. He over, talk to me the whole situation was overwhelming. I almost didn’t even want to get my car fixed at all, and just wanted to leave it because the disrespect was atrocious. If I could leave zero stars I would I’m disgusted.
Instead of charging me for an entire transmission, these people cleaned my transmission and put in the correct fluid. Saved me around $3,000. No questions asked, Mr. M., is worth it. 100% going back and telling people.
Went to get a price on a muffler pipe. Same pipe they fixed a yr ago . Owner refused to get under truck to look at the pipe. Told me it'd be at least $600. And that it was Biden's fault?? Not looking for political advice! And what kind of mechanic will not crawl underneath truck?? Looking for someone else anybody
Took my dodge promaster in for heater problem had a new heater core for it was told it wasn't needed was changed $264.00 for something else now in waterloo iowa at 0200 with no heat and it's 34 degrees. Thanks Randy made me look bad to my boss
Way over priced, only uses Napa auto parts cause they are American made, which I get and fully support nationalism but I paid 1500 for my car, I'm buying the cheap 80$ part from china....not the 250$ from Napa that is American made. Now if I had a brand new car....I'd still go to duggans across town, half the price on the quote I got....just makes sense. I'm sure these guys are top of the line mechanics but you have to pay to find out, I can't afford it personally.
Wanted to share many thanks to Meadows Automotive in Jacksonville. I and several young people with me lost our exhaust system while on the interstate just outside of Jacksonville. No other mechanics in town would give a thought to trying to help stranded travelers. The team at Meadows got our car up on the lift and got us fixed quickly so we could get back on our way. At a VERY reasonable price and fastest solution possible. We are very grateful to them, and would highly recommend them. Thanks again Meadows!

Outrageous amount charged for less than 2 hours of work, charged 7 hours and even problem didn't get fixed. Still noise form the brakes, taken to them again for fixing and again charged erroneous amount
Called to see if they had a timeline for when they’d be able to take a look at my car for a loose muffler. Representative on the phone hypothetically asked “can you tell me how much it should cost to fix your muffler?” Obviously, I said no and he stated that no one in the world could answer my question until he could see what’s going because he has no idea. It’s understandable that a professional would need to look at the car first before promising anything; however, there is a way to express that while uploading customer service and being sarcastic was not it.
We took our car in for him to fix two noises we were hearing. He said he fix them and charged us. We got it back both noises are still there! On top of that the car sounds even worse now. This is the second time we use him to work on our car and both times we have not been happy.
Highly recommend! I called on a Sunday and they came to my rescue. They were very professional and reasonably priced. I got a phone call a couple days later to make sure everything was ok.
Truck broke down on the road. Found Meadows. I had plugged my catalytic converters. Meadows trouble shooted, tested and replaced. Professional service, excellent results. All around good guy.
