Early may my wife and I purchased 2017 armada platinum from kingdom auto. When we met the owner Dan King we emediatly were impressed. Dan is truly an HONEST person and caring dealer. We worked a price and he threw in a free 60 day / 3000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. I warned him I would pick the vehicle over during this time which I did. Had an inspection done ,resulted in 4 pages of issues needing repaired along with other preventative maintenance I wanted done. All this AFTER purchase. Dan stood behind his word 100 percent. Didn't balk or question anything. Fixed every issue without any doubts. Now I'm 66 yrs old ,owned Alot of cars and trucks and have never met a more honest dealer,mechanic,and business owner. He now has all my maintenance business along with my go to man if I'm looking for a used vehicle. I highly recommend Dan King at kingdom auto sales and service in Litchfield Illinois. These guys are the absolute best,im writeing this review weeks after their repairs and all is fine.We were stranded on the road barely made it to the Shell station.The tow recomended them,glad i went with it.
Like others, the tow driver recommended Kingdom Auto. As a traveller I greatly appreciated the extremely quick, knowlegable and affordable service. I post this happily driving an hour away on i44. Cannot recommend enough!
On a Sunday afternoon I broke down on I-55 south heading to my home in Florida. The tow truck driver recommended Kingdom Auto for any repair work. With any business in a small town regular hours are Monday-Friday. Had to wait till morning to talk to business owner. Was able to talk to Dan King and his staff right away Monday morning. They were very nice and accommodating in trying to get my vehicle on the road right away. Mr King said he would put some of his regular workload aside to get my vehicle in right away. Like any great auto mechanic business owner Mr. King offered his advice and recommendations on getting back on the road in which he presented options from least cost alternatives to more expensive along with timelines on getting parts. Mr. King kept me informed on the status of the vehicle throughout the repair work. It took two days for all the work to be completed. I highly recommend this business for any auto repair.
Yes this dealership claim to be religious and always willing to do the godly way NOT AT ALL!!!!! They will try and scam you if you don't know what your doing!!!!. WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE!!!!

Dan at Litchfield kingdom auto center treated me extraordinarily well. He was more than fair in pricing for my repairs and his guys got the job done within the day and got me back to my trip. Extremely grateful to have been broken down within range of his shop.
We truly cannot say enough good things about Dan and his amazing crew. Our car broke down very suddenly on our way back from a road trip due to a coolant system problem and Kingdom completely took care of us. They were kind enough to take on our car with next to no notice and took extremely good care of us. We are so thankful for their speedy work and kindness. Our issue was completely fixed and we had zero issues for the entirety of our return trip, engine stayed nice and cool. Anyway, I could rant and rave for a long time about how appreciative we are for these guys, but I'll end it with saying that I would recommend them to anyone and everyone in the area. They'll take care of you. Thank you again to the crew at Kingdom, we are really so happy with our experience.
Bought a car here for my granddaughter and not even 6 months later trouble with transmission. If you get a vehicle from here I would definitely have it check by a mechanic.
The very worst customer service you could ever expect. Rude, unprofessional and crass. Typical “used car sales person” . Gross. Spend your money elsewhere.

I have bought a couple cars from Kingdom over the years. I have always been treated fairly. They're honest hard-working people who love what they do.
Kingdom auto faithfully shows Jesus love in the car care and car buying experiance. Dan and his staff are not only experts in their craft, but great people too. Next time my family is need if a new vehicle and I am within a day's drive of Kingdom Auto, it will easily be the first place I go!
I have been very happy with service received here. The vehicle I bought did end up with some issues but every effort was made to make it right. I would absolutely get another vehicle here.

Took my husbands car in to be fixed said it would cost us 1250 dollars calls us today says that the break line is blown and that it's gonna cost us 125 dollars more to fix..we had perfect breaks when we went in...the guy said he would give us 800 for the car it's a 2005 Ford Escape with 168k miles and it books for 2200.
I will not do business with them again period

The people were nice. They made the process fast which is great. However, I purchased my car from them 5 months ago. And I've already put 700 dollars into it. The trunk was rusting which was covered up, the hood is corroding, and the tire light came on the day I bought it due to a nail in the tire that I had to have patched. These things happen to cars, but for 9000.00 the price should have been less.
Worked a little on the price with us. That was nice. Transmission was shot 5 months after purchase. Right at 6,000 driven miles. My 2 calls to the service department fell on deaf ears of a former employee, with no returned responses! I was reached out to today by Dan (owner) to not only try to resolve the issue with the transmission, but to right my wrongs. We came to an agreement that I will be taking the truck to him and work will be done to fix the truck.
I was incorrectly informed of a salvaged title, in which I was informed there has never been a salvage titled vehicle sold by kingdom automotive. Thank you for caring enough to contact me today.
